About this house rental
Our home is equipped to make your whole family comfortable in your home away from home! We include all essentials with your stay to help with your trip from pots/pans and spices to laundry detergent! Our home is located in Grand Prairie which is a quick drive to Dallas, Fort Worth, and Arlington! STR23-00076

Everything about this stay was perfect from the moment I reached out to the host with questions before we booked. Communication was fast, clear, and helpful.
We were staying with 8 students and two pairs of adult couple chaperones for a competition at the KBH Convention Center in downtown Dallas.
The sleeping arrangement were perfect. The six teenage boys in the "bunk room", the two teenage girls in the room with one set of bunk beds, and the chaperones in the two other rooms.
The property seemed too good to be true from the online descriptions. I've had a couple of experiences where the online description and reality didn'tatch. It 100% is as good as it looks. The kids loved the games, which provided some great down time / bonding for them when they weren't competing. There was enough room for adults to sit and converse while the kids had fun.
The property is very neat and clean. Towels were abundant, the kitchen was well appointed, and the laundry was equipped with new machines and supplies. The host had so many extras that were appreciated, from toiletries in the bathrooms to Ziploc bags in the kitchen. The grill was clean and functional, and the garage was very helpful to us as we needed to store equipment.
The neighborhood was safe and quiet, and close to the highway so even with traffic it was less than 30 mins to the Convention Center.
The whole experience was marvelous, and if I'm ever back in Dallas the "Sweet Escape" will be top on my list to book.

This property was amazing and accommodated my family size. The host was easy to reach and responded timely. Very quiet neighborhood. I'd definitely book again if in the area. My family and I really enjoyed ourselves.

This home was just what my family (12 adults) needed to visit Dallas for the Cowboys game. They had everything we needed and more.. Such a gracious host which made our stay an AWESOME experience.

This is such a lovely property. The owner was not only very flexible with us (lots of different arrival and departure times), but you can tell they take great pride in the property. Lovely little touches like extra toothbrushes and toiletries, and it was even festively decorated for the holidays! Sparkling clean, and when we had a wifi issue they fixed it within 30 minutes. We had a great time and would definitely stay again.

Loved our stay here, completely exceeded our expectations! Had one minor issue with some aunts the first morning but someone was sent right away to address it all was good after :) if you have a bigger group coming this house is perfect.

By far this has been the nicest and cleanest home I’ve stayed at!!! Our group of 16+ sport fans travels often. The extra amenities and attention to detail was a pleasant surprise. Entertaining a large group was a delight in our home, it accommodated all our needs. We definitely will stay again when we’re in town for the Cowboys games, perfect location. Thank you again for the hospitality!!! Your home is amazing

This home is very beautiful, very tech friendly home. The cleanliness and decor very beautiful. Owner is very accommodating. Had access to everything we needed. Really nice house with great extra touches. The loft can be noisy if you have people downstairs playing cards or watching TV but they do provide earplugs. Overall a great spot to stay for a golf outing.

The host is one of the best I’ve enjoyed. There are snacks, coffee, assorted beverages in the fridge and a beautiful home to gather family and entertain.

What a wonderful home. Lots of amenities to include a clothing steamer. The home is perfect for trips to either Dallas or Fort Worth. The owner also stocks everything from a bottle of wine, comes, detergent, spices, and shampoos. Turn key ready!
