About this house rental
This is a cute home on stilts, in a great location, Just steps to Froggies Bait dock & Sisters gift shop. Walking distance to 5D steak house, Mamas Kitchen, and others. Tons of parking space. Enough room to accommodate several boat trailers and vehicles comfortably. Launch your boat at Froggies and park your truck/trailer at your front row, private parking, right at the house. You can relax on the front porch and enjoy watching all the activity at the boat ramp or hang out downstairs. You can walk to several of the nearby restaurants and shops or Take a short drive to the other shops and stores in the area. The beach is also just a short, few minute drive. Right down the block there is also a place that rents golf carts. The upstairs is the main living space in the home with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The master bedroom has a king size bed and adjoining bathroom with vessel sinks granite countertop and tiled shower. The 2nd bedroom has a queen bed. The 3rd bedroom has 2 twin beds. The 2nd upstairs bathroom has a vessel sink, granite countertop and tiled shower. The kitchen has all new stainless appliances, wine fridge and granite countertops. There is also a laundry room upstairs with a washer and dryer. The dining room has a counter height table. The living room has a leather sofa and love seat and a 75" smart TV. Ceiling fans throughout the home and lots of windows to let in all the POC light. Outside, the porch runs the length of the house, faces the intracoastal waterway and has nice breezes with excellent views of the intracoastal, boatramp and froggies! The 4th bedroom is downstairs, it is the overflow "buddy room'. This bedroom has a twin over double bunk bed, and adjoining bathroom. Outside the home downstairs is an octagon picnic table and a conversation table for hanging out visiting. This home is very conveniently located in P.O.C close to shopping, restaurants, and boat launch. Many places within walking distance. others are just a short drive. Enjoy your stay in Port O'Connor!

This place is very accommodating for fishing, relaxation, and entertainment. Plenty of room for 8 Marines to enjoy for R&R while we reminisce of our days on the Corps. The parking for boats is great. Living and outdoor spaces are very comfortable and inviting. This is the first year we have stay the entire week, and we will do it again next year. Boat ramp watching is cheap entertainment. Marty is a very gracious host. We did not want for anything.

The property was in excellent condition and very clean. It was like being home away from home. We had a great experience. I did tell the host that the trash can was full when we got there. She stated she would call the trash pick up service truck.

My friends and so rented this beautiful home in Port O’Conner . It’s a first class home, furniture and beds are very comfortable. Location across from Froggies Dock is awesome. Each of us had own bedroom and bath. Home offers plenty of vehicle parking up to four cars or two trucks and boat trailers. Location walking distance to Steakhouse /Bar behind it.

This house is as advertised, very nice. The house was very clean and in everything in good working order. We were able to launch the boat and park the trailer back at the house, which was very convenient.

We had a great time at this house and was a great location for us fishing. The first day out our guide takes out of Froggies which is across the street. Then we used my boat and launch was just across the street, literally. The house was very clean and well kept. I highly recommend this house if your in POC fishing.

Place is clean and 50 yards from Froggie's. Plenty of parking including boat/trailer. Four rooms, comfy beds, full kitchen, washer/dryer. Well furnished. Not much of a check in procedure, owner just texted lock box code. No biggie, its just turning on lights, AC, etc. when you get there.
Only issue were rules in place to not wash a boat on property so there are no hoses so not possible to do a 5 minute motor flush which was disappointing. I guess bring your own hose for this.
