About this house rental
With stunning views of Lake Tellico and all the amenities you could ask for, you'll never want to leave this tranquil vacation! Located in Tellico Village, a premier lake front community in Loudon, TN , 30 minutes outside of Knoxville. Tellico has 3 beautiful golf courses, walking trails, indoor pool, workout center, pickleball and tennis courts and of course beautiful Lake Tellico.
Lakefront home perfect for a romantic getaway or spacious enough to bring the entire family. Plan your gathering, reunion, golf excursion, fishing trip, The Great Smokies getaway, motorcycle ride through The Dragon, Pigeon Forge with Dollywood and much more! Cozy up indoors on cool days taking in the calm, glistening waters or enjoy the summer sun by the dock .
Bring your water toys and tie them up on our dock. Unfortunately, our boat does not come part of your rental. But you can bring your own boats and water toys or rent one locally.
We allow non shedding and or small dogs under 30 lbs. Contact me for more details!
Our home has 4 beautiful bedrooms, a kids room with 2 twin trundles and a crib and an additional pull out couch in the library. A fully stocked kitchen, with all the dishes and pots and pans you need to feed a large family. There are two big dining tables, one in the kitchen and one in the formal dining room, with an additional table for six on the upper deck.
There are 2 smart TV's and a DVD player, lots of board games, WIFI for you whole family to get online and so much more.
We don't allow weddings or other big events at our property!

We enjoyed our stay very much at this lake home with a great view of the sunrise. Great communication and the home was comfortable and had everything you’d need for your stay. The kitchen is well supplied . With two levels and a screen porch and deck , there is a lot of room to spread out. You need to bring your own water toys etc. It is in the southern portion of the main part of Tellico Village and seems a little less busy. We would love to return.

The house was nice however only the main bedroom had a tv. We feel every bedroom should have a tv. Our guests missed that feature every night. There were two other tvs in the living rooms. Also the owners were around a few times which was a little awkward. The location was beautiful.

Me and my whole family stayed here. We loved the view as soon as you walk in its breath taking! The dock was right outside the back porch. So much space to just kick back and soak in the peaceful view. The sunroom was a great place to just sit and watch boats go by and relax! We will definitely be back and rent again. The host was amazing and very helpful on prompt.

The lake views from the lower level and upper deck are gorgeous. Particularly interesting is the island view where many blue herons are nesting and are quite interesting to watch and listen to. If you’re bring a boat we recommend launching before you arrive so you are only bringing your trailer back to the house. The Clear creek ramp is only a few miles away by road and about one minute on the water. We’ve rented three homes on Norris Lake and this one on Tellico is by far the best. The lake, neighborhoods, amenities and shopping are far superior compared to Norris. There is a grocery store and DG only few minutes away but for restaurants and other shopping, Lenoir City is your best bet.

We were in town for a wedding. 6 of us stayed in this beautiful house and had plenty of room. Being on the lake was so peaceful. Would highly recommend this place for your next trip to the area.

We loved this house and property! It was amazing from the moment we walked in and saw the stunning view from the large window in the great room! My mom and 2 of my grown children were there with us to attend a family wedding nearby. We were at wedding activities much of the weekend so didn’t get to fully enjoy our time at this house. But we all agreed we would like to return for a family vacation. My other daughter and her family weren’t able to come due to illness but she has 3 children and this house will accommodate all of us including the grandkids. My 88-yr old mom didn’t want to leave! I’ve lived in Tennessee all my life but have never been to Tellico Village. What a gorgeous place! Can’t wait to return!!
Also the owners were excellent at communicating with me. Although we didn’t have any issues, they responded immediately to my questions. They live down the street so I have no doubt they would have quickly resolved any issues if we had any.

The house is plenty big for many people and the location can't be beat. Our favorite thing was sitting in the enclosed porch looking out on the water and catching up with our friends. Sooo relaxing. Will definitely return.

The view from the back of the property will not disappoint (even in the dead of winter!). The location is quiet and peaceful. The house comfortably fit our extended family with room to grow. We traveled there with two 3-row seat SUVs and both fit comfortably in the garage. The kitchen is stocked with just about anything you could ask for. The hosts were quick to respond to questions. Definitely recommend this location to anyone traveling in the area.

This home is beautifully located on Tellico Lake in Loudon, Tenn with glorious views of the Lake and Smoky Mountains especially at sunrise. The home is immaculate and has everything provided to make it comfortable and relaxing for a vacation. The owners are readily accessible if there are questions, provide information on the area, what to do, recommendations on places to eat and it was our third time staying in this home.. I highly recommend it to everyone1

The house was in a wonderful location. We rented a pontoon boat and docked it at the house. Loved watching sunrise over the water. The property was clean, well provisioned and a great fit for our family….plenty of room to spread out.

This home easily accommodated 7 adults and 2 children. It was well appointed with linens, extra blankets, pillows and kitchen ware. Plenty if comfortable places to relax and enjoy the view!

We had a wonderful time staying at Michaelas home. She was a very responsive host who has taken such good care of her beautiful home with a fantastic water view. The place was so clean and had everything you would need for a stay at the lakefront home. We were able to catch some fish on the dock & enjoyed the peacefulness of the water. The Food Lion grocery is nearby and we had great pizza at the local
Italian restaurant. We hope to return.

Everything at the home was very well kept nice dock and parking was just enough to get the boat off the street bedrooms were all nice roomy .Overall a very nice place to stay

We stayed at your beautiful home that was just around the corner from my sister's home. It was perfect for morning beautiful sunrises and my husband fishing while the rest of us got ready for the day. We hope to be coming back in spring, trying to pick our dates and hoping your house is available.

We rented for a long weekend to celebrate my father's birthday. The house fit our needs perfectly! Wonderful view of the lake and quite neighborhood for walking. We have several adult couples and having a seperate bedroom and bath for each was wonderful! Michaela was great to work with and had no problems at all ! We would stay again !

Live, laugh, love
Michaela was an amazing host, super responsiveness and very kind. This house is perfectly situated on Tellico Lake, truly a big bite of heaven. Clean and cozy accommodations. Libraries of all the classics upstairs and down left us wondering what great book is not already here. Perhaps you will be so inspired to craft your own novel while watching the families of geese scuttle about with their young; or create a new meditation movement whilst gazing at the gently undulating wakes ad infinitum. Chess championships with our kiddos here are now part of the heartsong. Piano is in tune for all of the rockstars. Waking up to an epic view of the water (and) mountains through massive windows with sunlight dancing everywhere...really special=priceless. We loved so many things about this home. Very much looking forward to more of the happy life, laughter, and love here in TN. THANK YOU MICHAELA!

Amazing home and a great host
Could not have ask for more to spend quiet and relaxing time at this wonderfully located home on lake. Everything was perfectly clean and organized for our family to begin our stay. Host was available before, throughout and after our stay for everything that we could need, directions, things to do, and where to go next. Place is not too far from Smokey Mountain area and it worked out for us greatly. Would certainly look to come back again.

Lovely home. Beautiful view.
Having stayed in several VRBO homes. This was definitely one of my favorites. Michaela is more than welcoming and accommodating. Close to Knoxville, downtown has a lot to offer. Fun shopping, food and entertainment. Although there were only two of us this trip, this home is large with lots of living space for multiple families. You don't need to bring much for the kitchen. Plenty of cooking spices are available, and just about every kitchen tool you could need. Just go to the grocery store and its like going home. The view is the best part. Especially, if you like the sunrise. Don't miss out, its worth it. We would stay here again, in a heartbeat.
