Our GOLD STANDARD BRAND NEW 2 Bed/2 Bath condo is part of the up-and-coming Sunset Caribe Belize Resort. You will have the comforts of our full kitchen, living area, 2 spacious bedrooms and most importantly our relaxing balcony. You will have expansive views, overlooking the Cayes or Bayside of San Pedro, from EVERY room. The Sunset views are simply breathtaking. See FAQ's BELOW:

We are an easy 1.5 mile golf cart ride North of San Pedro. Our resort, Sunset Caribe, is located nicely between the fun of downtown San Pedro and the popular attractions, beach vibes and luxury of Northern Ambergris Caye.
*Please note - The construction of our condo and building is finished. However, there may be construction noise North of our building as they complete the final construction phase in our complex. You may hear construction noise between the hours of 7:00am - 5:00pm. Thankfully, we haven't received any complaints but we want you to be aware. Thanks so much for understanding.
As part of the "Caribeville" community, you will have access to several services.
• The San Pedro Urgent Care building is a four story facility which includes the private clinic offering medical services to the public during regular business hours and 24 hour emergency care to owners and guests.
• The Spa and Salon is also located in the San Pedro Urgent Care building.
• Rain Restaurant (located at the top of the "Rain" building) is known for its outstanding Caribbean and American cuisine with seating in a covered yet open environment. Open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
• Aqua Restaurant (located inside on the 3rd floor of the "Rain" building) is known for sushi and seafood. Don't miss sushi night!
• Beach Basket Grocery (located on 1st floor of the "Rain" building) is the onsite small grocery store and also includes beer, wine and liquor as well as grocery and provisioning services prior to your arrival.
• Sun Brew Cafe - serving specialty coffee, sandwiches, pastries and desserts! Located in the front lobby.
• Fitness Center - the largest gym on the island! Located above the front lobby with beautiful views!

I don't really want to write this review because I want this property to always be available for me! Seriously though, the place is fantastic! It is EXACTLY as described but better.
PROS: Mariah is the best rental host I have ever encountered. the place is stocked with everything you need and I mean EVERYTHING. Spices, tupperware, kitchen gadgets, even Keurig pods! Well decorated, great view, easy access, gated property with 24/7 security. The beds are memory foam and very comfortable. Bathrooms are huge and showers are glorious. The pool is ridiculous - its basically a perfect pool, then a mirror image second pool right next to it! Infinity hot tub is super hot , feels great to go back and forth from the pool (not heated btw in case you like that). You get to use the beach at the sister property across the street, but honestly I liked it better at Sunset Caribe. We rented a golf cart from the property and it was new, clean and well maintained. Location is GOLD, close to everything yet far enough away to avoid the crowded downtown area. Theres a resort across the street called cast aways and it is the best place to sit on the beach and they have great cocktails! Food truck park nearby with live music daily is also just down the road.
CONS: Really nothing, but if I HAD to list something, I would say that the living room furniture is getting a bit tired and the patio furniture is not very comfortable. But still wayyy better than most rentals!

This was our 4th stay on Ambergris Caye, Belize. Each time we stayed at a different location north of the bridge. This spot may be our favorite. This condo was perfeclty appointed and Mariah thought of every detail. We loved the view from the balcony. Sunset Caribe was quiet and peaceful regardless of the time of day. The employees were friendly and helpful. We will definitely be back!

Perfect for 2 couples! We are a few meals at the super equiped apartment. Very nice decoration. We rented a cart to go « downtown » but were happy to stay in a quieter area. Staff very helpful and nice. I recommend to book activities in advance, as last minute booking is more complicated. Thé scuba diving organized by the resort is done by Ambergris Divers, highly recommended.

Mariah’s condo is clean, bright, and inviting. We really enjoyed our stay. She covers every detail even down to providing beach bags, which I was sooo happy to find because I forgot mine at home🙏. The property itself is wonderful, everyone was so kind and attentive. I certainly recommend staying at this location.

Our stay on Belize was absolutely amazing! So much so we extended our vacation and we don't have any regrets about it. The condo was beautiful, the view from the condo were breath taking and the location gave us access to so many things. It was a stress free vacation because the front desk team and Mariah were so helpful and were only one e-mail or phone call away. Highly recommended! When my family and I visit Belize we will stay at Sunset Caribe again.

