fine and nice location

communication with reception was good, Anwar was very helpfully with everything, nice and friendly guy. location very good, near metro, 5 min walk and not noisy.

very small bathroom, you cannot proper shower. Don’t aspect very much, just for 1 night sleeping ok. breakfast not wow just like al hotels in france.

Trotz der Mängel i.w. (Preis, Sanitär,..) sehr gut (Paris!) - daher weiter zu empfehlen

Das Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die sanitären Anlagen waren neu und einwandfrei. Metroanbindung und Parkplatzverfügbarkeit waren sehr gut.

Das Zimmer zur Rückseite ist mit reichlich quietschenden Metrogeräuschen angereichert. Fenster besser geschlossen halten! (Klimaanlage) Der Handtuchservice war unbefriedigend - Tücher lagen z.B. über dem Rand zum Teil in der Toilette - usw... Ausstattung knapp - gut geeignet für kleines Gepäck Das Frühstück war nicht so vielseitig - hat mir aber gereicht.

Breakfast is very good for the value. I love th fresh baguette and croissants. The egg is not my favorite but the bacon was good. Room and common areas were clean. Staff were nice.

It would be nice to have hand soap in addition to the shower soap dispenser. Also to have instruction on how to operate the aircon/heater.

The staff was friendly and helpful, neer to metro station; pointe du lac line 8, 3-5 min walking. Nice location for disney land, take metro line till ruilley station, transfer to line 1, reach satation Nation, the take RER disneyland parc

Narrow room, I hardly put my luggages on the floor where no place to put your feet. Such room is for bed time only, if you expect to enjoy stay in the hotel, dont take it.

Nice place to stay, quiet, and comfortable. By the Metro station.

Very friendly staff. Large room with comfortable beds. The area was very quiet. Nice breakfast in the morning.

The showerhead in our bathroom wasn't fixed which didn't make it easier to wash the hair. Not a problem but something that could be improved and is probably an isolated case.

The housekeeper My check out was at 2pm coz I wasn’t feeling well, she knocked at the door and open my door without any permission telling me that the check out is at 11.30pm For normal check out it at 12 pm How come she can knock and open the door without permission And she never apologised for that She came back again around 1.40 pm knocking on my door My stay was ok until what I got from the housekeeper this is disrespectful , but the woman at the reception her name is PERLE. She’s from Congo she’s so adorable

First night was all fine but second night, the towels left in the bathroom were too small to be considered as bath towels. They were hand towels. Asked for bigger towels but nothing arrived.

Hotel was good but no English speaking staff. Also was informed to pay a security deposit twice the amount mentioned in invoice which will be refunded when you checkout but it is still not refunded after 5 days. Rooms are not cleaned house keeping staff didn't understand English and was getting very frustrated on us don't know why. Location is far away from city but metro station nearby.
