This cabin was exactly what we were looking for! So cute, comfortable, clean, and quiet. The view of the river is beautiful, and falling asleep in the upstairs loft to the sound of the rushing water was incredibly relaxing. The hot tub was clean and well-maintained. The kitchen had everything you could need. The bathroom was comfortable, with a heated toilet seat, soft towels, and a heated floor. Absolutely no complaints!

Loved this cabin. Very cozy and the creek behind the property is incredible. Made for quite a relaxing stay. Sitting in the hot tub after a day of hiking was the best end to the day. Would stay again!

The cabin is amazing, cute, cozy, well furbished, the jacuzzzi a great plus in the evening. We loved the river and the fire pit. Will definitely come back!! We just loved it!!

The main draw for us to this property was the location - right on the river, secluded, in the middle of nature. The house itself is incredibly charming with some modern touches (the heated bathroom floor!). Rustic enough to feel like we were camping but modern enough for comfort. The hot tub, and all other appliances, are very well maintained. The property managers were very responsive and answered all our questions. I can't wait to stay here again!

Amazing cabin. It’s a perfect getaway from the city. You’ll love sitting in the hot tub and staring out at the river.

Our family of three (5yo son) stayed here Mother’s Day weekend which was also the birthday weekend of our son! This place was absolutely magical! The location was perfect for us as it was a quick drive over Stevens Pass to Leavenworth where we spent most of Saturday. We enjoyed delicious meals outside on the back deck with the rushing sounds of the river each night. We relaxed in the hot tub and enjoyed evenings by the outdoor fire. The cabin was well equipped with kitchen appliances, cookware, and utensils. There were ample towels as well. The views from the second floor loft were phenomenal. We’d stay here again in a heartbeat.

The river creates a magnificent sound that stays in the memory. Not a place that can be forgotten... just magical. Be sure to take time to read the "memoirs" of the cabin located under the TV. So many adoring people have written their stories of romance and renewed relationships of all kinds that all took place in the cabin since 1999... such a treat! It should be published. Also of note.. the cleanliness- thank you to the detailed cleaning staff! Hot tub also clean as a whistle and wonderful! Bring a flashlight if you plan to go outside away from the cabin at night at all... as it is DARK out there- this place is secluded. Bed is comfy, bathroom has a cool cabin serenity- tub is clean and awesome. Ladder a bit difficult if you are older, or have a dog that you like to sleep beside ( but hey... you could sleep downstairs!).. also... the Superman window and so many fun surprises are all about to be discovered... like a mini Disneyland. Treeline Rentals... we thank you for up-keeping this treasure and we will be booking in the future! Enjoy.. and look no further- you have found your great escape! (just a thought when deciding if a group bigger than two can enjoy... it is one giant triangle room with open loft and only the awesome bathroom doored off) For a couple... it is perfect.. for two couples or with kids- be prepared to get cozy!)

Terrific and cozy A frame along a roaring creek.

I went on a nice solo trip to the beautiful A frame cabin. It was honestly exactly what I wanted, cozy, with a River ambient background noise, beautiful views, huge windows, just so cute and cozy, it was clean, thoughtfully designed.
Loved the heated bathroom floors as a surprise feature, kitchen is tiny but cute and the provide a lot of appliances, the hot tub was a very relaxing time. Just a really nice scenery and vibe. I felt pretty good as a solo woman there. There were other caning nearby, you had privacy but you were a few hundred feet from other cabins.
Overall lovely stay! Will definitely be back :)
Suggested changes.
- it was pitch black when I drove up at 5:30, I suggest making it do the porch light stays on so that guests can find the cabin much easier at night because it is very easy to miss and got someone not used to the woods at night, pretty scary to bring in stuff in the porch black.
Maybe update the light switch that stay on while on, or add more lights to the ground.
- the toilet paper holder is awkwardly positioned behind the toilet, I'd find better placement.
- the heater takes HOURS to heat up a small cabin, I'd see if you can improve that AND at the least please provide a space heater for up and downstairs.

Our anniversary weekend, and the cabin was just what we needed to relax and just enjoy each other's company . Wish it hadn't rained so much so we could have enjoyed the hot tub more, but that's the NW in late September!

Awesome hideaway. Very peaceful and functional. Good place to relax and unwind, write, read and think. The hot tub on the deck was very welcome after skiing Stevens Pass. Would love to return.

We LOVED our stay at this little cabin that makes you feel immediately at home and yet transports your mindset to that of a remote mountain getaway. It is situated in a very private setting along Index Creek, and has all the cute coziness of a mountain cabin while also super luxuriously comfortable (heated floors in the bathroom for example...). Highly recommended if you want to focus on your partner or friend in a beautiful setting.

We loved our time at this property. A few of the photos are outdated, but the cabin has had some improvements since they were taken. We didn’t see a single soul during our stay there and we loved it!

Relaxation plus
The cabin is all it was advertised to be - peaceful, comfortable, and deeply relaxing thanks to the sounds of the rushing water from Index Creek and privacy on the property. There are also delightful and arty little touches throughout the cabin such as the painted floor, the heart-shaped stone next to the bathtub, and the charming anthropomorphic handles on the deck doors.
The tub was very comfortable and long enough for tall people, which is unusual in my experience. It was wonderful to stretch out and enjoy the view of the trees.
Kitchen fully stocked and easy to work in. The firepit was fantastic. Everything was very clean. Checkout tasks were reasonable.
We spent all of our time on the first floor, as the ladder to the 2nd floor is too steep for the dog and she would have wailed if we'd slept upstairs. Just a note for dog owners to be aware of but it wasn't a problem as the bed on the first floor was quite comfortable.
Thanks to the property management team for being so responsive and making this a great trip.

Absolute beautiful cabin on a scenic river
This cabin sits back in the woods about a mile from the main highway. It’s directly on a small river (creek might be the proper term) and is absolutely gorgeous. This is a great getaway nestled in the mountains where you could stay at the cabin for your stay and or find plenty of scenic places to visit, such as the skykomish river or stevens pass.
The cabin itself is very cozy and has hot water, stove, cooking utensils, hot tub, claw foot bath tub, and a grill. We hope to visit again.

Perfect Getaway
Hubby and I rented A River Runs Through It for a weekend away to celebrate our 45th anniversary. It was exactly what we love, cabin in the woods, rushing River, and a hot tub! Definitely top of our keeper list.

A River Runs Through It
We stayed at this property 20 years ago. It has been updated a bit, but is still an adorable little cabin. Stairs to the loft are steep, but the climb is worth it as the bed is very comfortable. It's in the middle of no where, which can be good or bad depending. No neighbors around, but if you drive up the road a bit, there are some places that have been there for a loooong time with some interesting characters. Very quiet and peaceful. It's a good place to get away from the rat race.

A winter wonderland
My family just spent a quiet weekend at the River Runs Through it property near Stevens Pass. We got snow through out our stay which added to the ambiance but I am sure this location is just a beautiful without it. The river is so close it feels like you are right on top of it. This is the prefeft setting for enjoying the hot tub (which was clean and well kept). We had a small issue with the fire place which was quickly managed by the property manager. They even went the extra step to order more propane to ensure no further hiccups during the stay. The kitchen is small and cramped. There were definitely the bare essentials but if you have any of your must haves you may want to grab them to ensure you have what you need. The fridge is on the small side at this property so keep that in mind as you pack. I would love to stay here again and likely will.
