Please be advised that a condo building is being built on the property next to Paradise Beach Club. There is currently no active construction or noise on-site and it will not impact any building amenities, like the pool or beach access. The building is set further back from the ocean than Paradise Beach Club so you will still have a view of the beautiful beach & ocean but the new building is visible from the balcony.
Get ready to relax is this coastal mid-century modern inspired beach condo. Situated over two levels for ideal privacy - this oasis is the perfect spot to rest & relax. Please note there are stairs in the unit. It offers amazing views from the private main floor balcony and living room as well as the upstairs master bedroom.
The master bedroom features a king bed, large flat screen TV, closet space and a gorgeous view of the ocean. The guest bedroom has a full bed and a twin bed as well as a TV and closet. There is a gorgeous shared bathroom upstairs with a shower. For additional sleeping there is an air mattress.
The kitchen features granite and updated appliances. You can perch up to the counter in the comfy bar stools or enjoy a meal around the dining table. The beautiful Article leather sofa a wonderful place to relax watching your favorite Netflix show, or just watching the waves. The balcony offers a great view, with lots of privacy as well. You can sip a cup of coffee and watch the sunrise.
The unit also features the following to provide for a comfortable stay:
- free wifi & parking
- a queen foam mattress for additional sleeping
- linens, bath towels & beach towels
- beach items (2 chairs, an umbrella, boogie board and toys)
- seamless code access
- iron, ironing board & hair dryer
- pack and play for infants
- on-site coin operated washer and dryer located on the 3rd and 4th floor (there is not a washer/dryer in the unit)

We loved the condo and everything was as advertised. We excellent proximity to the beach. Beds were great. We would return.

We loved our stay here. No problems at all while there. The pool and beach access were used every day. The area was great with a Publix and Dollar General right across for all your groceries and essentials. Area is not too congested. Would highly recommend staying here.

Love the unit and that it was dog friendly. Staff on site were friendly and accommodating.
Check in was a little cumbersome. The code given for entry didn’t work. Called the number given for Taylor and Alexis (unsure of name) answered. Said she would get right back to us.. 45 mins later had to call again and leave a message.. Was given a second code and told the repairman would be by to inspect.. Never heard back from anyone, and the emergency code was difficult to remember. Not a huge issue, but a headache when you are trying to get unloaded with animals and kids that have been in the car for a while.
Otherwise a great unit and stay. Would revisit and recommend.

We had a wonderful stay on the water. The condo was clean and roomy. There was a family with young kids staying next to us and we never heard them, so the walls were well insulated. The pool was lovely and the beach wasn’t crowded. We will be back next year!

We love going here every year. This year however the big dog kennel wasn’t cleaned. In the past (before COVID) it was washed down every morning. This was not the case this year.

The property is great. Played my first games of shuffleboard there. Big fun. Great restaurants in the area.

We rented the property for a working girls trip and we had a fabulous time. We all had a place to sit and work while overlooking the ocean, wifi was good, and we had what we needed. The location was great, close to the grocery store and restaurants. Thanks so much!

Location was 5 star!! Watched the waves and a space launch from the beach!
The unit needs some TLC. A little attention to the condo could make it 5 star (better cleaning, more bath and kitchen towels and freshen paint etc.) Also, although all basics were covered, a few more amenities would make it a five star such as info of the individual unit specifically TV operation, channels available, local eateries experienced by the locals and a better equipped kitchen.
All in all, we enjoyed our time.

Paradise Beach Club was the perfect place to relax after spending the day taking care of family business. We were able to see the rocket launch from the balcony. It's within walking distance to Publix, Dollar General, and Dunkin Donuts. Just a short drive to other local restaurants and venues. Dog area at each end of complex provided ample play areas for pets and it was clean! Would recommend this property to anyone.

Many places say they are on the beach but this condo is so close to the water that we had to close the bedroom window at night because the waves were so loud. It is a very special place. The beach is beautiful and has lots of protected land along the coast. it is never very crowded. Across the street is a Publix supermarket and many other stores.

The condo was clean and updated. We enjoyed being right on the beach. The swimming pool was great as well. The laundry, while not in the unit, was actually easy to access. The property is right across the street from a grocery store. It is also near Patrick AFB, so if you are retired military or active duty then you are close to the Commissary, etc. We would stay here again.

We really enjoyed our stay at this property for a long weekend. The space was clean and well decorated, steps from the pool and beach. Beautiful sunrises! We enjoyed the boogie boards and chairs provided. My only complaint with having 2 small kids with us is that there weren't any floor mats entering the property so it got sandy quick. We would stay again!

Amazing stay at Satellite Beach!
It was our very first experience with VRBO and it was also our first time in Satellite Beach. The location was perfect! We had close and direct access to the beach. We almost felt like we had our own private beach. We even had the pleasure to admire wild dolphins swimming as well as a rocket launch while we were at the beach. I appreciated that the grocery store was located just on the other side of the road. Restaurants in Satellite Beach are INCREDIBLE!
The condo was just as presented in the pictures. We enjoyed our 11-day stay and we would not hesitate to go back. The only thing that the condo was not equipped with is a drying rack.
Communications with our host Zareh were perfect. He is kind, quick to reply and always ready to help.
I only have good comments to share about this property and I highly recommend it. Can't wait to go back! Thank you!

Slice of paradise
Loved this property and the location. Stayed here with my husband and two small children 2 and 4. Steps from the beach which made it easy to run in for nap time and bathroom trips. Kids loved the heated pool too. Not crowded at all and we went the week before Easter. Great location with playgrounds, ice cream shops, and restaurants nearby. Can’t wait to come back next year!

Gorgeous View and Beachfront
This room is phenomenal. The view is breathtaking from both the balcony and especially the master bedroom. We were extremely pleased with our stay here. It was relaxing, beautiful and very quiet. It’s access to the beach was very close and we loved that the unit came with chairs, a cooler and umbrella so we were able to utilize them for our beach days. Although further from Cocoa Beach, it was almost preferred as the beach felt private with few other occupants. It was wonderful. We did have a small hiccup with our A/C the first night of our arrival but Donnetta was very helpful and quick to respond to all our emails. The property is currently doing some renovations to other rooms but we encountered only a small amount of noise during one afternoon of our stay. Other than that, it was peaceful. We enjoyed our stay tremendously. It was so nice that we are definitely considering coming back to this facility at a later time. Highly, highly recommend.

It had the perfect amount of space for 5 people. I do think it was a little over priced. The only thing I’d recommend is it having a broom. We brought sand in and ended up having to buy one before we left.

We booked this condo after my sons team qualified to play in Viera. We wanted to stay on the beach. This condo was older but nice. It has been updated. It had the perfect amount of space for 5 people. I do think it was a little over priced. The only thing I’d recommend is it having a broom. We brought sand in and ended up having to buy one before we left.
