Central location, free parking
Badet maintained, no personal service. ok cleaning. Lack of emergency exit signs etc

the location downtown was great to walk downtown and to the port. There was free parking available just behind the hotel. the room was very clean and very cozy.

The room was clean and comfortable
The check in process was unacceptable. I had infomed them i would be arriving late in the evening, but the front door was locked when i arrived at 10pm. The was some security device with a touch screen which was supposed to deliver they keys, but this didn't work. A phone call managed to get someone out to give me the key, but he seemed to resent every second of his time that he was giving to one of his paying guests. This is described as a family run hotel, i can only suggest the fza family find some other occupation. Hospitality is not for them.

good price. keys available 24h for late check in in the machine outside

Apartment was clean and comfortable
After hours checkin was no problem
TV was old - did not support hdd for movies
No bath
Not enough cutlery for the amount of people booked
No coffee or milk though facilities were provided
We were not told about extra charge for a tourists discount card for entrance to beaches etc. The card was provided (we thought as a value add) and charged for on checkout even though we didn't use it.

Very nice hotel, close to the harbour.

We got a 2 Br apartment, free parking, ideal location to get to the port for ferry to Helgoland, many places to eat around.

Excellent location, near the pier in Cuxhaven where the boat coming from Neuwerk Island docks and where buses or taxis can easily be taken. From that pier you can also take trips to see the Sandbanks with seals and other excursions around the Elbe mouth. Very near excellent restaurants. The large Parking is within the property. Recptionists are extremely helpful and kind to dog owners. Highly recommended
We had to leave the property very early next day for our Waddensea excursion, I wish I could have stayed longer in the Hotel, one night was not enough. If I had to cook in the well furnished kitschen of the apt for 4 people we rented, I would have appreciated having some Oil, salt and pepper, sugar, napkins and such essentials for cooking
