Welcome to Memphis’s funkiest & fun AirBnB! Our house has 4 bedrooms and 2 baths, with the ability to host up to 10 people. Centrally located in Memphis - Midtown/Broad Avenue Arts District. 2-15 min from all the great things Memphis has to offer!
Our 1920’s home was renovated in 2020 with all modern amenities. Traveling in a group? No worries, all the space needed, even a bedroom with a “Makeup Bar”! Staying in for the evening? TV fully stocked with Netflix, Amazon Prime and HBO.

The home, location and hosts were all great!! The property was incredibly neat and clean upon arrival and included everything we needed for our 3 night stay in Memphis! Would definitely return.

My family of five LOVED the space & comfort of this home. Each kiddo had a comfy bed. It was clean & tidy. There is a park & playground across the street which was definitely a bonus after my Kids had been in the car for hours. I felt completely safe. It’s located near CFA, Starbucks, & a family-friendly local burger joint called Huey’s. We travel through Memphis on our way to see family. This place will be our go to from now on!

Plenty of beds and space plus nice kitchen/dining/living room space to hang out in. The neighborhood is questionable in spots but we had no issues. Super cute decor!

My daughters and best friend came for a baby shower and stayed in your wonderful home. The location was great and the home was absolutely gorgeous! We will be back.

The house is very clean and comfortable, all modern appliances and plenty of room to spread out. The check-in process was easy. We enjoyed being close enough to the attractions we wanted to see ( Graceland, Beale st, Bass Pro ) but not right in the congestion. Gene and Ann are very accommodating hosts ! We will be back in the spring

Stunning home! The photos don't do it justice. My husband, 2 sons, dad and I went to Memphis to visit Graceland. Long trip for us, thankfully pulling into the house was a breeze. Love that the family renovated the home themselves. We all had our own rooms. Thank you for hosting.

Came to Memphis for a spring break getaway with kids. Kids loved the house and fun/funky decor. Literally minutes from everything they wanted to do. House was well stocked with everything we needed plus more! Would stay again!

The neighborhood is older and kind of run down, but the owners if this property have revitalized the home with color and art for a unique stay. Our plans for touring downtown Memphis were rained out, but this property lived up to our expectations and made our brief trip memorable.

We passed through Memphis on our long road trip, and this property was the perfect place for our two families to relax comfortably. There was plenty of space for the 8 of us to spread out after being in the car all day. The location was fantastic, right by the zoo which we visited the next morning and highly recommend! I would recommend you double check the windows. We found several were unlocked. Overall we loved it and would definitely stay here again.

This is the second year in a row my sons, grandsons and I have stayed at this property. We absolutely love it. The neighborhood is quiet and convenient to everything. As we were leaving this morning, I asked everyone if we should plan on coming back next year and got a unanimous YES. The hosts are readily available and helpful. This property is very good.

We went for a weekend to Memphis with our 4 grown children. We had plenty of room to hang out & cook for ourselves. House is close proximity to food & lots of activities.

This is a nice place for a no frills experience if you need a 4 bedroom place to stay. Beds were fine and nicely redone. Needs some attention to detail in some areas but the owner noted he would rectify after we checked out. The only real issue is we needed to cancel a day from the original booking and the owner was not exactly easy to deal with to get the fairly refunded night. I also had to contact vrbo myself to get the tax refund. He could have made this a lot easier. Otherwise, communication was fine and this was a nice stay and would recommend. Thanks

I found this home for our group of 8 who were in town to attend a wedding at Graceland. The house was very spacious, larger than expected. AC works great, even against Memphis summer heat/humidity. Our group enjoyed sitting out on the back porch in the evening. The 4 separate bedrooms gave each couple plenty of privacy when needed but the kitchen, dining, and living area was open so we could all be in one area to talk when we wanted too. The rooms had lots of mirrors for getting ready even while someone might be using the bathroom. I think every room also had towel hooks and the towels had loops so it was easy to keep the bathrooms tidy while sharing with 4 to a bathroom. The bedside tables had lamps and access to outlets/power strips to plug in our phones. One thing that might've been an nice bonus was bodywash or soap in the bathrooms, I think several of us are accustomed to hotels providing soap and forgot to bring our own. Definitely recommend and would stay here again with a big group!

We rented this property for a girls trip weekend. The property was really clean and had everything on site that we needed. It took us a second to find the house because it was dark and the porch light wasn’t on but once we got in we didn’t have any more problems. It was a little awkward having the owners next door (renovating I assume), just makes you feel like your being watched but they were really nice and didn’t bother us after the initial “we own the property”. Overall we enjoyed our stay, had everything we needed and the location was perfect. I would recommend it to friends/family.

This was a welcomed get away and we really enjoyed the place. Love the art on the walls and the energy of the place. It was very roomy. There are some scuffs on the wall that needed to be attended to and the flooring on the entire home needs to be re-done. This should have been mentioned in the listing. Otherwise, it was great. I'm grateful we had this option.

Gene and Ann were quick and friendly with communication. Check-in was easy with the digital pad. Loved that it was a large house, but a one-story, so we didn't have to bother with stairs. It fit my 10-person family comfortably. The only suggestion I would make is to add to the furniture in the living room so that we can all watch TV comfortably. I think only five of us had nice sofa seats. Either that or adding a TV to the open-floor kitchen/dining. Overall this was an excellent stay and I would definitely recommend this little slice of peace.

Very nicely decorated and remodeled home. We loved the attention to detail and very nice finishes. The neighborhood was a little rough, but not terrible. Overall it was a very comfortable and well kept property.

Our family enjoyed staying at this property. The house is very well done, bedrooms/bathroom set up was great for our family of 5, plus 3 additional adult family members who traveled with us. The location was close to everything we wanted to visit and the kids liked having a park across the street. Gene was a great host and easily available for any questions. We would stay here again.
