Our recently remodeled Troon Estate blends modern appeal with the Western decor that the Troon area is famous for. This luxurious home features 4 beautifully appointed bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to 10 guests with 2 king beds, 1 queen bed, and 2 twin beds.
The home is just moments away from the Troon North Clubhouse, renowned golf courses, the Four Seasons Resort, and the vibrant shopping and nightlife at Desert Ridge Mall and City North.
Inside, you'll find both a formal dining room and a casual breakfast nook, perfect for any meal occasion. There are upgraded TVs in the living room, primary suite, and second bedroom, providing ample entertainment options. The game room includes a top-of-the-line pool table for some friendly competition.
Step outside to a stunning backyard oasis, featuring a first-class pool with water features and breathtaking views of Pinnacle Peak. The exterior is fully landscaped and offers a spacious patio with a dining area, ideal for enjoying meals al fresco. A high-end BBQ grill is also available for those perfect evenings at home.
The gourmet kitchen is large and fully equipped with Quartz countertops and plenty of cabinets, making it easy to entertain in style. Casago House Rules
**Stays 21 days during 5/1-10/31 will require a utility deposit in the amount of $500.00 - the deposit will be collected once the booking is confirmed either via Airbnb or a direct charge to the card on file.**
~ Check-in time is at 3:00 PM
~ Check-out time is 10:00 AM
~ Please remember! We are not able to accommodate an early check-in or late check-out, so please make sure coordinate your travel plans ahead of time
~ Casago provides a starter pack which will include hand soap, body wash, shampoo and conditioner, toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher pods, and laundry soap. Please refrain from using "flushable wipes."
~ No pets or large gatherings
~ Renter must park in the garage or visitor parking spaces. Repeated over night parking in the visitor parking is not allowed.
~ No smoking inside, outside the property, or on the premises. $1000.00 fee billed to guests if there is any visual evidence, the smell of smoke in the home found upon check-out, or smoke detected in the house. Our no-smoking policy includes the smoking of marijuana and vape pens.
~ Homes are electronically monitored for noise and smoke detection
~ Utility caps apply. This 4 bedroom has a $250 utility allowance per 30 days ($8.34 per day.) Guest are responsible for any amount billed over the $250 utility cap. Utility cap overages will be charged to a credit card on file for stays over 21 days or longer
~ All Casago Homes are inspected every 30 days to change filters and batteries and service the lock. We appreciate your cooperation in advance.
~ Guest booking the homes must be at least 25 years of age. Reservation holder must be at the home unless approved in advance by Casago.
~ All reservations are subject to a background check and an additional screening fee. The reservation holder must submit their driver's license and Selfie thru Guest Ranger and sign the Casago management rental agreement within 72 hours of booking.
**Pool can be heated with an additional fee of $90/DAILY + tax (upon request.) Must notify the office at least 1 week in advance. Pool heat temperature cannot be guaranteed. Weather, length of reservation, and other environmental factors may prevent the pool from achieving your desired temperature**

The house is nice! It’s a little dated but well kept overall.
Plenty of towels and extra blankets. Beds super comfy (but pillows are newer so really big and fluffy for those who like a lower profile pillow having a couple thinner options in the hall closet might be good.
Pool sensor is obnoxious but understand it’s a requirement for those renting w kids. Would be nice to be able to turn it off so everytime you head out to the backyard it doesn’t go off.

The house had outstanding bones, but the finish out including cabinetry shower and trim was very low quality and cheap. The pool table needed the slate waxed at the joints to prevent having a hump only playing surface as a . VRBO hos, I always have coffee, tea, creamer, and sugar available for my guest. This somewhat pricey rental does not furnish items which I would consider normal offerings. the Keurig coffee maker did not work due to it being stopped up with old coffee grounds, however, they did furnish me a replacement after about six hours of requesting. The pool heater did not work but they did offer a refund for the additional fee I did pay. The check in process prior to actually taking possession of the house was somewhat cumbersome and my opinion not necessary. All in all I was very happy with the home. refund of The pool heating fee took too long to be refunded. I would not rent the home again due to the corporate host situation. I will always go with a private individual host.

It was a great size of the house for me and my husband. Kitchen has everything we need. They house was very clean and organized for big family. The house has 2.5 bathroom, which for two of us was perfect. I would recommend it for couples.

Good sized house for a family, big open layout. Pool was nice and it’s about it a 25-30 minute drive to Old Town. After booking be prepared to send in a lot of supporting documents verifying your identity.

The property feels like like a corporate property. It’s nice, but lacks decor and kitchen utensils. Minor upkeep issues, such as outlets that didn’t work and about half the blinds were broken. The property managers did a really nice job. I was very impressed with them. Also, the pool does not have a surface filter, so it has to be skimmed by the tenants on a daily basis.