Overall the penthouse was amazing! The pictures online does a disservice to overall experience of staying there. From the moment we arrived the resort staff knew who we were and displayed excellent customer service throughout the duration of our stay. The penthouse itself was very clean when we inspected the rooms. My personal favorite was the balcony! It was so calm and peaceful sitting out there with a great view on the resort pools and ocean view. I would recommend this property to anybody who visits San Perdo. Mariah the property owner was a great host as well. She gave recommendations in a very detailed email on transportation from the airport to the resort, restaurants and stores. She even provided free waters when you first arrive, which is needed. 10/10

We really enjoyed our stay. We have spent many nights on the island and have stayed north, south, condos and hotels. This is one of my favorite places to stay. The unit was new, clean and well appointed. We had everything we needed to cook meals and enjoy our trip. The location is great for those that want to be out of the daily bustle but close enough to enjoy it when you want. The staff was very attentive and responsive. They took care of everything we needed.
We will definitely timely be staying here again.

You cannot find a better place to stay in Belize. If it’s your first trip, I highly recommend mariah’slistings because she will ensure you have everything you need for a great trip and you will be staying in luxury.
She educated us on everything San Pedro and gave incredible insight for our trip. This alone was worth it but OMG, the place is great too.
Everything is as pictured and cleaner than you can believe. And the staff is exceptional. I truly believe this is the best place to stay in the island.

Great condo! Well stocked with everything you might need during your stay. It is kind of a hybrid between a hotel and a condo—there is front desk check in as well as daily cleaning service. Very comfortable unit—and nice complex. Everything is clean and safe. The unit is close to plenty of dining options, but definitely get a golf cart so you can explore a bit.
We did book a few things through the front desk and that was smooth and convenient, too.
One of the most responsive owners we have ever stayed with!! Excellent and helpful documentation and recommendations. Extremely quick response and always helpful. The owner provided great info on restaurants, on the area, etc.

The apt was as advertised! It was fully stocked with everything, from snack bag clips to beach bags and umbrellas!!! The pool was very nice!! The only thing that wasn’t in the advertisement, was that the restaurants were across the street at their sister resort!! But it was literally, directly across the street. We had great time, even though it was off season and there weren’t many people there! There are several bars and restaurants in walking distance! We rented a golf cart for only one day, to go to Secret Beach and to dinner at Caramba(must go there!! Best meal the whole we)! We took a taxi to town, to go to Caye Caulker!!! Would definitely recommend!!!

Great condo in a great location
We absolutely loved the condo and area! The property is new and in great condition with fantastic finishes. Pics are accurate. The views of the bay are spectacular. Additionally, the location a bit north of San Pedro is fantastic. There are quite a few great local restaurants within a 5 minute golf cart ride. I would definitely recommend this condo for anyone visiting Belize!

This is an amazing property. The condo is relatively new and in great shape. You will definitely feel spoiled. The overall complex is in area with security on site and controlling access in and out of the building. All of the onsite staff were extremely nice and helpful. The condo owners go out of their way to make sure you have all the details to enjoy your stay, well in advance, and the concierge service for the property is extremely helpful in scheduling tours, making arrangements, etc. - in conjunction with the owners. I felt very prepared for the trip with all of their help. I think this is a great location on the island - north of the bridge so not as busy as closer into town. All of my snorkeling tours were just across the street at the sister resort so easy to get to. While l had a golf cart, which is certainly a must for going to Secret Beach or into town, there was plenty of great places in short walking distance for meals, coffee, and cocktails. Highly recommend the property.

Fantastic Stay - Cant Wait to Come Back
This condo is just perfect!!! New, modern and owners have really taken the time to think about everything visitors would want. Staff is very kind. The condo is well stocked not just with dishes etc but so many kitchen items like spices, coffee etc Very helpful esp when you are only there for a few days. There were even beach/pool bags to use. And we really appreciated having TV in each room as our daughter was with us and she wanted her space. And can I add - Mariah was wonderful. We had many questions beforehand as we are interested in buying property. Mariah answered all and then some and of course provided a ton of suggestions of places to enjoy while there. My husband and I were celebrating our 25th anniversary by renewing our vows. Mariah even made arrangements to have our room decorated for the occasion. So thoughtful!!!! Thoroughly enjoyed a nice, sunset dinner over at Rain at Grande Caribe. Our vow renewals were off property so we used Dulce Belize Weddings to coordinate and Jose Luis Zapata photography. Both highly recommended
We rented golf cart while there - dropped of at condo - and visited Secret Beach -- its changed quite a bit but loved it. And enjoyed several trips into San Pedro. Love how close the condo is to town for great restaurants but still away from the bustle.

Clean, all the amenities that you could need. The owner did all of extra stuff that matters, stocked the pantry with seasonings and coffee. Vitamix was awesome to have.

