Gute Lage gleich beim Bahnhof

Dass ein City-Hotelzimmer auch im Jahr 2023 noch mit müffelndem Spannteppich ausgelegt ist, ist für mich nicht nachvollziehbar

Kurtaxe sollte auch mit EC bezahlt werden können.

Duschkopf rutschte in Zimmer 13, immer runter Duschtüre aus glas ging schwer und nicht richtig zu Zimmer war nicht dunkel in der Nacht trotz Versunklungsvorhänge

È stato un soggiorno gradevole, la stanza era comoda ed ampia. L’ultimo piano non è raggiungibile direttamente con l’asc

Posizione centrale , organizzazione degli spazi , spazi in comune e a disposizione degli ospiti .

Abbiamo avuto qualche difficoltà con il self check-in ma abbiamo potuto raggiungere lo staff ed è stato molto cordiale e per finire siamo riusciti a registrarci

No fuss and good value

Large, nicely decorated room. The hotel self check in worked well for one room and the staff at the hotel opposite were able to help with the second. The hotel has a modern foyer with a fridge available for guests to use, along with extra mugs etc. There was also a stand with extra towels and body wash and a nice little terrace. The hotel is a short walk from the main sights and good value.

Booking.com only provided one booking ID and it wasn’t clear how to check in the second room. A note about how to do this would be helpful as checking in the other room went smoothly. The room was warm due to having no A/C but a fan was provided.

Good price and location in St. Gallen

We were travelling around Switzerland by train and this hotel was a good choice for us thanks to its close location to the train station. Our first staying in a self check-in hotel and we were satisfied with the process. The room was clean and very spacious.

Maybe it would be nice if there would be some lockers for the suitcases, where we can leave our bags before check-in time or after check-out.

Great hotel for a short stay in St Gallen

Check-in process was simple and straightforward. Room was well-equipped and was cleaned while I was away for the day. Hotel is in a great location just a 5 minute walk from the main train station.

Price was very expensive for what the hotel was, however this is normal for Switzerland.

Self check-in is a mess, otherwise a good hotel for the (Swiss) price

Room was clean, and had all the basics covered - chair to relax, separate desk and chair, plenty of space for suitecases and clothes, etc. Bed was comfortable. Staff (from across the street) was nice. They are quite patient considering how many times they have to help with the self check-in process (see below).

Self check-in. Self check-in. Self check-in. It was broken when I got there and after almost 30 minutes of trying to check in and then waiting for them to fix it, I eventually had to complete the process across the street. In a two day stay, almost every time I saw someone trying to check in, they were either having problems or actively being helped by a member of the hotel staff. Read the other reviews. I cannot state strongly enough how badly the self check-in process works. It's a shame, because otherwise the hotel was a good choice and we were quite happy with it. It's expensive, but in-line with Swiss prices and cheaper than many other options in St. Gallen.

Always difficult to check in. Lots of information needed, nothing pre filled. Forms in German. Room keys not dispensed so had to get help from staff at Hotel across the street

Perfect location. Check in process could be improved.

Perfect location.

The check in was kind of slow. Only had one machine to do it and there were other people so we had to wait quite a while only to be told by the machine that we has to wait 6 minutes to complete check in.

Very enjoyable stay in St Gallen

The location to the station and all the sights of the city was perfect. The room was quite spacious for what I paid and had everything I needed and more.

The check in machine wasn't perfect for others (worked ok for me) and constantly ran out of battery. It was off when I came to check out so I just had to leave my card.

improve check in. make it in other language than only german.

location. simple. honest. clean. good coffee machine all was great but the check in experience was top frustrating

I waited 45 min to check in because the three guests in front did not do the pre-check in and did not know how to use the machine.