Enjoyed the view, but the property needs some work. Internet service very slow! Beds are worn and uncomforable, furniture uncomfortable, minimal dishes available, fireplace did not work, lights need repair, hot tub old, worn, and dirty . Work orders placed but repairs not completed - management company seeking owner approvals but slow response.

We enjoyed our stay immensely. It was just like being home with all the amenities. Due to the cooler weather, we were glad we had the pool/spa heated prior to our arrival. We definitely plan to come back again next year! We highly recommend for couples or families!

Nice house but fell short of expectations. First, plan on being miles from anything. Second, there are not 3 full bathrooms--there are two plus a half-bathroom off the living room. This means there is lots of sharing of bathrooms so it is made more for one family than for friends sharing a house--unless you are OK with that. Lastly, bring all your own condiments including coffee as there is nothing at the house and grocery stores are miles away.

The property was in good working order and served our needs well.
The only thing I would suggest would be to update the TV situation. Most VRBOs that I have stayed at had a smart TV at a minimum. This would open the options for Netflix and other services that the guests already have. With what is currently in place it is more along the lines go what you would find on a hotel TV so there aren't many options.

Gorgeous sunrise and sunset light against a desert hill with a big saguaro cactus off back porch. Nothing is within walking distance so you must drive to all amenities. A little bit of road noise when sitting on back porch, but very quiet inside.

Few things to know
Pros: price, location, clean, floor plan, check in/out. Overall it was great for us.
Negative: on a corner lot next to the main entrance and backs up to a road, HOWEVER, not busy in July. Only two doors to access back yard. The main door, sliding glass door in family room, was broken so we had to use the master bedroom door which automatically locks behind you! We got locked out. This was also a slight pain when we wanted to go to bed early but my son wanted to hot tub late. He woke us up coming in and out the master bedroom door. They really need to fix the sliding glass door in the family room. Other than that, it was a great place to stay and we'd stay there again for the pros I listed above ;))

Decent home in good location sadly in need of attention
The house was fine although it's listed as 3 bath (which was a key reason we chose it) and it's really 2 1/2 baths (no shower and limited shelf space). It is in need of maintenance (screen door off track, shutters broken, burned out lights, including overhead light in 3 rooms, ice dispenser not working, handle of kitchen faucet fell off when used etc.). There are only 3 coffee cups, no wine glasses, and the instructions about garbage days were wrong.. But the yard was nice and private, the area great. Be aware that this appears to be an investment property rather than owned by someone who uses it. You will deal only with the management company, which was responsive (they did send someone out to replace light bulbs, albeit on the 4th day of our 5 day stay), but we prefer owner owned homes.

Overall it was pleasant. Some of lights/outlets didn't work. Pool and hot tub were dirty but since we didn't spend a lot of time at the house it really didn't matter.

Great house but needs some TLC
My husband and I took our five adult children to AZ for golfing and some relaxing. The house is a perfect location. Very quiet and an easy drive.
We did get a text from the management company once we got to the site to let us know they were there if we have any questions or concerns.
The posting indicated that it was a 3 bath but it is actually a 2.5 bath. So it ended up that 5 adults needed to shower in one bathroom. I would not have booked this property if I knew it was a 2.5 bath.
We ran into some extremely hot weather so we spent most of our time around the pool. The pool bottom seemed to disintegrate while we were using it. There were pieces of concrete that were sharp on the bottom of the pool. I did text the manager about it but we did not get a response.
We also had an issue with some bathing suits and towels that had a green film on them once we got out of the pool. My daughter washed her brand new suit immediately but the green stain did not come out. I did communicate this issue as well to the manager via text but again we did not get a response.
The hot tub was dirty and it did have a smell when you open the cover but because it was so hot we did not use but I would have been upset if we did want to use it.
We had a hard time getting hot water in the master shower. It was just cold water. It seemed to be that when another person was showering in the other bathroom, we were not able to use the master shower until they were done.
Most of the home was clean but there were several cigarette butts in the rocks around the pool, a long string of dirt/dust bunnies hanging off of the overhead light above the kitchen sink, light bulbs that were burnt out and dirty hot tub.
The house is great but needs some TLC.

Not worth the price
Location was great. House was not worth the price. Hot tub did not work, pool had holes in the plaster on the bottom (we didn't even get in it). Garage door did not work. Space in house was good but it was very dated. 2nd bath was not even used...shower curtain had mold on it. For the price it was definitely NOT worth it.

We enjoyed our stay but were disappointed with the dead bugs on windowsills, dirty hot tub, broken shower curtain, hole in the bathroom wall. Great location!

Horse schooling
The location to Rio Verde Road was excellent! Excellent location if anyone needs a place to stay that is close to a Reining Cow Horse trainer or a cutting trainer. Could of improved on a few household items but nothing major. Thanks!
