Quaint and recently renovated North Conway tri-level condo. Conveniently nestled a short distance from both Cathedral Ledge and Echo Lake State Park and just around the corner from Downtown North Conway. This charming condo is complete with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and sleeping for up to 6 people. Available for weekend, weekly, monthly and season rental.
*Main Level - Living room with flat screen TV and sleeper sofa, kitchen and full bathroom with walk-in shower.
*Second Level - Master bedroom with king bed (sleeps 2), walk-in closet and full bathroom with walk-in shower.
*Lower Level - Bedroom with queen bed (sleeps 2) twin bed (sleeps 1) and laundry (washing machine and dryer).
Amenities include: Washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, basic cable, internet, standard coffee maker, basic cooking amenities, sheets and towels. This unit offers 3 window unit air conditioners (one for each floor).
Availability: Weekend, weekly and seasonal. Property is also available for month rentals Mid-May through Mid-October. Spring, Summer and Fall monthly rentals are available for $2,000 a month, please contact us for details.
Restrictions: No Pets, No Smoking

This condo was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed for the 4 nights we were there! You could tell it was recently renovated with new flooring and bathrooms. The linens and towels were provided and were new/very clean. I would definitely recommend this condo!
Just some things to highlight for families, the master bedroom is upstairs and the 2nd bedroom for the kids is in the basement. Just keep that in mind if you have little ones.
It is also in a great location right near Echo Lake, Cathedral Ledge and Diana’s baths and a quick drive downtown.

Forest Park was an amazing property to stay in for our week long Conway trip. The location was perfect, central, and a couple of mins drive from Main street. The property is well maintained, clean, with really nice upgrades, and very cute decor. The atmosphere is cozy and beds are super comfortable, with enough space in the entire home for a family of 6. The property was also fully stocked with all the necessary kitchen, bathroom & bedroom essentials a family would require for a week long stay. Prior to our arrival at the property, I requested Select Real Estate (who manage the property) to check on the availability of a few kitchen staples. To my astonishment, Select not only followed up on my request with the owner but the owner themselves offered to stock the property with those items prior to our arrival, which I thought was a really kind and considerate gesture on their part. By no means I was expecting them to stock the kitchen with those supplies. Not only that, the owners were very sweet to leave very cute, locally produced, soap bottles as gifts for us to take home. We, however, were at full capacity with our luggage so sadly we had to leave those behind. They also got candies for us as a welcome gift. All in all, I honestly do not have any complains about the property, the owner, and Select Real Estate, who by the way went above and beyond to provide us excellent customer service throughout the duration of our trip. Courtney whom I had the pleasure to work with at Select is an amazingly sweet person who, upon request, sent me a detailed email with lots of local suggestions, which was so thoughtful of her! I highly recommend staying at Forest Park. You will leave loving your experience there.

We stayed 3 nights at this unit, and had great communication with the real estate firm that handled the unit. Upin arrival, it was 84 degrees in the house. We called Courtney to explain the central AC did not work and she told me there was an air conditioner window unit that goes in above the kitchen sink. My concern was that was not going to adequately cool the downstairs sleeping unit. She spoke with the owners and they allowed management to purchase another unit which allowed us to sleep comfortable.This was a quiet location, very short distance to Echo Lake, Cathedral Ledge, Dian's Baths. Despite the ****** rain, we still managed to enjoy our trip. I am really appreciative that Courtney from the rental place addressed our concerns right away.

Location is great, very quiet except neighbors noise which was infrequent and not very bad at all. Walking distance for a two mile mostly level hike around Echo Lake at the State Park. Less than 10 miles to both Conway and North Conway for restaurants and shopping. Brand new asphalt parking lot. New furnishing, significant recent investment by owners with nice upgrades, bathrooms, showers, flooring, paint, comfortable furniture, easy cable and wifi access, nice TV, comfortable bed upstairs (only one we used), easy sufficient parking close to unit. Unit was very maintained. Smelled nice even.

It was a place to rest your head. Location to No. Conway downtown excellent very dated and needs some sealing up to keep the crickets out. Had one all week that chirped. Definitely has potential for a little updating .

We took the risk by booking this unit with zero previous reviews and unfortunately for us did get to see what we’re hoping not to see - a very outdated unit probably from the 60s with tiny bathrooms, bad odor and not much light coming through the windows. The closet and dressers still had prior owners linens, blankets and towels. It wouldn’t have been a problem if it was locked and out of sight. The so called bedroom in the basement (without a dedicated bathroom) is a remodeled basement. The unenclosed washer and dryer in the same room as the beds is a distasteful and anti-sanitary set up. Moreover there is an exposed part of the unfinished basement that should be closed off with a door or wall. Our teenage son refused to sleep in this creepy room. He ended up sleeping in the living room on the expandable sofa bed - but when we opened it we found tons of food crams and dirt that must have been there for years. Both bathrooms have ancient showerheads that don’t generate any steady stream but rather wet air. The bathrooms don’t have exhaust fans and if you need to do a number two in the upstairs bathroom, forget about being the bedroom for a while. Not to mention a hole in the upstairs bathroom barn door from a missing knot. The king bed in the upstairs bedroom has no headboard, the dresser mirror is just standing behind the dresser and is not only useless but also creates a distasteful look. The last frustrating part was that we were not informed that no bathroom soap, shampoo and extra rolls of toilet paper was provided and was the renter’s responsibility. We didn’t bring our own and had to run to a supermarket to buy it. On the positive note, the unit is in a quite neighborhood and with a nice view (from the parking lot) of the Cathedral Ledge. Also, within a waking distance to Echo lake and surrounding trails. Next door neighbors seemed to be quite but we could hear them talk when we were in the bedroom. I don’t think they were loud- just the bad insulation in the wall.
