Berbat, bad.

Manzarası.

Only the view in the photos was the same. the rest was bad. The entrance and building of the hotel are very bad. If it was given for free, I would not come again. I don't recommend it to anyone. We didn't even see the employees for 3 days.

I don’t recommend anyone to stay there , the place isn’t good at all.

The building is too old and terrible, the stairs leading to the room is so risky as it’s nit high and if someone can’t take care while getting up the stairs he might fall from the 7th floor.and there is no free parking for the place and had to pay not a little for the parking fees

I don’t recommend it to anyone

The only thing i like about the hostel that the AC is still working

Almost Everything: furniture is old - there is a lot of hair on the floor - the photos showed something and the reality is way different

I want my money back 185$ as i did not check in beside i book same day of check in 3:00 pm

Not safe False pictures Un accessible room It was a room on top roof room You use the elevator to sixth floor then you have to go with stairs to 7th floor then take emergency (or somehow very risky stairs)to 8th floor !!!

I only enjoyed the sea view, everything else was terrible.

Bed is in a bad condition, one bathroom for 4 rooms with different guests, no staff only the security guard, no TV, broken chairs.

Worst hostel experience

I can't find any reason to like this horrible place.

Hyat Hostel is one of the worst hostels I've ever seen. I booked a studio for me and my wife. When we arrived , it seemed you would stay in the roof. The furniture was very dirty and very old. The balcony door was broken. The view was over the roof of other buildings. I refused to stay as this was completely not as shown in the images on booking. I felt unsafe there. When I spoke to the secretary , she was in a denial state. She said this is a hostel, and it's expected to be like that. I told her I had stayed in many hostels before, and I had never seen a dirty hostel like that. She told me you should expect that quality in Egypt !!!. Have a look at the photos, and you'll imagine what I felt. Additionally, they didn't ask about any IDs when we arrived.

Elevator needs to be fixed and free parking should be provided, as stated on the website.

The sea view room requested was not ready by the arrival time. The “free parking” was not free as stated and had to be paid. The elevator didn't work most of the time.

None responsive & negative agent

The view was somewhat great but not the one which is displayed at this particular advert at all

The booking directions sent me to a different location not the one I have booked which cost me more money than I have calculated, I needed a another taxi, I didn't get a chance to see or commicate with an agent only virtually & through WhatsApp and they were not responsive at all, the flat didn't have darkened curtains, no cups no cutlery no plates, there was a gaz leak in the flat and out appeared that the cleaner have left the stove knobs on sadly no proper windows to stop the loud noise coming from the beach,

It was nightmare very bad I think that is scam Police on my door at 3 am I visit gates me like criminals People was knocking all rooms at 2 am Police man was searching for the owner I did not sleep there They promised me to resolve that issue by texting me in the morning but no reply after that They even left door key in front of door any one can access not secure at all How this place on booking

Don't ever think !

No privacy or security by any means, they left apartment rooms under the rug with an abandoned building ! , the bathroom was a total mess with no shower cabinet , rooms are with no keys , worst experience ever , i just booked another hotel after 10 mins of stay. No single sign of where is the apartment located , i kept calling like 6t or 7 times for someone to answer me .
