Overall we had a wonderful stay. The house was very comfortable and has nice touches and amenities, but it took a bit to adjust to the train right behind the house. I knew the train tracks were there when I booked but I didn’t realize how frequent it would pass by. The house is located in a great spot for Park Circle and easy to walk, bike, or drive to lots of locations, which made it a great Girl’s trip.

We had a great time in this house. It was very clean and beautifully decorated. The beds were all super comfy and the location was great. The kitchen was stocked with everything you need to cook with. Overall great house!

Cute home was the perfect size for our group. It was just as the listing described. The train was loud, but we were ok with it since we were only staying a couple nights. We took advantage of the brunch recommendation, which was much appreciated!

This property in beautiful inside. It is very cozy and comfy. The location was great We had no issues with the inside of the property or the communication.
The owner was very helpful with suggestions with restaurants and questions about the house and things to do. Both were great. However, the outisde of the property is bad. There is only parking for one car. All other vehicles have to park in the alley, which I did not like. The front yard appears to be unkept. You have to walk through the grass and dodge the ant beds. I feel that if you spent the money to gravel the yard or pave a proper sidewalk and driveway, that would help with the parking and not having to walk through grass and dodge ant beds. If I had seen the outside of this property before booking, I would not have stayed there. The mosquitoes were terrible. But I'm sure that is out of your control. The property was equipped and very clean. My only complaint is the outside of the property. We had our 82 year old mother who walks with a cane and she had to walk in the dark through an unleveled yard. Lighting was bad (front and back). Would not book again until exterior improvements were made.

The Chic Charleston home was very clean, comfortable and close by to the city and beach. The host was very accommodateing and communicated quickly. I highly recommend this property and location. The train is definitely noticeable but you get use to it.

Clean, comfortable and we enjoyed the scones and The Dig.

We had a lovely time in the home. The decor was beautiful, home was very clean, and host were attentive. The main bedroom bathroom was super adorable but shower not having a door was a little challenging to take a relaxing shower after a long day. There is a science to the door locking system. Not hard but because the doors always open from the inside due to electronic locks is an adjustment. I love the home location but was unaware the home backs to a train track. It didn’t bother me but just as fyi. Overall we had a nice time!

Could be better if owner did not have several items in most of the closet whereby vacationers have to move stuff around if they need to use. Better if there was better parking.

This centrally located property was exactly as described in the listing. It had everything you need for a comfortable stay. Less than 30 minutes to beaches, plantations and Historic Charleston!!! The neighborhood of Park Circle is just a 10 minute walk and has bars, restaurants, and an ice cream and coffee shop too. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!!!

Great place for Charleston visit
Nicely decorated and large enough for family of 4 with adult children. Host provided great tips for locals. Little town 1 mile from house had great Cajun food (Lola's), breakfast (The Exchange) and many local pubs to enjoy after a day of sight seeing. House is conveniently located to Sullivan Island, Isle of Palms, Charleston and Mt Pleasant.

Wow, what an incredible stay!
My friends and I had an exceptionally lovely time in this Chic Charleston Home! It’s seriously even cuter than the pictures and feels really homey and comfortable. The house was more than adequately supplied with everything we needed during our stay and was in the best location to explore Park Circle and all of Charleston. We felt so safe in their home and we couldn’t be more grateful to our wonderful hosts. Book now!

Great space, convenient and clean, but...
The property is clean, comfortable and stylish. As another guest said, right out of HGTV. Great space for a family of four. It is a short walk to the main street with great restaurants, bars and some live music. There are also many other options for food and entertainment in the area and Charleston is a easy drive. The host was very friendly and responsive for the one issue we had.
We would have easily rate the stay a five except for the train situation. The listing simply says "near train tracks". Fact is the tracks are right behind the property, and freight trains pass by regularly from 7:30 am - 10 pm and a few times in the middle of the night. Its not "My Cousin Vinny" but at least one of us did wake each night because of the trains... this also makes it difficult if one hopes to sleep late.

Cute Mid-Century
Everything was as just as advertised. Cute clean, comfortable for three tennis playing friends there for Credit One Charleston Open.. Close and convenient. We’d love to come again.

Don't Judge a Book by Its Cover
I admit that when we first pulled in, I feared that I had been bamboozled. The street view isn't exactly appealing. However, when we went inside, we were blown away by how clean, shiny, and updated this property is! We were on the go the entire time and only slept there, but this place is so pleasant that I wouldn't have minded staying in. This is a very comfortable listing in a friendly neighborhood, and I would recommend it to anyone. The train usually came through right after we went to bed, but we slept with a sound machine and it didn't bother us. We only heard it once per night.

Good location
Good location, the train is right next to the house as indicated on the listing, comfortable beds. Bring 3 prong adapters as the house only has 2 prong outlets. Very clean and communication was great with the home owner. Will stay here again
