Relax next to a roaring open fire in a lounge featuring large picture windows overlooking five fairways of the beautiful Blackheath Golf Course. This spacious 1950's family home has 4 bedrooms with 4 Single beds in total, one bedroom with a Queen bed and one with a King bed. Scarletts is situated just over 150 metres from the clubhouse, restaurant, and bar. Utilise the sauna located in the en-suite or simply chat with friends or family in the dining room which also looks over the golf course.

Due to the close proximity of neighbours near to the property, there is a strict noise restriction curfew from 9pm - 8am in all outside areas.
Please ensure you are super quiet when outside during this time.

Please note that this property is not available to hold lunches and dinners, or any other gatherings for people who are not booked to stay at the property.
The property is only for use by paid in-house guests that match the number of guests that are on the reservation.
NO PARTY OR NOISE DISRUPTION POLICY
Please note that this property has a very strict no-party and no-noise disruption policy. Under no circumstances is this a party house or venue.
The neighbours are in very close proximity as it is a very quiet and peaceful residential area.
Please note there will be an immediate eviction without a refund if there is a breach of our terms conditions.
PAYMENT POLICY
Bookings are only confirmed once a minimum deposit of 50% is paid 30 days or greater to the arrival booking date.
The balance payment plus the refundable security bond are due 30 days to the arrival booking date.
Full payment plus the refundable security bond are required when booked less than 30 days to the arrival booking date.
Please note that all payments processed by Accommodated are subject to a 2.9% payment gateway transaction fee.
Payments will appear as *SEC ACCOMMODATED BYRON BAY/LENNOX HEAD NSW* on your bank statement.
By making payment/s for your booking it is deemed you have read and agree to our terms and conditions.
Bond refunds are processed 7 days after check-out and may take 5-10 days to appear in your bank account.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations 60 days or greater to the arrival date, incur a $5.00 non-refundable channel manager fee.
Cancellations 30 - 59 days to the arrival date will forfeit 50% of the full tariff.
Cancellations within 30 days to the arrival date will forfeit 100% of the full tariff.
If the person who booked is prohibited by law to travel due to a COVID-19 lockdown, bookings can be transferred up to a year in advance, with one free date change.
Accommodated is not responsible for cancellations of any events, functions, booked activities, or any other changed circumstances guests may experience and as such any cancellations due to the above mentioned issues, will be governed by our cancellation policy.

Highly recommend Scarlett’s Place. Large glass windows overlooking the golf course with full sun to warm the place in winter. The kitchen was well set up to cook. Would definitely recommend and would love to say again. Place was spotlessly clean and whole process of check was smooth and communication clear.

Beautiful spot for a weekend away in the Blue Mountains. Situated on a quiet street, there is plenty of parking. The entire house is well equipped - from kitchen utensils to bathroom shower gels & hair products, to laundry products. Plenty of room to gather in the lounge area around the fire. Central heating was beautiful for a winter visit! Will definitely be back again in the future :-)

Perfect Girl's Getaway
Scarlett's Place was absolutely perfect for our girl's weekend - 4 sisters and our 92 year old Mum. Mum loved being able to sit in the lovely light filled living areas enjoying the lovely views over the Blackheath Golf Course. Frosty mornings and beautiful sunsets were a delight. Scarlett's has everything you need, very clean, warm and cosy, roomy and comfortable couches. Kitchen was well equipped. Easy access to house through the garage worked well for Mum. We are definitely considering re-booking for next year's getaway. Really wished we could have stayed longer.

Peaceful Stay
I had a short but relaxing stay at Scarlett's Place recently. I love the mountains and this home ensured it was another great stay. The home was extremely clean and well equipped. I absolutely loved the spot next to the window, sun shining in, looking out over the golf course. It really is a very peaceful location. It's nice and close to Blackheath shops which have most things you need. I recommend this home and hope to stay again some time.

Three day stay
Neat and tidy, plenty of room inside. Great view from back patio overlooking the golf course. Kitchen was ample to cook meals. We found plenty to do touring during the day looking at the National Park.

Beautiful location. House space very good, everything you need is there. View over golf course and garden surrounding house delightful. Would love to be there in Spring. We would stay again.

Great location, clean and comfortable home. Heating was great for the first chilly night. Lovley outlook onto the gold course.
One of the bedrooms with single beds is located off the master bedroom. A little awkward if sharing with two couples.

The property was exactly as advertised, great views, unbelievably clean for our arrival.
We like things to go well on our trips away, and It had everything we need , there were 3 couples , we all loved it , great for us as it was close to where we needed to go.
Everything went very well, would not hesitate to stay there again , the property managers instructions were easy and simple to follow.
Would definitely recommend this to our friends and family in the future.
