Newly renovated this lavish 2 bedroom/2 bath 1600 square foot condo is located on the no-drive part of New Smyrna Beach in the highly desired gated Ebb Tide community. No carport here, your condo comes with a mid-size vehicle private parking garage.

Upon entering this upgraded luxurious oceanfront condo you will be transitioned into a calming coastal oasis. With granite countertops, shaker cabinets, tile floors, and beautiful furniture; it’s impossible not to breathe easy! With 3 flat screen TVs, Sonos speaker, high speed Wi-Fi, you won’t miss out on any of the luxuries of home.

The wrap around patio with the breathtaking view of the sand and waves is a great way to begin or wind down your day.

The massive master bedroom, with balcony access, will allow you to relax in comfort with a king-size bed and comfy chase reading lounge. The spacious second bedroom has a queen-sized bed and a bunk bed with a full and a single on top.

THe view was lovely off the large balcony and the rooms had enough furniture for 2 people plus 5 guests. Kitchen well stocked and plenty of towels in both bathroms. TVs were great. We loved the garage with plenty of chairs, boogie boards, and toys. The pool was very nice and plenty of furniture and umbrellas and of course, the beach was the best!! The owner stayed in touch via text, which was nice, when needed, and the instructions for use of condo and amenities were easy to read and understand ..

This is a very nice condo on New Smyrna Beach. Condo is very well stocked with everything you need. It’s a quiet part of the beach. It’s very relaxing to sit and watch the sun rise each morning. I highly recommend this condo.

We loved our time at the EbbTide property. Very clean, exactly as listed. Owner was super helpful prior to check in and during our stay. We had one minor hiccup with an electrical outlet and he addressed it immediately. The property has everything you need plus lots of extras which is incredibly nice. We've stayed at a LOT of vrbo's and this one was by far one of our favorites.

Beautiful condo, easy beach access, comfy bed, plenty of space in bedrooms for all our luggage & stuff. Even had shoe racks in the closet that i used. Direct ocean view. Close to many restaurants. Would highly recommend.

This condo was clean, comfortable, and fully stocked with everything we needed. Communication with the owner was amazing. It was great being on the no-drive section of the beach, since we practically had the beach to ourselves. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Fantastic property that was fully stocked for the stay along with the bonus of having all the beach amenities. Zac is the most responsive owner that we have dealt with and provides timely checkin’s as well additional insights into events that might be happening in the area. Felt sad leaving the place and ending the dream but we will be back in the future.

Zac is amazing and and so nice! The property is just beautiful and very clean. We lacked for nothing. All you need to bring is your clothing and toiletries. Lots of bath towels and beach towels are in the condo. The kitchen is fully stocked. The master bedroom bed is super comfy. The balcony furniture is perfect. We had no need for anything in the garage, but it has beach chairs and toys galore. A+++++ property and owner!!!

Our family spent two weeks here, and it was perfect for us in every way. In fact, we have already booked this amazing condo for 2025! Zach was very helpful, and checked in with us often. Thanks to his thoughtfulness and communication, we were able to watch a rocket launch 10 minutes after we arrived! It was fabulous!

We’ve been coming to this beach for over 20 years and without a doubt the best place we’ve ever stayed in New Smyrna! Zac was the most attentive host and provided precise and clear instructions/information about the condo. The unit itself is beautiful and equipped with everything you could possibly need during your stay. The large balcony has the most amazing ocean views! We were looking for an easy getaway to celebrate my mom's 80th birthday and this was the perfect location! We have spent many years coming to NSB but it is our first time at Ebb Tide. The condominium complex is a good size with easy access to the beach. The unit was phenomenal! There was not one thing we needed that it didn't have. We always pack some things for "just in case" we need them and a rental is not well stocked. We didn't have to take any of the extras out here! Just show up with personal belongings and food. The kitchen was stocked in abundance with any pot or pan you would need and plenty of dishes and serve ware to host our celebration. Zac was a very attentive host and checked in to make sure we had everything we needed and to answer any questions. We had a great visit with quality family time and look forward to coming back in the future.

