This third floor unit is ideal for up to 4 people with a choice of shower and bath. Great views from every window and steps away to all kinds of restaurants - the best in Cleveland!
• Enjoy Streaming TV on all 3 4K TV's including the 55inch in the Living Room!
• There are card operated laundry units in the building for a fee per load.
• Condo does not have its own parking but nice well lit parking is available across the street and visible from our unit.
• As this is a condo building with other residents, we ask you to please be courteous to others and respect their privacy - Thank you
• Enjoy being walkable to most things Cleveland including all the sporting arenas!

PARKING:
There is a small lot at the rear of the building between W 4th and W 6th and is simply called the W 6th lot. The Rear Lot has a kiosk as well as an automated machine. There are a total of 2 parking areas directly adjacent to the Arcade - Parking could be an issue during special events. There is also construction demands effecting parking so Parking availability and pricing is never guaranteed - and no reentry
Be aware Downtown Parking is an issue and not cheap! best to Uber from the airport!

✹ This space has been prepared for guests traveling from out of town! We love to host guests who have previously stayed in short term rentals and earned favorable reviews.

✹ While we appreciate the interest in staying with our property, please note that we do not cater guests who live in the area and are looking for an alternate venue for their affairs or events and reserve the right to turn these guests away.

✹ If you have any allergies or sensitivities, please let us know ahead of time. It will help us better prepare for your reservation.

✹ There is no daily housekeeping service provided at the rental rate. Before check-in, the unit will be thoroughly cleaned and inspected. For longer stays, Mid-stay cleaning services can be requested for an additional fee.

✹ Please gather excess trash and place it in the chute located outside the unit. No cardboard down the chute.

✹ For the comfort and better enjoyment of all present and future guests, PETS and SMOKING are not allowed inside the house (e.g. marijuana, vapes, cigarettes, etc.)

✹ This cozy home is NOT for parties, large gatherings, or events. If a guest violates the house rules and allows unauthorized guests, everyone will be removed from the property without a refund.

✹ STRICT QUIET HOURS 9PM - 7AM "Especially Outdoor"

✹ Damage to the property will incur the following charges:

✹ To ensure a seamless check-in and a clear understanding of the rental terms, guests are required to complete the following upon booking confirmation:

✔Sign the Rental Agreement

✹ LEFT ITEMS: $25 will be charged on items that was left in the property on top of the shipping fee

✹ Early Check-in:
If there is no reservation from the previous day, we can consider an early check in.
Alternatively, you can book the previous day to guarantee the early check in.
✹ Late Check-out:
Late check out request are seldomly approved due to the cleaning team is scheduled on your check out schedule at 11am.

✹ EXTENSION REQUEST: When you feel like time runs out too fast and wish to have more time in our home, we’ve got you covered. We’d appreciate it if you let us know as soon as you find out the need to extend your stay. We would like to inform you that we only allow extension requests until 12:00 am on your last day in the property. Any requests that come in after midnight while the cleaner is already scheduled for that day will have an additional cleaning fee.

✹ NOTE: We provide complementary consumables like toiletries which include soap, shampoo, conditioner, coffee, packets of creamer and sugar, and other bathroom amenities. For your convenience, we offer mid-reservation supplies replenishing at minimal cost.

Guest Access:
For a smoother check-in experience, we kindly request that all guests fill out our check-in form prior to arrival. This form will grant you access to our listing and ensure a hassle-free check-in process. Upon confirmation of your reservation, we will promptly send you the check-in form.

We will share very specific guest access with you post booking. You will get instructions on getting in to the main entrance. You will also receive instructions for an App or access code for the door to the unit on the 3rd floor.

Directly across the street from the front door there is a parking lot where you can pay to park overnight or by the day/per entrance/exit. The proximity directly across the street makes the parking lot visible from the condo. This is a well-lit pretty safe parking lot but for your security, please make sure to lock your car. Their rates vary based on events and other demand.

This place was very clean and comfortable . Was close to the stadium , hall of fame and lots of great restaurants and bars .I would agree with other reviews about the outside noise . There was a lot going on this weekend so lots of traffic And police sirens. Though it was noisy, it was not a problem . If you are a light sleeper , bring earplugs . There was a white noise machine in one of the bedrooms, that helped a bit. My only real complaint is that one of the bedrooms had opaque blinds which was really bright in the morning when the sun came up . It would be nice to have room darkening shades on those windows .

Cleveland exceeded our expectations. We wrapped up our family vacation with the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame and some delicious food. We stayed in a perfect location for walking around. This apartment was perfect for the three of us. It was very clean and safe. Would recommend staying here with easy access to downtown. The host was super communicative in helping us with our arrival and accessing the WiFi. Great experience!

We can to town to see the Padres vs Guardians. We needed a place close to the Stadium. It’s close to both football & baseballs stadiums, Rock & Roll Hall of fame & the Flats. Loads of great Restaurants and Starbucks across the street. We did head across town to Little Italy. Great food!! The place is spacious, comfortable and clean. The only frustration is the weekend street traffic noise. Very Loud. Plus, could use a curtain in master closet window.. . Recommend the place for location and price!

Nice and clean appointment. Comfortable beds. Everything in place, so feels like home. It is in the center of downtown, there are pluses and minuses of this. Easy walk to convention centre, which was my interest. Street noise at night, as expected. That said, building management does everything to assure quiet time. We actually made a mistake and came a day earlier, the management went above and beyond to accommodate us, greatly appreciated. Overall, if you need to be in downtown, it is a great place for a great price. I give 5 stars

Property was great. Check in was a little confusing finding some information by text and some information by email, but overall went fine. Short walk to Rock Hall and Hofbrauhaus. Red room needs better light blocking window treatments. Overall a great time!
