Zancudos en la habilitación, la bañera completamente oxidada, de mal gusta da asco solo bañarse ahí… el desayuno tiene horario de 6 - 9 y empieza 6:35… pero si termina 9 en punto, las personas que atienden parece. Atendiendo una cárcel, lastima, es mi tercer vez allá, pero esta muy descuidado en todo sentido

Somente o tamanho do quarto e o café da manhã foram bons, nada mais.

Barulho extremo dos aviões 24h, buzina do trem que passa ao lado do hotel (inclusive de madrugada), isolamento acústico péssimo, muito barulho do hóspede de cima quando caminhavam no seu quarto, quarto pouco iluminado, cama com colchão afundado, tive que pedir toalhas de banho na recepção, sofá cama com aparência de sujo, moscas, faltavam utensílio de cozinha como talheres, copos e pratos... E surpreendente, algo que jamais esperava ver em um hotel: ofereceram protetor auricular para tapar os ouvidos devido ao barulho. Em resumo: péssima estadia. Não havia condição de permanecer para a segunda noite e decidi sair logo que amanheceu. Espero conseguir ao menos reaver junto à Booking.com o valor da segunda noite não utilizada.

Good experience at the hotel

The location is really good with free parking. Our room was nice and spacious and the beds were comfortable. Overall we had a good experience at the hotel.

The showers need a deep clean, they were a little stained.

La cercanía al aeropuerto

No me gustó que habiendo reservado para 4 personas, encima que llegamos tarde por cancelación de vuelo, tuve que ir a pedir sábanas para 2 personas y toallones para 4, sabiendo que la reserva la hice para 4, el recepcionista me trajo las sábanas para armar el sillón y se fue, cuando eso lo tienen que armar ellos, eran las 2 am, terminamos durmiendo a las 3, no me parece bien ese detalle

O quarto é sujo, a banheira é repintada e está descascando, além de estar suja e grudenta. Não tem travesseiros suficientes e quando pedimos travesseiros e toalhas demoraram mais de 4h para fornecer travesseiros que pareciam almofadas de tão pequenos. Tivemos que ficar esperando sem poder tomar banho e sem poder dormir ate entregarem. Quando ligava pedindo falavam que um funcionário tinha acabado de sair levando os travesseiros e toalhas, mas nunca chegavam. Fui varias vezes na recepção e davam a mesma mentira. Passam avião a cada 15 minutos em voos rasantes que chega a tremer as paredes. Até de madrugada passam aviões.

As camas eram confortáveis e a proximidade do aeroporto.

As instalações são muito antigas. Não tinha iluminação no quarto. Somente abajur. Tinha carpete , o que não me agrada. E o banheiro com cortina fica todo molhado. O café da manhã é muito simples. Típico café americano. Hotel apenas pra passar uma noite. Foi o nosso caso pois tínhamos um vôo cedo. Oferecem pouco pra o valor que cobram. E ainda exigem depósito.

No funciona el Wi-Fi, nunca tienen sabanas , cobijas , toallas , nada disponibles pero cobran servicios . Sábanas con pelos , al salir no entregan el depósito , te revisan minuciosamente , lo que no hacen cuando uno llega , para no devolverlo. Tome fotos cuando entre a la Habitacion , alfombra manchadas , horno sucio, baño sucio y a pesar de eso me salieron con una mancha del protector de colchón que ni revise por estar tendida la cama . Incleible !!!!

Not some where id recommend or stay again

How close it was to where i was going and how close it was to walmart and few other places

My room flooded from all the rain the water was coming from under the flooring for the price were paying for a room they call executive its def bot worth it. Toilet clogs way to easy barely goes down. Ridiculous

Desilusión y algo de asco

El hotel es viejo y lo tienen muy mal mantenido. Las instalaciones son viejas y se siente sucio en sus exteriores. El televisor es un clásico , no puedes conectar tu Netflix. El baño y la cocina no están sucios, pero se sienten sucios por que todo es viejo. Necesita una renovación urgente. La piscina están muy sucia, con una nata blanca y los bordes grasosos y sin limpiar.

Not worth the money or the headache

The location was the only thing that went right

Everything from telling me at 1:30 that i can pay a fee for checking in early but come back at 3 which would still be early then when i got in the room my trashcan was still full i had 1 towel and no washcloths. When we went to get some more they said they didnt have none and ask us were the old ones are like how would we know. So we went to the store to buy some towels and wash cloths. The water in the shower wouldnt get warm, there was mold on the floor next to the shower. One whole night we had no a/c and no cable overall it was just a bad experience and the pics online look nothing like the actual rooms its was crazy how i felt scammed all i could so was laugh, also the mattress was bigger than the box spring so on the left side of the bed if you sat on the edge you would slide off

The location was ideal for anyone wanting to stay close to the airport and shopping malls Dolphin and Miami International Mall. Walking distance from Walmart was great! The staff was friendly and did not interfere with guests.

My family stayed in one of the suites which was not overall bad. The only issue we had was that although a kitchen was available, there were no utensils for cooking so for any family wanting to cook...walk with your pots! We ended up buying a pot set as it was costly for a family of 7 to buy food daily. Also there was no daily cleaning..no brooms or mops at the apartment either..so could not sweep or mop floors..we stayed for 4 nights and could not sweep the floors..that was not nice..Breakfast was included but the wait and time made it impossible to have it daily. My family opted not to go..but the coffee was very tasty! In the end, they took a deposit for damages..but because there were no cleaning services available there was dust and dirty floors left behind. I hope they don't charge me for that!

Horrrrrrible!!!

Nothing at all! The service is horrible, they don’t listen. Their guards are up because they think you complain for no reason!

Filthy- it doesn’t look anything like what’s on the internet….I booked a suite for 8 people, arrived to the location and the suite only had 4 rags and 4 towels- front desk told me that they were all dirty- the young ladies had to book with a clean pair of their PANTIES! We left and did not stay!