We haven’t met many VRBOs that we stay in more than once but this condo is an exception! This is our second stay here and we loved it just as much the second time as the first. The condo is decorated nicely, is clean, and has super comfortable beds. The host is so helpful and responsive and we will rent this condo again!

My friends and I decided to have a girls get away. Having stayed in Zac’s condo with my family the previous year, I knew it would be the perfect location. His condo is beautiful, the grounds are extremely well taken care of, and the beach location is perfect. I have vacationed in New Smyrna for years, and Zac’s condo is my absolute favorite. It has plenty of beach towels, beach chairs, and the kitchen has everything you will need. The views from the master bedroom and living area are amazing! The balcony is a wonderful place to sit and eat meals, as well as to relax and read a book. His communication is excellent and timely. We had an amazing trip and I will absolutely return!

Zach is fantastic at communicating everything you need to know and checks in before, during and at the end of your stay. The condo is tastefully decorated with a picturesque view of New Smyrna Beach that you will enjoy from your balcony. You can ride bikes, play in the sand, surf, relax in a beach chair, swim or enjoy the hot tub. This place has it ALL! Stay in and cook in the beautiful kitchen or go out to eat at the many fabulous restaurants. Come and enjoy this little slice of heaven - you will not be disappointed. Michele & Don

The condo was absolutely beautiful, Zac is very responsive and extremely accommodating. The condo has everything you could need for a vacation! Plenty of beach towels, beach chairs, some boogie boards and sand toys! Kitchen had extra Tupperware, coffee maker, Keurig, blender, and plenty of refill items like trash bags, paper towel, toilet paper. There was a vacuum and washer/dryer which made it easy to keep things clean! It was set up perfectly for our family and the beds were very comfortable with lots of extra pillows. The views are incredible and the patio area is spacious! The kids loved the option of the hot tub and pool but being very close to the ocean made bouncing back and forth easy and fun. They have a garage to store items and that was so convenient! The area is very pretty with lots to do! We went down the road to watch dolphins and manatees at a park which was very cool as well. There is a dollar general market down the road with just about anything you may need to quick grab! The only downfall we encountered of the whole vacation is we had a very large group of multiple families with large amount of kids that were friends aging 6-12 years of age. It seems to be a tad overwhelming for the complex, as I think they enjoy more peace and quiet than we were able to offer with our size of group. But most of the owners remained very sweet and welcoming! Overall, our experience was fantastic.

This unit is one of the cleanest and most organized rental properties. The beach views are also incredible. The contact person was extremely communicative, transparent , caring and helpful during our entire stay. This was one of our best VRBO experiences as well as condo rental experiences. Highly recommend. Truly grateful we were able to rent your unit for the week. Many amazing memories were made with friends and family. NSB is one of our favorites and this stay was one our our best yet. Thank you again for everything.

Accommodations were excellent If any problems popped up which were very few our host took care of immediately I would strongly recommend this condo to anyone interested. When you rent site unseen you are sometimes leery of what you will have upon arrival. This condo far exceeded our expectations. Well stocked with all the necessary items.

This condo has spectacular ocean views from the master bedroom and the family room! This condo is clean, updated and well stocked. Everything we needed was already there (beach towels, beach chairs, etc). The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. Private balcony with table and chairs overlooking the ocean and the pool area. I especially loved the hot tub and sauna by the pool area. Steps to the beach from the condo were convenient.

Despite hurricane Nicole cutting short our stay and doing its best to ruin it we managed to have a memorable trip. The pictures do not do this condo justice. The furnishings are perfect for this beachfront beauty. It’s well stocked with everything you need. Zac was amazing at communicating and keeping us up to date on the storm. We hope to come back soon to nicer weather!!!
