Fantastic stay here. First class bed and breakfast. If there’s a better one in Paignton I would be amazed.

This was our second visit to St. Edmunds, Linda and Roger were wonderful hosts. What a beautiful place to stay, it's in a perfect location, very clean and lovely decorated. The breakfast was absolutely stunning. Both myself and Heather are looking forward to visiting again..

Ideal location for our stay

The breakfast at st edmunds was really nice, all quality items of food even able to cater for the vegetarians and vegans in our group

The hosts were very friendly and helpful. Room was rather small but compact, everything was immaculately clean, refreshed daily as well. I liked the little coffee/tea station. We decided to cut our trip shorter than expected due to personal reasons but the owners were really understanding and made us feel comfortable. The location was great, just short trip to Torquay. All the shops and entertainment nearby. Will definitely go back!

The bedding was really thick and heavy and the duvet cover not soft in touch and making noises while moving. Tv wasn't working sadly too. Bad reception, kept breaking. But it wasn't a major issue.

Roger & Linda were friendly and helpful from the offset. The B&B is well located and close to all amenities. Immaculately clean with lovely decor throughout the properly. Lots of information on the area in the foyer. A very nice breakfast too with lots to choose from. Thank you both very much.

We were greeted on arrival with a cup of tea, shown to a beautifully decorated room. The accommodation is first class,

The property was beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean. It was about a one minute walk from the beach and harbour, so perfect position. Everything you could possibly need was provided, from Hairdryer to alarm clock. An excellent breakfast was served every morning . Roger and Linda we the perfect hosts We shall definitely be returning.

Warm welcome and assistance carrying our suitcases upstairs. Great breakfast from 0800 with lovely friendly service. Fantastic location close to beach, or to go on the steam railway to Dartmouth. Free parking on site was a real bonus.

Mabye a tub chair in the room and possibly a better shower