Amazing place
One of the best vacation rentals I've ever rented. Condo was upscale and clean. Great view and pool. Front desk was super helpful with booking transportation, golf cart, and tours. My family really enjoyed our time here.

Sunset Caribe !!
This place was top notch !! Everything you could want or need was there. The view and decor were beautiful! Beautiful Sunsets !
We only stayed 2 nights and could have stayed much longer. But we had 12 others joining us and we were booked at the sister property Grand Caribe across the street.

Beautiful Place to Stay; Great Host
The rooms are new, modern and the kitchen and balcony are great. While it is on the bay side, you can use the pool and beach at the sister property Grand Caribe which is a plus. The spa (HOT) over the water is a bonus! We sat in it with wine to watch the sunsets. Amazing! This place is close to all the activities we wanted to do. Great restaurants nearby. The owner Mariah is awesome and full of information and very helpful throughout the process. The staff was pleasant and even waited for our arrival despite our late flight to the island. The only negative was the security guard refusing to let us leave at 6 am even though we had a 7:00 am flight off the island. I’ll let that one go, since it was a newer international flight but ask that they iron out those kinds of details so it doesn’t happen to other guests. All in all, I would stay at Sunset Caribe again and in one of Mariah’s units.

Fabulous Place
We stayed in this unit for 4 nights and loved every minute. It's clean, beautiful inside and out, has a gorgeous view and a perfect pool deck. The condo is well-stocked and comfortable, the staff were fantastic and helpful in every way. The location was perfect for adventures of all kinds and we felt safe, away from the noise and hustle bustle, but close enough to get wherever we wanted to go. So many good things about this place. You should stay here. :)

Beautiful property, wonderful location, fantastic owner
This space was perfect! Very clean, comfortable and well equipped! Needing nothing. Felt like home. Quiet space in January which was totally fine :). Amazing staff, super helpful especially when I suddenly traveled alone with two tweens. Mariah is the best! She is quick to respond and active in the community. If you need any recommendations she is there for you! Hands down one of the best experiences ever and this was my third trip to Belize!

Amazing stay at Sunset Caribe.
We took a 10 days family vacation on Ambergris Caye and Mariah's condo was the perfect place to stay. We travelled with our adult son and his wife. Having two master bedrooms with ensuites was perfect four our party of four.
The condo is new, clean, comfortable and provides everything one could ever need. We had a fantastic stay and would 100% recommend this location/condo to our families and friends.
The sunsets every evenings were gorgeous and the view on the bay side very interesting. There is much to see in the shallow waters of the lagoon from the 5th floor.
The location is perfect. It is outside of town but not to far making it easy to go and enjoy San Pedro. We did rent a golf cart for the duration of our stay and it was a fun, practical way to get around the island.
The Staff at Sunset Caribe was wonderful. They checked in on us from time to time to make sure we had everything we needed. They were professional, friendly and always greeted us with a smile. Our airport transfers were arranged by them and were seamless.
If you are thinking of visiting San Pedro, Mariah's condo is an excellent choice.
Mariah herself was wonderful to deal with. She was always quick to respond, very friendly and provided excellent information prior to our arrival.

Take Me Back
I absolutely loved the condo we rented from Mariah. Everything looked exactly like the pictures. Clean, organized, modern, and the kitchen had everything we could've needed, had we actually even needed anything! Enjoyed having beach access across the street at Grand Caribe. There was soooo much algae in the water, but still enjoyable to look at. Front desk staff was pretty helpful and responsive. We didn't receive any housekeeping while staying. I thought I read housekeeping would come at least once during our stay...... but no one ever did. It wasn't an issue, just noting that detail.
The hot water in the shower didn't work on the first day in one bathroom. Mariah informed staff and it was fixed right away the next morning!
On our final night, i could hear the folks next door through the adjoining door. We hadn't had neighbors our entire trip (thank goodness).I was told the next morning that soundproof insulation hadn't been put in between the doors yet. That needs to be installed ASAP. Had kids been in the my room (room with twin beds)........ they could've heard some inappropriate sounds VERY clearly. Also, there are bluetooth speakers set up in the condo. I'm not sure how.... but I think they are connected with the bluetooth from the condo next door as well. The neighbors tried to turn on their speaker, but instead it turned on my bedroom speaker (unexpected full volume at 9am), then the living room, then the other bedroom (they clearly were trying to figure out how to work the speaker). It was so weird and startling.... but we realized it was the neighbors because their music started playing and could be heard clearly through the adjoining doors.
Overall, this was a GREAT stay and I would absolutely return. We felt safe on the entire island and appreciated the resort security for being familiar with us and so friendly! Our golf cart was safe and easy to park everyday. I can't wait to come back!
