This ideal property offers several levels of luxury living with 3,600 square feet of space over five bedrooms, five and a half bathrooms, and two living spaces. This spacious house can easily accommodate up to 12 guests in true comfort and luxury.
You can enter the property through the garage into the newly outfitted mudroom or via the front door. Within a few steps you will be in the main level great room holding the upper living room, kitchen and dining space.
Living Room 1 (main level): This room boasts comfortable modern-style furnishings including a sectional sofa, a gas fireplace and a 50” Samsung Smart TV. The giant private deck is a great place to take in the views.
Kitchen: Fully equipped gourmet kitchen offers high-end stainless steel appliances, a gas stovetop, spacious stone counter tops, and a center island with seating for four.
Dining Area: Seating for up to eight guests at the modern-style table and comfortable chairs.
Living room 2/Game Room (lower level): Comfortable plush sectional, gas fireplace, 65” Samsung Smart TV, game table with seating for four, and access to the lower patio where you'll enjoy a private hot tub.
Bedrooms / Bathrooms
Master suite (upper level) — King size bed, private balcony, private bathroom offers double sinks, a soothing jetted tub, and separate shower & washroom.
Bedroom 2 (upper level) – King bed, walk-in closet, en suite bathroom with tub/shower combo
Bedroom 3 (upper level) — Queen size bed, the private bathroom has a tub/shower combo.
Bedroom 4/Bunk room (upper level) — Two twin over twin bunk beds, private bath with tub/shower combo.
Bedroom 5 (lower level) — Queen bed, walk-in closet, access to an en suite jack and jill style bathroom with a tub/shower combo.

*PLEASE NOTE: The pool and hot tub will be closed June 14-17 for maintenance work. It will reopen on Saturday, June 18th.
