Beautiful Coastal-inspired home w/enough space for the whole family!!

Game room w/ Pool table, Basketball Games, retro arcade game, plug-and-play games, board games, toys and coloring books. Perfect room for family time or kids playtime on rainy days.

The Space:
Freshly painted inside & out with Living Room, Family room, Office/Reading area for the adults, Game Room, and a Bunk room for the kids with 2 full and 2 twin beds. Master Bedroom has a King size bed, a walk-in closet and luxurious spa-like master bathroom with 8x10 Walk-in Shower, soaking tub, private toilet room, and double vanity sinks. The 3rd bedroom with Queen size bed, walk-in closet and pack-n-play crib if needed for an infant sleeping area..it also has direct access to the 2nd full bathroom. TV's in every room.

Game room has a real arcade game with 300+ retro arcade games, Pool table, dart board, boardwalk Basketball Game, plug-and-play games, board games, child size table, pub table and family game room table.. Perfect room for family time or to keep kids busy on a rainy day.

Relax out back in your own paradise which features a large covered lanai, outdoor bar/kitchenette, Screened in pool (complimentary HEAT) and lights for great nighttime swimming. Fenced-in yard w/fire pit and benches for family bonfires and roasting marshmallows with the kids! Even an orange tree to pick oranges and squeeze your own orange juice. (Kitchen is equipt with an orange juice press) Plenty to do at this home after spending your days out and about.

Located in a quiet family neighborhood only 15 Minutes to beautiful Pine Island beach on the Gulf Coast and only 10 minutes away is Weeki Wachee springs water park where you can watch the mermaids in the underwater theatre, Kayak along the river or swim in the springs. The home is also close to other popular vacation destinations such as: Clear Water Beach 40 min away, Tampa Zoo/Aquarium 50 min away, Disney, Universal & Sea World in Orlando are all 90 min away! Guest have access to the whole house to themselves during their stay.

The Neighborhood:
The home is located in a quiet family neighborhood so no parties or loud rowdy crowds allowed. Nice size yard on a corner lot with a large driveway. The driveway can accommodate a large RV and still fit another 2 to 4 vehicles.

Getting Around:
Plenty of room to park. Public transportation is at end of the block where you can catch the Hernando county local bus.

Other Things to Note:
Sorry no pets allowed. There are 3 exterior RING cameras at driveway, front door and pool heater for security purposes only for your protection and ours. There are none where people gather. We do respect your privacy.

You are free to use any and everything at the property, however we do have 2 locked closests that hold supplies and hosts personal items that is off limits to tenants.

We have plenty of towels, pantry items, spices, pool toys, kids safety vests, (complimentary papertowels, toilet paper, shampoo, body wash, first aid supplies, garbage bags, clothes detergent, dish and dishwasher detergent to get you started), coloring books, building blocks, board games, beach chairs, beach blanket, cooler, thermos, popcorn maker, juicer, cold stone for ice cream, pizza stone, crock pot, air fryer, blender and more all for tenants use.

Interaction with Guests:
I am located in NJ, but I have family in the area and a property manager who will be able to assist if there are any problems that may come up.

Very nice property, location is awsome. We had no problems with host and she answered questions quickly, not that we had any problems at all, just a quick question on pool heater. Would stay here again!

The home was nicely decorated. The game room was a great addition. The heated pool was a wonderful treat. Our only issue, the pool area was not clean. It needed some attention. The decking was dirty, bird cage needed to be pressure washed and your deck drains need to be unclogged. It rained and all the water backed up into the porch area where we were sitting. My husband had to wash the pool filter because it was so dirty. If you are paying a pool service, get someone else. They are not doing their job. Please change the ac filters as well, they were dirty. The home was nice ,comfortable and in a convenient location. Over all we had a good time. The cleanliness needs some attention outside as well as inside. Thank you

This property goes above and beyond. They had everything you’d need from inside to outside . Our boys loved the tv by the pool and playing with all the pool toys already at the property. We enjoyed our ending to the day in the game room trying out all the different games offered. My 5 year old absolutely loved that the arcade game had fix it Felix “ wreck it Ralph”. Every room had the cutest decor , smart tv, and comfortable beds ! I can’t even express how nice the walk in shower in the master bathroom is. We loved the home very much and hope to stay again .

