Well equipped. Liked the area as it quite central to drive to different places in Rhodes. Loved the village of Kolympia. It is quite a drive to get down from the house. Has a washing machine and dishwasher. Looks like the pictures on the website. Simone was very helpful in the lead up to the trip and answered all our questions and organised car hire
The neighbours are right next you, one side offers no privacy and can be noisy. One air con and blind never worked although they did try and fix.

There was no breakfast! The location - which was not easy to find straightaway - was beautiful with sea and mountain views. Waking up to the sunrise and seeing the sunset was lovely. Villa was extremely well equipped with everything we needed which for a family of 7 is difficult to achieve. We each had a bedroom and bathroom which is not easy to find with a lot of villas and makes life so much easier when you have Mum and Dad, 2 x 30 adults, one with a partner and a 28 year old. This might not be important to some but was a major factor in our decision to book.
Lack of hot water for showers. We understand the villas depend on solar heating but when 7 of you are trying to shower before going out in the evening, it was a mass rush at 5p.m./6p.m and more often than not, we ended up with cold showers. We were advised we could put the immersion on for 30 minutes but that did not really make much difference. The lack of warm water if you are departing on a morning flight, as we were, was a nuisance. Don't know what could be done to improve this. On the day of departure, the agency did not turn up to collect the keys and on calling the office, we were just told to leave them in the door which did worry us as if someone had broken in and trashed the villa or stolen stuff we could have been held liable.

Grest view of the sea. Modern clean.
The noise of the villa next to us.
