This was a perfect property for 1-2 people, decorated very tastefully. The hot tub and private back patio are a very nice touch.
While you will probably not spend much time in the room overall, there is not a tv in that room of the home.
The blinds were slightly see through in the evening hours with lights on in the home.
Overall; wonderful location. We would rent again.

From start to finish, this cottage was the perfect place for us. It was close and convenient to all things Central Coast and was comfortable and a chill place for the two of us! The accommodations were lovely but there was no stove or washer and dryer. Plus the parking situation was really difficult as you had to back out onto Vine at the bottom of a hill which was impossible to see oncoming traffic. The outdoor spaces were nice but needed more landscape plantings to soften the experience.

Excellent cottage for two. Well appointed with everything you need (sans stove or diswasher: the hot plates provided were just fine--we came to mostly eat out). Super clean with large bathroom. Nice location (about 20 min walk to downtown) and just a couple of blocks to the 101 if you are going farther afield. Would absolutely recommend.

Well appointed, clean and comfortable cottage. I bit too far to walk to downtown but just a short and easy Uber ride away (Especially since it rained most of the weekend!). The back yard is not fully fenced so it was not convenient to just let the dog out there to do business.

The place was exactly as pictured, nicely decorated, comfortable, spacious. Bathroom was bigger than expected actually. Really nice shower, great towels! Bed was comfortable but shook like a little earthquake when my husband would get out of bed. My husband didnt like that there wasnt a tv in the bedroom. Didnt bother me so much. Since it is pet friendly, we brought our lab, who seemed comfortable but he's a normal easy going lab. There wasnt any grass on the property so we had to walk him to the business complex down the way for him to do number 2. He likes doing his number 2 in grass 🙄 check in was easy though. I would recommend more entry mats or rugs when its supposed to rain. I swept up each day because with the weather, we brought in so much from the outdoors. Small thing. Aside from that, we really liked the place, and loved that we could bring our dog.

This is a nice, comfortable well-decorated cottage in Paso Robles. The hot tub and fire pit make it an excellent place to relax. It is in a quiet neighborhood about 15-20 minute walk from the main downtown area or a quick drive. The one bedroom just barely fits the bed, so it can feel a bit cramped, but the rest of the cottage is roomy. The place is probably best for a couple (perhaps with a child) but might feel small for two couples.

Hubby and I stayed for two nights--not long enough. Everything we needed. While bedroom does not have much extra room, the bathroom and great room and outdoor spaces more than make up for it. Hot tub was perfection as was walkability to the square. We will definitely be staying again.

I appreciated the simple, rustic elegance of the decor, the chickens next door and visits from a friendly cat. The neighborhood feels very safe and is very convenient, but perhaps a little busier than I was expecting. We enjoyed several walks into the town center, and relaxing in the hot tub in the evening. Good instructions were provided for amenities like the TV and hot tub, and everything worked well.

We could walk to Joe's Place for breakfast, the Paso Robles Brewing Company for beers, and fine restaurants and tasting rooms downtown. The property overall was great, but the firepit had specific instructions for lighting that were not provided and the jacuzzi was green. I had to go into the office and Sandy was very helpful, but the jacuzzi issue was not solved and it had to be drained and refilled. We chose to cut our trip short due to these issues and the weather that arrived Saturday night.

Loved our stay at this perfect bungalow for 2! The bathroom was beautiful and the shower large. We didn’t have time to use the fire pit or hot tub but the yard was nice and private. Close enough to town if you wanted to walk, just a 4 min drive to town square. We had a hiccup with the code not working when we got there, probably because we booked within hours of arriving. I called the number and it was fixed immediately. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

We had a great time at this lovely cottage. The only wrinkle was trying to get in but once we called the emergency number all was well.
The entrance driveway is hazardous. I think at the very least a site obstruction mirror would be helpful when backing out.

This place was amazing and maybe even better than described. It was small, yes, but perfectly appointed with just the right amount of stuff-decor, kitchen items, toiletries, etc. The backyard was especially nice to take a dip in the hot tub, sit by the fire with a glass of wine, or have dinner at the table. The interior is like farm house meets the Magnolia catalog. Really, it couldn't have been nicer. It was about a 15 minute walk from downtown which was also very convenient.

We LOVED this cottage. It was beautiful, new, modern, and clean. Easy check-in process. Customer service was excellent. Very well-appointed. (The kitchen could use measuring spoons and cups, but it seemed to have literally everything else.)
For how clean the cottage was, I was surprised the hot tub wasn't more clean, especially since it says it's serviced/maintained every Friday (and we stayed Thurs-Sat).
Overall, fantastic experience and we'd stay again.

We are so very appreciative of the owners of the Revine Lago-Vine Cottage. We had a bit of a challenge when we arrived as the heat was not on and it was quite chilly for us. However, the staff were so terrific and determined to help us get heat and also to so kindly replace a broken coffee pot all in the same evening we arrived. Then the rest of the long weekend was absolutely wonderful in every way. The bed is very comfortable, there are lots of blankets (which for easily to chill me) was so thoughtful, the bathroom is beautiful and the shower is so luxurious, the kitchen is so well stocked and the hot tub is such a special, special addition. We also loved dancing to the old music we could play on the adorable old record player. Thank you so much for our dedication to taking such good care of your guests. We felt very cared for. Please give your staff who stopped by our many thanks and compliments for their patience, understanding and kindness. We hope to stay again many times.

The house is perfect for a couple looking to escape for a few days. Very nicely decorated inside and comfy vibes. The description was accurate to the house and it's amenities. Property was clean and well kept. It is close enough to walk to downtown shops and restaurants or a stroll through the neighborhood.The only issues that we came across was the wall heater unit. I had read a previous review which had the same problem but I had hoped it was taken care of prior. Our issue was the unit was not blowing warm/hot air even though it was set to 78-80 degrees. We contact the manager and they responded very quickly with space heaters. Besides that, our stay was amazing and would recommend this house our friends and family.

The cottage was very lovely and perfect for a long weekend getaway. The decor is stylish. The bedroom is a tad small but the bed was very comfy. Bathroom was spacious with a lovely shower. The kitchen does not have a stove top but who want's to cook on vacation? Especially with so many great restaurants in downtown Paso. There's a fridge, coffee maker & oven style toaster oven which is all we needed.
The heater had a hard time keeping the place warm (The weather was colder than usual). But we called PR Vacation Rentals and they quickly provided us a space heater for the bedroom.
Hot tub is great!

Amazing property. Beautiful inside and out, everything you need, and in a great location. Note that trash and leafblowing happens Friday morning and can be a bit of a surprise if you're not expecting it. Overall fantastic stay and will be coming back.

Overall clean and comfortable, location was perfect ! The house was very cold when we first arrived because they do not have the heat on, took a few hours to warm up. Also, the fridge was not working well, so nothing stayed cold long.
Otherwise this cottage was perfect !
