Trailer has a queen bed sleeps 2 adults Sofa/bed that sleeps 1 adult or 2 kids Has a dinner table turns in to a bunk bed that sleeps 1 adult or 2 kids Rental Period - You will be able to pick up Anytime after 2:00 pm on your reservation start date and return anytime before 12:00 p m on your reservation end date. We do offer early pick-ups and late drop-offs based on availability allowing you to enjoy your vacation longer and not worry about time restraints. Prep/Vehicle Set-up - Covers the cost of propane, RV Starter Kit (Chemicals, RV toilet Paper, 2 pillows, linens, pan, pots, 8 cups, 3 towels,A set of silverware, plastic bowls. Also, included with this is a detailed orientation showing you how to set-up and tear down, a walk thru of the coach explaining in depth all the features and how they work. We will also show you how to correctly connect the trailer to your tow vehicle, supply you with the Tow hitch and Sway Bar. Standard Cleaning - If the RV isn't returned clean as delivered there is $100.00 Fee Smoking Policy - Smoking/Vaping is prohibited within the rental, please reframe from smoking in or around the travel trailer, if it is determined that the unit was smoked in, you will be subject to loss of your security deposit, in addition to the cost associated with restoration and repairs A class III Hitch with a round 7 blade connector for the lights is required to pull this trailer as well as a tow vehicle with a minimum 5,125 pound tow capacity and Electronic Brakes. Our trailer does not include a generator. If you will be dry camping you more then likely will need a generator. It is required 110V power in order to run the microwave, air conditioner and TV. The trailer does come with a battery at doe the most part minimal use the light could go for ~1-2 days with out recharging the battery. This trailer is not available to go anywhere outside of the US for insurance reasons and will result in forfeiture of security deposit.
