Decent place to stay with a beautiful view just be aware of hidden charges

The staff was friendly, and the breakfast buffet was great and they were attentive to gluten-free needs. The view was amazing.

They charged a daily rate to rent towels for the pool and we paid for dinner ahead of time, but they still charged for drinks at dinner time. These were hidden charges that we were not made aware of ahead of time before booking so we were surprised.

Charming hotel with tasty cuisine

View from the room on the sea. Excellent breakfasts and dinners. Friendly and kind staff.

Parking capacity is limited to very few cars (ca. 10-15, or so), and at relatively high cost per day. Parking free of charge is possible on the streets nearby, but... it was taking a tremendous amount of luck to hit a vacancy. And it was only the first week of May (which is not high season yet...). In my opinion this is a disadvantage of Magaluf as a location (and many other hotels in the same area).

Jó elhelyezkedésű, jól szervezett fiatalos, laza és igényes hotel gyönyörű környezetben.

Segítőkész, gyors és kedves személyzet. Recepció, housekeeping, étterem egyaránt. Hatalmas terület, lenti fenti panorámaterasz, bár. Kiváló és választékos reggeli, igényes környezetben. Jó elhelyezkedés, néhány perc sétára a homokos strandtól. Élőzenés események a hotelben. Tisztaság. Szofisztikált. Az embernek semmi fárasztó dolga a környéken, minden egyszerűen elérhető, intézhető, csak jól kell érezni magát. A hotel vacsorát sajnos nem próbáltuk ki. ( úgy gondolom hiba volt ) Mindennel meg voltunk elégedve.

Мог бы быть отличный отель, но есть нюансы

Месторасположение отличное (очень тихо, хоть это и Магалуф), шикарный вид из окна, много симпатичных общественных пространств в самом отеле. Хороший завтрак, но в отеле для взрослых могли бы поставить шампанское для поднятия настроения. Без проблем оформляют поздний check-out с разумной доплатой. Очень дружелюбные ресепшионисты.

В этом районе огромная беда с публичной парковкой, да и у самого отеля мест очень мало. Это очень большая проблема, потому что local policia никого не щадит и щедро выписывает штрафы. Уборка оставляет желать лучшего. В коридоре перед номером грязь никто не убирал всю неделю. В номере полы с пятнами. Полотенца меняют как-то странно: частично на усмотрение уборщицы и редко (первые три дня не меняли, пока я не попросила). В ****-отеле нет vanity kit, shower cup, салфеток и бальзама для волос. Кроме кровати сесть больше некуда. Хочется, чтобы там был небольшой диванчик или мягкое кресло. Check-out в 11. Если бы не шикарный вид, я бы не была довольна своим выбором и соотношением цена/качество.

Поменяйте кровати

Отель чистый и новый. Есть опция позднего чекаута.

1. Парковка - ужасная система бронирования парковочного места , надо прийти 08:55 чтобы забронировать место . Когда заселяетесь шансов на паркинг вообще нет . Вообще в описании отеля указано что парковка есть но не указано что там до 10 мест на отель в котором 200-300 номеров . Если не забронировал парковку и вернулся вечером то парковка ближайшая в 1.5 км. 2. Двухспальная кровать в основном корпусе для людей не выше 165 см, с моими 190 см там спать нереально . С трудом , но номер поменяли на номер с двум односпальными кроватями .

Incredible staff

Incredible staff that made the stay 10x more lovely, they were always willing to help with anything we needed and went above and beyond! Also just really lovely facilities in general and the buffet breakfast was a big added bonus

Not really exciting

The location itself is really nice . The restaurant has amazing views as well as my room with balcony on the first floor. Their gym is also nice and clean with yoga mats Dinner was nice

