About this house rental
Gorgeous lake house in the Lochwood subdivision! This spacious home is perfect for large groups and features 3 beautiful bedrooms—suite on main level with king sized bed and bathroom, 2 bedrooms in the basement each with a queen bed, large living room in basement with two memory foam pull out couches, and twin bunks. The club house is in the backyard of the home and includes a fitness center, pool table, Foosball, pool, and hot tub. (Pool and hot tub are open Memorial day-Labor day). Bear lake and the marina are across the street!! Beds for 12 people, licensed for 16. Parking for 4-5 cars, depending on vehicle size.

The process was easy, cute place, easy accessible to everything

Great location. Comfortable beds. Clean. Photos always make these look bigger than they are. Close to several things we wanted to do. Pool kind of crowded. Could be stocked a little better. We had a problem with the keypad but it was fixed within 24 hours. The owner talked us through getting the key to get in. That took a little time but it was an unusual situation. Over all a great time.

Fantastic Bear Lake house! Super clean and very nice! Next door to a great Grocery store. Walkable to Garden City. Loved the walking trail! Couldn’t have picked a better stay for our family. We enjoyed the club house and pool/hot tub. Nice patio with grill. So happy we stayed here!

The home was very clean, roomy and had the essentials we needed for a fun weekend. It was very comfortable and we had a great time! The youngest member of our group was 18, but it would be a great place for a family with young children as well. Host answered any questions along the way in a very timely manner. Highly recommend.

Our family (12 people total) used this home for a bear lake trip for three nights and it fit us easily. Rooms were nice and clean and comfortable. My kids loved the pull-out beds and the bunk beds. And there was plenty of extra blankets and pillows. Having multiple tvs was convenient for everyone. The kitchen was well stocked and laundry room useful.
Our favorite was having the club house with its pools just a few steps away from the back door so when we got back from the lake or driving we could relax and enjoy the water.
The price was very reasonable.
Access was easy and communication with the host was prompt and helpful. We all agreed we’d like to return again next year.
The only thing that could be improved was the turntable for the microwave, which wasn’t spinning.

Beautiful home, backs up to the neighborhood pool/center which is super convenient and adds a bunch of grass to play on. The house is very nicely kept. Very close to all activities, but off the main road just enough to not be noisy.

We had 6 adults and 4 children stay for two nights. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking and eating utensils. Our truck and pontoon boat just barely fit in the RV parking next to the house. On the first night we were able to park them in the parking lot just down the street from the house, but this was full the second night.

We had an amazing time. This place was just as the listing showed. It was so clean and had everything that we needed. I would highly recommend this place and the owner was always so responsive. Thanks again for such a great stay we will definitely be back.

Our family is very diverse and finding time and space outside of the world is invaluable. In addition to the fun of being "snowed in" together, we loved the family room with sleeper sofas and bunkbeds so we could fall asleep to the tv. The host was responsive, enjoyed the large dining table, had a fabulous time! Will book again!

My family had a great experience at this VRBO. It was clean with a good layout which worked well for our group of 12. The beds were comfortable and it contained all the amenities that we needed from new kitchen appliances to a grill. The and club house were a lot of fun and a nice relaxing activity after a day at the lake. Mark, the owner, is very quick to respond to any questions and helped make our stay very enjoyable.

Home is perfect! It was so clean and comfortable. The pool is right in the back yard and the lake is across the street. We had plenty of parking for 3 trucks. I will be staying here again.

Very easy & a great rental! Pool and hot tub access right out the back yard! Only recommendation would be to add a broom for renters to use. With kids we tried cleaning up crumbs and food in the kitchen after meals and had to use rags & sponges. Thanks! We had a great stay

We had a great weekend here with our kids and grandkids. There were 11 of us and plenty of room for everyone. Would definitely stay here again.

Perfect!
Mark was super accommodating and helpful. The house was the perfect set up for our group with the master on the main floor and a hangout for the teens in the basement. Right across the street from the marina and a grocery store the next street over - which was very convenient!

Great summer getaway!
This home was great for our my boyfriend and I and a few of our friends for a weekend getaway. It was great to hang at the beach all day and have a nice place to come back to for the evening. Would definitely stay here again!

Was clean, spacious, & homey. Plenty of sleeping space. I wish there would have been more seating for meals. A hand mixer would be great. Also, my son in law thinks you need REAL sugar for coffee! We loved our stay! Summer would be amazing! Thank you so much!

Very cute place!
This home was perfectly located close to town so we were able to ride our scooters to go grab shakes or a bite to eat. The bedding and towels were very soft with lots of extra pillows and blankets available. We loved the pool being right in the backyard! We have stayed at many properties with a pool available and have never used it but with the convenience of location, we went over for a swim and hot tub dip every single day! We did wish that the home had an indoor dining table. Unfortunately, the wasps chased us away from the outdoor dining table so we didn't really have a place to sit down and eat as a family. Overall, we had a great trip and would definitely consider staying here again in the future.

The owner was fabulous to work with. The home is so spacious. It's absolutely stunning and beautiful inside. Everything was provided for us,
shampoo, conditioner , soap, bath and beach towels and even games. All the luxury of home. We totally recommend this home!!

Won’t stay here again.
Listing wasn’t accurate about sleeping room. AC didn’t work well making it uncomfortable to sleep upstairs. Not enough parking. Clubhouse was well kept. The pictures show lots of exercise equipment and there was only one treadmill.

What a great time in Bear Lake! We loved this accommodation and the whole experience was Amazing! The home was just as advertised, the pool was awesome and it is right out the back door. There was more than enough room for us all, and we can't wait to come back!

Great retreat
This property is so cute and the location is excellent! Walking distance to a store to get some quick snacks and less than a mile to grab a bite to eat at the center of town! My husband and I, along with two adult children and their families had a great time here. We hope to come again!
