That it is a small hotel, close to the town centre, clean and comfortable, the Ower was very helpful and replied in a good time
Nothing I can think of

Although the room said it could sleep 3, I think that unless there was a child in the party it would be a bit of a squeeze. The room was clean, bed and pillows were comfy, shower was a good size and the pressure and temperature was good, it was warm. I was on the top floor at the back of the building so it was nice and quite to say its on a busy main road. The kitchen is situated on the ground floor and has everything you could need.
I cant really think of anything I didn't like.

nothing
over complicated entrance door, no support from grumpy owner. 2 mattress on floor for a bed, a hostel would have better value for money..!!

Helpful landlord.Near to town centre, park and train station .Was able to move rooms when requested.Powerful shower.
Dirty kitchen fridge and oven were grim.Pillow protectors stained.Rough part of town noisy traffic.Police raid one morning to find a previous guest.

There was nothing to like about the property
The property was unclean and smelled terrible, the towel had clearly been used, there was a brown surprise left in the toilet and the bed sheets were gross. When I contacted the host, they didn’t respond to me but they told booking.com that I hadn’t arrived for my stay. This cancelled the non-refundable booking (meaning no refund was given) so that I wouldn’t be able to leave a review.

Great location, clean and cozy

nothing
been recommended for 3 people and there’s no room for 1 either. very tight space, dirty.

The place is awful
The listed ‘sofa bed’ turned out to be two mattresses on top of each other - that is because the room is so small a bedframe will not fit in there. Don’t be fooled, like me, by the odd-angled photographs of the single room sizes.
The entrance hall is so acrid with air freshener, it makes you wonder what malodour is actually being masked.
I could go on about just how seedy the whole place was…….
The major fault is with the electronic entrance, that requires Bluetooth to gain access. Nowhere is openly stated you need a phone to get in. In my case, the software logged me out once I had made it across the threshold. When I text for help to regain access, should I actually need to go out and get my personal effects, the reply was I had “obviously” got in. And that ended the conversation.
Unsure how to get back in, with no assistance from the other end of the phone, I decided to walk away and not risk setting foot in there again. And this is what I recommend anyone else does.

Very little to be fair. The shower was at least powerful which was one thing...
Directions:
The car park is not easy to find, although I managed. After wandering down stinking alleyways (and I am not exaggerating) finding the house was not easy either.
Facilities:
I understand that this is a shared house. I understand that it is not a luxury hotel. However, the kitchen was a state. Soiled sticky and stinking. The fridge was unplugged (and upon examination both reeked of rotting food and was in fact broken).
The table was broken, the sofa torn and damaged.
The hob and microwave wave were covered in food remnants (and were so at 07:30am when I arrived to "check in" via the app I was forced to download, and who marketing team are still emailing me despite my selecting the appopriate opt out).
The bed was comfortable – although the silk style sheets left a lot to be desired. The toilet had not been cleaned, neither had the sink.
I found dried blood on the wall in the bedroom.
The guests:
Music loud enough to be heard through the floor greeted me when I arrived back from work at 5:30pm. It continued until I gave up and left for alternative accommodation circa 7:30pm. Also, and I am not prudish (far from it), but spliffing up in the garden directly under my window didn’t endear me to my fellow house guests either.
