Красивый вид из номера

Заселили быстро, на ресепшеге персонал очень любезный и ответили на все вопросы. Предоставляют трансфер от Хуло. Номер был чистый. Полотенца, халаты, тапочки, гель для душа, шампуни и тд. Вид из номера потрясный. Жили на 3 этаже люкс. Удобные матрасы, хорошие подушки и постельное белье. В номере капсульная кофемашина, чайник, чай , минибар, вода. Уборка каждый день и смена полотенец. В номере тепло. Есть гладильная доска и утюг. Есть спа зона с бассейном и сауной на 2 этаже. Можно записаться на массажи. Там же игровой уголок для детей с настольным теннисом и футболом. Завтраки шведский стол. Вполне стандартный выбор. Понравилось, что есть зелень и овощи, яйца, омлет. Можно взять бутилированную воду. Так же при отеле есть прокат горнолыжного инвентаря. Напротив подъёмник, что очень удобно.

Очень маленькая ванная комната. Ресторан - это что-то. Официанты могут час к тебе не подходить даже чтоб принять заказ. Меню можно посмотреть по коду. Просто игнорят и ходят мимо. Потом тоже самое после заказа и оплаты. 2 часа нужно потратить, чтоб просто перекусить или пообедать. В итоге, мы ходили в ресторан напротив. Там обслуживание было в разы лучше и блюда скуснее. Было очень холодно на завтраках. Но уже на 3 день прибывания установили тепловую пушку. Стало потеплее.

Five-star hotel of European level with outstanding Georgian hospitality.

We stayed at this hotel over the weekend in September. This is low season, but all hotel services operate without restrictions. This is a five-star hotel of European level, but with outstanding Georgian hospitality. We stayed here with our one year old and were provided with a great wooden crib. It was a great break from the city for a couple of nights, even in low season and bad weather there is plenty to do here. For example, we really liked the SPA, and our little one really liked the local pool. The last 20 kilometers of the road are currently under construction, so it will take you about 1-1.5 hours to cover this distance, but it will be a great journey with stunning views and a wonderful place at the end. We had no difficulty covering this distance in a regular sedan, but we would like to point out that in very bad weather conditions, problems may arise when driving along this section of the road.

A lovely overnight summer stop between Batumi and Borjomi

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Located very close to the transadjarian high way (well it is high and it is a way, right?) Lovely gaming area next to spa. The steam sauna works very well, way above average. The pool is lovely but small; off-season we were the only ones there, and the size has been perfect.

Off-season, the breakfast choices have been very limited and a-la carte. (As a comparison, in a similar situation in Mestia a hotel just served everything they had to each table.)

It was awesome time during living in the Ambassadori. The room was great. The service was like in Dubai. Everyone from the staff perspective provided solid quality of the service. Separately, i wanna highlight 2 person which provided huge service: 1. Tornike from the rent of the ski equipment. 2. Demetre from the reception. This 2 guys made my family vacation deeply comfortable. One case: when i have requested glasses, for wine, i was asked: for red or white. In 5 minutes everything was on my table. There are only warm feelings about the Ambassadori. Feel, that we will come back.

Superb

Very good conditions, clean room, good and responsive staff, good spa, kids area, calm and quiet environment. Direct entry to the ski elevator, you can rent ski and snowboard right in the hotel and assign them to your room account.

The price in the restraunt looks high. No khinkali is in the menu)) Unfortunately during our stay only one track was open, and no Internet for 3 days.

Piece of Europe in Georgia

Very good facility with great service. Located just in front of ski lifts. Ski in / ski out. Great breakfast included. The rooms are very well made, the bed and bedding are great. The spa facility is great too, just what you need after a ski day.

Ski storage room lacks of storage space. It clearly can't fit gear for every guest. For first day we been forced to keep our skis on balcony in a room. Even considering the hotel very new some things were already broken, like top shower in men's change room. But in general there is only minor issues. It also a bit pricey - probably same as for example very good hotel in Courmayeur.

Good quality rooms, very comfortable, well organized and beautiful area

Travel to and from Batumi is challenging, suggest extra days are worked in as delays will happen during snowy season. Communial areas are too hot

Super expensive for no service

Location, rooms, hotel quality.

Staff. Instructors are terrible, you pay 100 lari for individual training for kid, they take one more student, they smoke in cabin, they not look for their student. In the restaurant waiter never comes to you.

perfect location near the ropeway, clean rooms , the whole hotel and its facilities had been designed smartly to-please winter-sport lovers . friendly staff. fabulous breakfast with great assortment. perfect fresh brewed coffee . Outstanding pool and sauna for relaxation especial after active skiing.

I would like to have larger trash bins in the rooms. though its not a big deal. Finish sauna was’t hot enough.

Each of staff members were super friendly, helpful, and nice to everyone; food and drinks were delicious; each room has a great view of snowy mountains; after skiing and exploring the nearby area, you can enjoy spa.

Road to the hotel is like a hell (as others said). Avoid traveling after sunset. After Khulo, you can find no one to help you, if any...

Best Ski Resort in Georgia!

Hotel, location and staff is amazing. Special thanks to Irakli for his kind assistance during our stay. Ambassadori Goderdzi is a world class ski resort. Lifts are 2 min walk though we couldnt yae since it was pre-season. snow was perfect too. Road is challenging but this also adds additional fun to the trip.