This property was fantastic. Location was perfect in a great, safe neighborhood, convenient to everything we wanted to do. The house was very roomy and comfortable with little touches that made it feel like so homey. Our month here was very enjoyable and we hated to leave.

We had a great time! The property was as advertised in a nice quiet neighborhood. Our host immediately responded to any questions we had and kept us well informed of the both the check-in process and any activities (routine maintenance, etc.) occurring on the property during our extended stay.

I cannot say enough good things about this property! Over the past few years our family has spread out over 4 counties and we decided on Spring Hill to get together for the Thanksgiving holiday. Cindy graciously offered the use of her home for our meal and it could not have gone better. The kids were living the heated pool even though the outside temps were in the low 60’s! Will definitely rent again in the future!

We go to Spring Hill every year for vacation to visit family, this year was great, the house was very clean, well supplied, and the host Cindy could not have been nicer, more welcoming, or accommodating. The pool was fantastic, she definitely made it feel like it was our house for the week.. We will definitely be going back!

We thought the home was lovely with many extra touches in decorating. The outdoor space was amazing with a covered patio, warm heated pool and abundant space to enjoy meals and play board games and cards. We spent absolutely most of our time outside in the patio space and in the pool. The neighborhood was great for bike riding. Our host, Cindy, was great and extremely responsive when we had questions. We would definitely recommend this home and would love to return.

great stay, heated pool was great, as was the outdoor dining area, and the play room. My only issue was with the bed in the primary bedroom - the mattress was way too soft and kind of squashed on one side, it really needs replacing.

This house was perfect for our trip. The pool was warm. We enjoyed the firepit. The master bath was amazing. There were lots of little details that made our stay so comfortable. There were 4 kids in our party from 10 - 14 and they were all happy and busy while we were there as were the adults.

Our family absolutely loved this home. It is extremely clean and spacious. The game room, heated pool with outside bar, large screen tv and well-provisioned kitchen is ideally suited for a family with young adults. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves.

I have no complaints about Cindy’s home. My family had an amazing time and didn’t want to leave. Location was great as well as her communication. We were very comfortable for our weekend stay!

This house is stunning. The beds are comfortable and the linens & pillows are of high quality. That gigantic shower will be a conversation piece for years! Even the pots & pans are nice. The pool was gorgeous & refreshing. There are thoughtful touches in every room.

Hello - Overall we loved the heated pool and design of the property. Game room in garage was an added feature. I would say that the house could have been a bit cleaner, a finger nail on the patio, a dead roach in the bathroom, and a broken handle on one of the doors. We also had to leave the pool on Friday night at 7:30pm to have the pool guy clean the pool. Would have preferred that would have happened prior to our arrival. But overall a nice experience.

This year I was able to take my whole family, all 8 of us, on our first family vacation. Unfortunately our trip was not without its speed bumps as flights were canceled, some plans were ruined by weather and attendance limits at attractions. What truly hands down was a saving grace for out trip was Cindy's property! The house was spacious and beautiful and the pool area was perfect for our whole family to hang out and relax and have fun. Even when our plans went south no one was bothered because we knew we had this fantastic house to go back to. My kids range from 19 to 12 and having the game room with no shortage of activities when we were rained out of the pool, everyone had something to do and we could continue hanging out was a family. From the super comfortable beds to the awesome master bathroom, which became my 2 teenage daughters personal spa🙄, there is not enough great things to say about the property. As a host Cindy was absolutely awesome! She was always prompt with her responses when I had a question and even gave us a late checkout due to one of those speed bumps. She was accommodating at every turn to her ability to be so. If your traveling with your family to Spring Hill or the surrounding area. Do not pass on this rental. You will be doing you and your family a disservice.

Beautiful house clean and nicely decorated, loved the comfortable king bed! Kids loved the kids bedroom and the pool, couldn’t get them out! My son who’s in a wheel chair enjoyed the accessibility of the house and especially the shower in the master bath! Would love to book again in the future. Only issue was with the family room tv.
