This was easily one of the best places I've stayed in to date.
The house is a very clean and tastefully renovated Queenslander (think Bluey house style), within walking distance of Indooroopilly Shopping Centre.
The house has comfortable beds, a well equipped kitchen, and well furnished rooms including some toys and childrens' books and games. Unlike many hosts, Eniko and Ryan have furnished the house really well to make it a very comfortable stay - multiple lounges in the lounge room, comfy outdoor settings on front and back verandas, not just a breakfast bar with stools but also a dining table - thank you!
The house was lovely and clean, and the hosts generously left touches such as towels for the pool, and welcomed us with chocolates and wine.
The checking out policy was very reasonable (essentially just please put on the dishwasher and take out the rubbish).
The only slight criticism is that the hosts are very protective of their newly renovated place, and required significantly more communication than is typical, including photographs of a drivers' license and credit card with most information blanked out.

What a great location for our family getaway. Beautiful views from the front patio at night. The house was just beautiful, clean, tidy and very comfortable. The whole family (including our bulldogs) enjoyed all that the house had to offer. Thank you for the complimentary chocolates and wine, lovely touch. We would love to stay at this holiday house in the future. Thank you Eniko, Ryan and Natalie.

Good location, hosts and house. Our visit would have been improved with the addition of a few mirrors and power points in bathrooms and bedrooms. A bit difficult with 6 adults dressing for a formal function.

Our family of 6 adults and 2 young children were able to stay comfortably in this well appointed and lovely home. The location is great for visiting coffee shops, large shopping centers and variety of restaurants that are near by. We took advantage of the bus routes and convenient city car stops as well. The kids enjoyed nearby parks and playgrounds. The pool was also a great place to cool down after our outings.
The communication and check-in were simple and efficient. Thanks for helping to make our stay pleasurable and very comfortable! We will all have great memories of our time here!

This is a stunning Queenslander that contains everything we needed for our short business stay. Enough bedrooms of our team and a massive table that allowed us to work collaboratively, with beautiful balconies and a large pool for down time.
Transport required to access local conveniences - some great food options nearby.
We will stay again!

We could not recommend this property enough! Everything was perfect! The home is stunning and comfortable in every aspect, from the gorgeous kitchen, the comfortable bedrooms, luxury bathroom, to the sunny positions for a morning coffee on the front varandah.
Communication with owners is absolutely second to none. Nothing was too difficult and they were amazing.
We cannot recommend this property enough, from a couple to a large family like ours, this property is perfect!

Neat and tidy house with a good size yard and pool. Good fencing for our dog. Great verandahs front and back that provided options depending on heat and wind direction. Well appointed kitchen, bedrooms and bathrooms.
