The breakfast was excellent. Lovely fresh fruit and the croissants fresh from the bakery.

room is small, a little lacking in privacy as it’s very close to the room next door, need more seating space in the public area

The fantastic helpful host made our stay absolutely perfect!

A five minute drive to the water, and about fifteen minutes driving to the center of Hyeres, the Maison is nicely situated. The room offered a beautiful view of the Giens Peninsula and Mediterranean. The bed was very comfortable. Breakfast on the terrace was excellent , and Jerome was an exceptional host.
Located within a gated community, access to the property was initially challenging - a series of back-and-forth maneuvers between the car and the barrier's key pad to get through the gate and enter the neighborhood.

The room was well appointed, very clean, and the entire place is extremely charming. The views are magnificent. Gérôme is the kindest and most accommodating host. I couldn’t have asked for anything more. breakfast was delicious every morning.
Everything was great.

We were welcomed with a smile and a handshake by Jerome. The 'maison' is two rooms. We booked the sea view room. The view from the balcony over the Med + peninsular was exceptional. The room was tastefully designed and decorated. The large bed was comfortable, very nice shower and WiFi worked well. We didn't have a car and there were no beaches or cafés within easy walking distance. Nevertheless
the 39 bus stop was very close, buses were regular and went to the town (20 mins), or the other way towards Toulon and a nice little marina / beach area (5 or 10 mins on the bus.
The room was small, about 25 square metres including the shower / washing area. Given the price, we were surprised it was so small. I suppose the premium price is mainly down to the balcony and view + tasteful room design. The information pack consisted of two sheets of paper - the WiFi code and a sheet instructing clients not to drink or eat in the room and to take any rubbish away with you (which we dutifully did) or there may be an additional charge. We thought this to be rather unusual. The information provided said the nearest beach was a 12 minute walk, it was actually a brisk half hour walk.

The room was very clean, everything was working and well designed, given the confined space. The owner is helpful. The pastries for breakfast were fresh and delicious.
I booked the room, because a thought it was basically on the beach. This is what the description said. But this is not the case. The is a nice sea view from the room, but that is it. The next beach is quite a distance from this location. The owner said about 10 min by car. The description gives a wrong impression. To get to the property you need to call the owner so he can give you a code to pass the entry barrier. The room is quite small - 15 sqm - so there is no table or popper chair. The the closet is very small, only about 50 cm wide etc. Breakfast is continental only, no buffet and it starts at 8:30 - 10:00, ie you have a time slot of 90 min. maximum. My main complaint with this property is that it is way overpriced. The price for the room with a sea view was 183 Euros, the price for breakfast was 16 Euros per person. This is equal or even more expensive than many Hotels with 3-4 stars in the area. I would have given 5 stars if the price inclusive breakfast would have been below 100 Euro. But my final bill was more than double, without the service you can expect for this price.

Jerome’s hospitality was exceptional and our interactions with him were absolutely delightful. Our daily breakfasts on the balcony overlooking the water were delicious and service was outstanding and always delivered with a smile. Our time at this property was very comfortable and enjoyable. We highly recommend La Maison Fratelli and would definitely return again.

Small comfortable room in a four-room B&B. Great location, some sea views. Modern design and wonderful stay. Nice breakfast in the morning.
Nothing.

The hosts Jeremy and Olivier were caring and and professional. The location is easy to reach and strategic to go and visit Le Porquerolles and close to Carqueiranne were there are a lots of restaurants and bars.

An absolute gem! The friendliest welcome you could possibly ask for, a comfy room; and an enormous French breakfast every morning with a spectacular view. This hotel is an excellent base from which to explore the nearby area.
I have nothing bad to say! Note: you would most likely need a car in order to explore the local area thoroughly.

The room and bathroom were recently redone and nicely decorated. The host was warm and friendly.
There was a noisy road between the property and the Mediterranean…calling it “oceanfront” is a little misleading…
Also the check-in process was very clunky. We arrived to find a locked gate and no signage about how to get in. Luckily another guest happened to arrive and let us in…apparently the owner had tried to contact us to clarify our arrival time but we never received any messages or check-in instructions.
And the check-out time was 10am! Have never seen this in all my travels anywhere…

I made the error by not checking how many few reviews this place really had! Only 16 reviews and most of them are probably from friends & family!
We booked a last minute 1 night stay before going to Le Mas de Langoustier on the island of Porquerolles. We were rushed by Jerome (the host) asking us to get to the location quickly as he needed to leave the premises. On arrival, he quickly gave us the keys and showed us the “Sea view” room: ridiculously small room, clean, style was ok, not an amazing sea view, acceptable for a 1-night stopover.
We thanked him and went out for a take-away. There is nothing close on foot, you need a car to get anywhere. We got back to the guest house and had our pizza on a shared terrace where there was also a shared facility (kitchen & tables), unfortunately we were in the dark and had trouble finding the light switches. We felt more like thieves than guests. Again, the sea view from the terrace is nothing great. You firstly see a badly maintained garden with abandoned objects laying around. When looking further, yes, you see the sea!
We decided there was nothing left to do so at around 9.30pm we went back to our room. We started getting ready for bed when my wife realised that she could not fully close the sliding bathroom-toilet door. When fully sliding the door, there was still an unacceptable gap not allowing privacy as the door was placed right next to the bed. All rooms are only about 15m2.
We called Jerome that took things very personally. He could not believe that we were asking for another room due to a dysfunctional toilet door. He was more concerned about how all the rooms were beautifully decorated and that all rooms had the same beautiful doors and that he really could not do anything about it. I told him that we would go to any other hotel (even a Hotel Ibis was better at this stage) and that he could simply refund as the room had not been touched.
