Very enjoyable stay during my son’s baseball tournament in Keizer

Very convenient location. Room was full of amenities with a kitchen, large fridge, induction cooktop. Great breakfast options.

Parking was a little full.

Now that we know what to expect, we would definitely stay again and just have minimal contact with front desk staff.

The property was great! The woman at the front desk was rude! Thinking it was a one time thing at the end of a long day, we had to re-address the issue (we were billed twice) in the morning. Unfortunately, the gentleman in the morning was almost just as rude. Have they not heard about customer service and word-of-mouth reputation?

A fresh, new concept that I will definitely be looking for one of these when I need to travel.

Fresh and new, lovely large room with fridge. The pool and hot tub/spa was great and the breakfast buffet was exceptional. Large parking lot in a quiet area.

The neighborhood around didn’t offer many safe options for running or walking. Though not anything the hotel can change.

We were pleasantly surprised with this hotel. It was the first time we had stayed there. Because our room wasn't ready at check-in time, we were given a free upgrade. The room was nice. We enjoyed the breakfast every day, and using the fitness center. It would have been nice to have more variety for the breakfast (maybe something a bit different each day), but overall breakfast was good. The workers were all friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay there again

Spacious, Brand-New, Modern Suites

Spacious, brand-new, modern suites Includes a full kitchenette with a dishwasher Sockets to easily charge mobile phones, tablets, and laptops.

The suites are not in town so it may not be a good choice for someone without a car. There were no vegan options for breakfast, so we cannot review the included breakfast.

Everything was very quiet, couldn't hear the refrigerator, neighbors, or street.

the floor of the swimming pool area was very slick - someone could trip or hurt themselves.

Exceptional

Every staff member I encountered was friendly and accommodating. The location was extremely convenient. I could just as easily get to downtown as I could hit the highway to do some nearby sightseeing. I'll definitely stay at this hotel next time I'm in Salem.

Exceptional

Cozy, clean and comfortable. Helpful and friendly staff. Was a treat to have the pool open until 12 am left ample time for the kids to expend some energy. The floor in the pool area was very slippery so pool shoes would have been helpful. Ron helped us get adjoining rooms for our two bookings which was very much appreciated traveling with 4 children. Breakfast had many options and was very well stocked. We would stay here again.

I was delighted by the comfort and cleanliness.

Layout and parking was good. Staff were friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was good.

Outdoor areas weren’t designed to provide cover in the rain. It rains a lot in Oregon. Elevators were unusually slow and one ended up out of order. Being on the 2nd floor it didn’t pose an issue.

Nice facility.

Free internet should be included. Ridiculous to pay for wi-fi these days and I had work to do. Will affect my decision to book again if there is an option that offers free wi-fi.
