31-night stay. Ad misrepresented- no sofa or wooden furnishing like the night table, bench or blinds. Table covered in unappealing grey plastic, no decor items, no LR lights, the modern swag requires specialized bulbs, replacements not provided just 2 broken ones. We bought a lamp. Aged oversized cappuccino maker marked broken yet left to take up kitchen space. Blinds are cheap broken verticals. We had to hang towels for privacy. Living area and spare bedroom have mostly just white sunshades so no privacy as it's ground floor. Mesh office file replaced the nice night stand that now houses the internet modems right next to your head. There's two audio equipped security cameras the host indicates in her ad, but they are inside the unit so she is able to hear us. Host says she turns them off when rented but we saw the red lights come on and off at times. When I expressed my disatisfaction the host she said her husband could remove the surveillance cameras, but then went on to disagree with us saying the photos did match her ad. I was taken back by this and didn't want conflict so I reported it to VRBO and forwarded photos as requested. Ad photos have still not been updated so be aware. Host went on to say that the guest bed was rated the best bed in the world. It's nothing but a 1.5" foamy atop a box spring. The kitchen equipment is in bad shape, we bought things we needed including including tea towels. Access to the pool is the only positive.

Wonderful stay.

We spent a month recently at this condo. The complex is nice and well maintained. The condo itself is in need of a complete upgrade throughout. The kitchen is poorly equipped for cooking or entertaining including there is no dishwasher or microwave. The minimal amount of equipment in the kitchen (pots, pans, etc) were in terrible condition or non-existent. As we enjoy cooking our meals we purchased the necessary kitchen items for our stay and donated it all to charity when we left. TV only provides very basic cable channels. Disappointing experience.
