The Glamping Vesta 30D really has everything you need for the perfect getaway with friends or family. Seat belts: 7 Sleeps: 10 technically, 8 tight, but really will sleep 5-6 comfortably The Vesta will technically sleep 10, but we recommend no more than 5-6 adults and a few really small children. We recommend 2 adults in the master queen bed, 2 in the bunk beds, and one adult on the cab-over bed above the front seats. This leaves the small couch and table which convert into "beds", for young adults, or kids. Festival goers will be considered on a case by case basis. Please expect additional vetting questions and potentially additional fees, if you are renting during this time of year. Please be advised that the RV has built-in GPS to track the vehicle, so please be upfront and honest. Delivery/Set-Up: We will consider delivery and set-up of the Vesta for an additional fee, depending on availability. Please inquire for more info. Pets: We do allow pets (1 dog per rental) – if you are bringing a dog there will be an additional $15 per day fee. **Note: all dogs must be crated while left inside alone** Smoking: There is absolutely *NO Smoking* allowed in the RV. Even fruity smelling vapes. If it is determined that there has been smoking inside the RV a $300-$500 fee could be held from your security deposit. Check In/Check Out: I'm sorry, but we cannot offer Sat or Sun pickup. Please schedule the start of your trip on a weekday. Pick up and drop off is between 9am-12pm. A late fee of $50 per hour will be charged for each hour the RV is returned after the scheduled drop off time. Please check with me if you need to pick up at different times. If the RV is returned more than 4 hours late you will be Charged a late fee of $200 + an additional nights rental. Convenience Fee: There is mandatory convenience fee of $150 for prep, washing, cleaning, dumping, and sanitizing. Please return the Vesta empty of all personal belongings and any trash. Also, the interior should be wiped down and swept. We will dump your grey and black tanks as part of the convenience fee. If the RV is returned dirty a cleaning fee may be assessed. * Please, no one allowed on the roof * Separate contract detailing the rules, safety operating details, and charges pertaining to damages and excess will be signed at checkout on the day of pick up.