Quickly cleaned. They were a lot of not correctly cleaned things. Bathroom had some hair which did not belong to me, shower wall had some shampoo residue.there was a welcome card that had previous guest name on. The hotel is 9 floors with pool in the bottom.One of the two elevators wasn't working and there was only one sign to indicate that in lobby. A lot of people me including were waiting for the out of order elevator. Hotel stuff in pool didn't speak English, very very basic. I asked for a mojito it was the worst mojito I had in my life. Pool bar food was medium. Pool itself was not deep so it's more like an awkward space to stay in when hot.very crowded as well. The access to the sea is by a ladder on the rocks, it was wavy(not their fault ) but sea was dirty.i guess from the boat traffic in that passage between the island and the hotel.. Hotel states in a card that they try to reduce single waste amenities so they have refillable Despenser for hand wash,hand cream and shower& shampoo. If you need something more you can ask in the reception. When I went to ask for conditioner they directed me to their store to buy a 9€ conditioner!!!😆 Also I had half board but the receptionist had given me the wrong bracelet as a result there was this encounter with the restaurant receptionist were it seamed I was trying to get a freedie meal . One more thing about the restaurant no water was provided to you for free, you had to pay of you wanted water General idea I got from this hotel is they are trying to get you to pay as much as possible for extra things.i don't think I would come back. I went another weekend to the other side of this peninsula were there is a beach and it was much better location wise

Beautiful stay in Magaluf

FYI if you take the bus from the airport, it is a walk up a hill to reception level (I’d recommend a shuttle that drops you at the hotel entrance, trust) The hotel is great, rooms spacious, little balcony to dry your towel and bathers Another fyi, you don’t get a room key you have a wristband attached to you, not gonna lie it was odd to us but I definitely understand with the ‘Brits abroad’ in the area why it’s done. Just be prepared to be tagged The rooftop had spectacular views. You can even catch the sunset. The pool was great and going into the ocean off your own cliff was cool Included breakfast was great

Great location and great breakfast. Poor calibre of guests…

Location was great. Faculties were good. Very close to the beach. Breakfast was excellent.

Lifts stopped working constantly and our room was extremely far from reception, you had to go through 2 buildings and 2 lifts. We were constantly woken up by people “partying”. The calibre of guests consists of young English tourists which is a downside. Hand soap smelt really really bad.

Lovely stay and vistas

I loved the view from my balcony onto the ocean as well as the view from the public terrace. The breakfast had a nice variety.

It unfortunately Was very close to Magaluf and it's Party scene so had to ignore that until made my way over to the more quieter side of the bay.

Great service

Exceptionally clean and very good food. The location was excelent within close proximity to the beaches and a variety of activities. Staff are always present and very helpful and polite. Would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a stay in Palma Nova

It was a great stay, I will come back in the future :)

I had a great time at this hotel. The sea view was amazing, the hotel was clean and there were many beaches closeby. It was also calm during the night.

The breakfast was good but I think dinner buffet could be improved (variety and tastewise). Also the hotel is on top of a hill and you need to walk up a steep street; it was not a problem at all for me but maybe people who might have difficulties should be informed about this in advance.

It is worth because of the view, other things are just on average.

Brilliant view, various breakfast.

In 4* hotel, you must pay the rent for pool towels and in addition it is obligatory to leave the deposit of 10€ for each - that is extremely strange… Very cold pool - unheated. It is very uncomfortable to get off the sea - the ladder is missing one step… Finally, shower gel/shampoo in the room was not refilled…

The view was amazing! Hotel was wery nice and clean. The dinner buffet was very nice allthough not many vegetarian options.

The hotel was nice and clean but the all inclusive didn't include any of the drinks and there where no free snacks between lunch and dinner. Also the 3 free alcolic drincs where not included as they promised when booking. You needed to pay extra from every water, soda, wine etc. It's a small thing but if you promise something it is a dissapointment when your excpectations are not met. The aircondicion was not working in my room. It was eighter 26 degrees and hot or not working and a bit chilly. The cleaning lady didn't know what to do with it.

Everything excellent, sea view, beach view, pool view, breakfast, very clean it was ar seconds stay and not last one we love that Hotel is on the rocks between two beach and very close to shops, bar , restaurants, party etc... People on the reception very helpful, Thank you and see you again.

Awesome, room, breakfast, pool, calm neighborhood, with a great view. staff very very helpful and friendly, especially the lady named Laura was very supportive and guided us very well regarding our trip plan. available el scooter, bike, and car in front of the hotel.
