An oasis of calm, considered and inviting room and resort layout, facilities & decor. A wonderful menu of very tasty eats. extremely comfortable and relaxing break. Spotless facilities and gardens.
paying for parking would have been annoying.

Nous avons presque tout apprécié. Bel hôtel, bien entretenu
Dommage les piscines ne sont pas chauffées. On peut difficilement profiter celle du rooftop dû à sa température

The staff are lovely especially Sara the receptionist she made us feel so welcome went above an beyond to help us, the whole hotel is beautiful clean and modern our room was lovely also huge balcony kitchenette very comfy bed, we loved the b heaven roof terrace an pool spend most days there in all we loved everything about the hotel
Only issue I would say is you probably need to rent a car to get about as it’s quite secluded but worth it for the peace and the views

Nous avions réservez dans cette Hôtel mais nous avons dû être déplacer dans le Nucia Hills
Avec des compléments gratuits à cause du changement, très apreciable
Il n’est pas accesible sans voiture

I loved the swimming pool area, and spa and the breakfast was extremely good value for money. The staff were very hepful and attentive.
I wasn't keen on the open plan bathroom layout in the room and there was no tea or coffee making facilities or water in the fridge.

clean, nicely done
Very bad experience-
1. service sold with parking, but had to pay at the Hotel €19 extra for each night.
2. the check-in took very long had to wait at the reception, too many cards for check-in and separate cards for Pool towels. A lot of paper work for checkin at the reception.
3. Internet connection everywhere in the Hotel was unstable. Had to connect many times.
4. In a superior room extra bed was charged, though the kid did not sleep there. Hotel did not reduce the charges.
Overall a bad experience 😟

Hotel itself was spotless, shout out to cleaning staff, Also breakfast was perfect in means of quality and variety.
Dinner and Lunch service in the pool bar was a total mess and chaos, there were tons of staff in the pool bar running around in a chaos but it seems like there was only one guy(Robert) working, t Most of the staff did not speak English which is a shame for a 5 star hotel. Overall service during our stay was really poor.

I enjoyed where the hotel is placed.
for the stars it was supposed to have, it did not have a fridge nor hairdryer.
The services were of a 2 stars hotel.
My towels have not been changed once in my 9 days stay, and the breakfast had fish only once.

Very clean and big suite (45m2) with a terrace.
Great view on the mountains.
Very comfortable beds.
Free parking for the car.
Many employees do not speak English well.
There is a fee for one hour in the spa (around 20€), which is very unusual for this hotel category.
No restaurant during weekdays (we had to go to the hotel next to this one).
No shop in the hotel.

Perfect service at the reception. Needed an ad hoc meeting room, which was no problem. Nice hotel, with good restaurant. Secure cycling locker. Big supermarket around the corner.

Excellent rooms with super comfy beds
10/10 breakfast buffets with lots of options - with added bonus of vegetarian-friendly & healthy options available (fresh fruit, vegetables and local dishes)
Clean bathrooms stocked with essentials (without surplus and also limiting wastage, a plus!)
Underwhelmed by the staff interactions / check-in process, but could’ve been a one-off

Fantastic place to relax. Everything was great. Couldn't fault anything. Will be booking again soon.
Nothing everything was perfect

Nice spacious room
Staff not well trained or helpful. Limited restaurant options and disappointing standard of food. For example in the restaurant we were told steak was fillet but in fact was sirloin. When we pointed this out to the waiter he said oh is it....I get confused! On another occasion we waited more than an hour for room service.

This is a beautiful hotel, rooms are spacious and the grounds are well maintained. Pool area is lovely.
No tea or coffee making facilities in the room. No robes provided which for a 5* hotel is a must. Mini bar was empty which is not not acceptable for a 5* hotel. No food available between 4.00pm and 8.00pm when the restaurant opens which again is not acceptable. Roof top bar only opens on a Friday and Saturday so limited things to do at night. Food was sub standard and everything was cold. We paid for half board but only ate at the hotel once, it really was that bad. The hotel is more style over substance and could be so much more. The lack of attention to detail really spoilt our experience this is deffinitely not a 5* hotel.

The pool areas were lovely - very relaxing atmosphere and, despite a small minority reserving sunloungers, there were always sunloungers available.
The room was large and clean.
The lifeguard team were very pleasant.
Emma, a member of the restaurant team, was incredibly friendly.
When making a request via the Barceló app, the hotel was very responsive.
The hotel is a short taxi ride away from Benidorm centre.
The food served as part of the breakfast and evening buffet was cold.
The coffee was self-serve from a machine and it was poor quality (on one of the days, the coffee machine was out of action completely which was a shame).

clean , new , the beds were absolutely amazing
lack of bins in communal area

excellent rooms in new state
-website needs to be updated that rooms do not have a mini bar and water boiler due sanitory conditions ( covid)
-multiple times verified if late check-out against extra costs was possible (upon booking, upon arrival, day before departure (both morning/evening) The staff should be more clear that only know the evening before departure if it is possible and that during peak period the chance was very unlikely. At the same time I strongly get the impression that no effort was made to accommodate my request.
