Zeer centraal gelegen, vriendelijk personeel. Kamer is ruim en bed slaapt lekker.
Het is onderdeel van een soort shisha lounge, zeer stijle trap als je een grote koffer mee hebt en badkamer is aan vernieuwing toe.

The room was spotless, and the bed was so comfortable. The location was excellent.
The narrow steep stairs.

I had a very stuffy room. The only little window looked towards the inner space which was as narrow as a well. No sense to open the window, no air coming anyway. There was a big fan in the room but it is impossible to sleep with a fan working all night.

the location was good the room was lovely and large
Hanging space had to use hooks in bathroom and buy coat hangers. Bar full of hookah smokers not our cup of tea. Staircase was super steep almost vertical. Hallways need a good dose of TLC.

Excellent budget room in a great location. Spacious room and clean.
Could have been told beforehand that the room booked was up two flights of narrow stairs, not a problem for us but could have been for other people.

Everything was perfect.central location, clean room, very friendly staff

Clean, friendly, well located, silent (I was there on Carnaval and it's not noisy) and there's a bathtub on the bathroom, very relaxing.
On the first day there was a bad smell on the hallway (like something on the pipes), but it didn't get into the room.

The guy that gave me the keys was quite nice and polite.
The room was very neat and clean, also the bathroom was clean and had everything you need - clean towels and all the shower necessities. Also, they had all the hot water you'll want and need.
Bed was comfortable enough to get a nice sleep.
There was a TV which I didn't use and also a closet area. The room was quite spacious too and simple but nicely decorated.
The location is great. You'll have max 15 mins to absolutely everything you'll want to see. There also a nice pub and the town square nearby.
The entrance is separate to the bar and opened by a card which was nice and modern.
When I first arrived, there was a bartender/owner who requested immediate payment and gave me the keys. (I couldn't pay with my VISA). However, I was also greeted by a few random stoned guys which immediately gave off a weird vibe.
The stairs to the room are basically 90° and horrible to walk on. If you have any luggage it would be a nightmare to go upstairs. I had only a backpack and it was quite hard to navigate through the steep and narrow passage.
Below the rooms is a shisha bar and the smell was quite overpowering, I could smell it all the time and it seemed like it was in the walls.
Speaking of walls, I think they are quite thin and I could hear a lot from below me and also people in the rooms around me.
I couldn't open the curtains because one window was directed at the other room and another one was directed at the hallway and anyone could have seen in my room. The lighting because of it was quite poor and the lighting inside the room wasn't great either. I did have a nightstand lamp which is a bonus.
There was no proper heating! I went in December and the temperatures were around -7°C and the only thing I had was a small heater that could barely make a nice temperature of the room after about 7 hours. The legs of the heater were broken so it was hard to make it stand the way I wanted to. I could warm myself only if I made it blow hot air directly at me. Have in mind there are two beds and the other person couldn't get warm if they wanted to. I left the heater on through the day only to come back to the cold room because someone turned it off during the clean-up (which nobody mentioned so I was surprised when I saw my stuff moved around).
The bathroom was also cold without any heating, but there was hot water that could quickly heat up the room.
Sure, I'm used to warmer temperatures, but this is not what expected when they said they have heating.
Now for the worst part. Maybe this was all in my head, but I felt unsafe there.

Great location, very kind staff. The beds were comfortable, the room small but cosy.
There were a lot of narrow stairs; could be a problem for older guests.

The room was clean, location was good, in central part. The reception was flexible about my request to change details in resevation.
Hotel looking more fancy in pictures than reality.

Great location! Super central!
Lots of stairs to get to room. Just something to point out during the booking process.

Location: very central. Few meters and you're at the Markt square with lots of bars et .
Bed: very narrow and high. Felt unstable and that you would fall off every time your turned around.

The hotel has a moroccan theme and it is very nice. The staff were exemplary and very helpful. I left my luggage early and went around the city and when I got back, they had already put my luggage in my room. You can also not get to the sleeping area without a key card and I was very impressed by their security. My son came in and tried to get up to my room and they refused to let him up without an ID which showed we had the same name. They also went with him up to my room. I thought this was incredibly nice and offered an extra amount of security to the single woman traveller. The bed was very comfortable and the bath was big and nice and allover it was a lovely stay. The hotel was smack dab in the middle of town so it was very easy to go everywhere.
I hate the high stairs but unfortunately I think this is the problem with Dutch hotels. It would not be a good place for elderly people to stay if they had to go up the stairs.

Location is in the middel of the city; close to one of the main squares. We arrived early but could leave our luggage before room was ready. friendly staff helped us with the luggage; The room was facing the street.
We didn't know it was above a bar; However, we didn't hear any music.

The room was very noisy because of the bar of the same hotel.. Unbeareble...

Super central Hotel. You can explore the city center by foot easily. The staff is very helpful. The room was quiet and very clean.
You have to climb a lot of stairs to get to the rooms in the hotel. There is no elevator. Be ready for a little workout to get to your room.
There is no parking available on the street or on the hotel property. So you have to park in the somewhat expensive underground parking lot qpark nearby.
