Чудовий Грац

Є доволі багато місця для парковки всередині двору. Не дуже далеко від центру. Тихо. Помірна ціна.

Бруднуватий посуд. Відсутність кави, чаю.

Vorsicht, nicht buchen!

Es war geheizt Der Herd hat funktioniert

Das Geschirr war dreckig, fast alle Steckdosen kaputt, Ofen unbenutzbar, Jalousie kaputt, Sessel abgeschlagen (und nur zwei Stück vorhanden), Wände mit Dellen und Fahrern, Duschkopf kaputt, Wohnungstüre lässt sich nicht zumachen, man muss zusperren, damit sie nicht aufgeht, Stiegenhaus mit extrem starkem Rauchgeruch (trotz angegebenem Rauchverbot), man heizt für draußen, da alle Fenster ungedämmt sind.

A rudimentary apartment in a good location outside city centre.

The owners of the property were easy to contact prior to arrival. The apartment was clean. The bedding was clean. All the windows opened and there was a balcony. Fairy liquid and sponge provided. Towels were provided on request before our arrival. Good location - less than 5 minutes walk to tram into City centre.

The owners did not answer any messages once we had arrived in Austria. On arrival (at 11pm), we discovered that there was no toilet roll. I messaged the owners but received no response. There was very minimal kitchen equipment - 2 plates, 1 mug, 2 large cups, 1 glass, 1 knife, 1 teaspoon (enough forks and large spoons), no toaster, a few pans and limited utensils. The oven worked but was unclean. There were no oven gloves so we had to use the kitchen cloth to take items out of the oven. There was no hot water in the kitchen. The shower was a trickle and took up to 10 minutes to warm up. The balcony furniture was old and had seen better days. We couldn't get a signal on the TV. This apartment would be adequate for a maximum of a 2 day stay in the City for those who don't intend to eat in the apartment.

Location and great bed arrangement in apartment. Warm and comfortable beds.

We didn't find the cloth for drying the dishes. The dishes were not very clean.

if we didn't needed a place just to sleep, we would be very disappointed. Don't recommend this app

The one thing I liked was the location near to the MerkurArena, where we spent all day watching our kids play on hockey tournament. In the apartment we came only to sleep.

it wasn't clean at all. Not the dishes, not the bathroom, not the floor,... There wasn't even enough glasses, the stove was dirty, there wasn't any paper towels in the kitchen for hands or for dishes.

If a part of negativities could be sourted out the place would be in a good price value proportion!

The receptionist was very flexible, communication vent very smoothly. We already could get the room 2 hours earlier as pre-advised! Thanks for it! The bathroom was fully renovated and new. The location is 5 minutes from Tram station and you can be in City centrum in 15 minutes approximately.

The yard area for parking is only partially covered by stones or asphalt, therefore the parking place was very dirty by rainy weather. That made a very unfriendly impression by arrival. The stairwell stinks of cigarette smoke, fortunately the apartment doesn’t. On Television not even a TV channel can be caught! The windows of the sleeping room are not noise isolated, by smallest traffic you can hear all vehicles driving on the street. The ashtray on balcony was full of cigarette butts.

Would not recommend. Unimaginable smell of cigarettes in the apartment.

Cigaret smoke smell was so bad in the apartment, I got an asthma attack at night. Whole place smells like cigarettes - not suitable for stay with children at all. We also found a cockroach running over the counter. A huge confusion on arrival: first we have received the message (in German) saying we should call once we are at the property to receive the safebox code. Later we received another message (in German), that the keys will be in the look of the apartment. Unfortunately, I do not speak German, so I messaged the host with the question about the code, and he/she just sent me the same message again, although in communication we used English. The key, however, was nowhere to find, so we needed to call and insist that the key is not there. The second message also included to pay city tax in cash, which could have been easily included in the price and we would not have to put an extra effort for finding euro cash (were traveling from non euro-zone country to non euro-zone country).

When we left

limited parking toilet seat broken it looked as if all the old cups and plates were dumped into the unit, 3 different cups and plates 2 bedrooms but you had to pass through one to get out.. so no privacy for the first bedroom

Very fine and affordable for short stays

Pleasant spacious apartment with a great terrace. Very straightforward checkin and very fast Internet. Comfortable beds.

I cannot say it was clean. Pillows need replacement and apartment needs renovation. Kitchen and bathroom facilities could also be more clean.

not for the summer

easy checkin , actually self check in/out.

this is not for summertime ! we were hosted in an attic that we found with all the windows closed and 28 celsius inside (had a termometer) , the setup of the beds and rooms was not like in the picture at all, so we needed to use their extensible sofa to setup for our family (4 people). the sheets were not as clean as we were used from other locations, we found insects and lot of dust and black towels so with black towels you never know how clean they are. anyway, the worst part was the temperature, so we opened all the windows and only went to sleep after midnight when the temperature was almost ok (3 hours of waiting for the temp to go down). imagine it would be a rainy day, how you would open the windows of an attic (windows on the roof) and sleep like that. the rooms are otherwise ok, they have a kitchen , bathroom is ok etc. probably a good place for other seasons, but NOT for the summer !

It’s my second time at the Betterhome apartments and even though I’ve had two different apartments they were both really nice, spacious, clean, good furnished. It’s very helpful to have a private parking lot and a bit of green outside the house, the neighborhood is cute and quite. We were supposed to stay only for a couple of nights but ended up booking one more.

It’s a bit farther from the city center but it’s super easy to get there as the tram stops right close to it and we never had an issue with it.

The parking spots were all taken and we had to move the car, eventually one car left so we could park there
