Fijn modern appartement met een vriendelijke host

Een fijn, schoon en modern appartement wat van alle gemakken voorzien is en met een tuin(tje). Er is een fijn (rustig) zwembad waar je gebruik van kan maken met mooi uitzicht op het meer. Alle appartementen hebben hun eigen bedje. Anna is een super host die het haar gasten graag naar hun zin maakt. Het contact verliep via Whatsapp wat heel goed ging en ze reageerde snel. Ook leuk dat ze nog even gedag kwam zeggen. De locatie was erg fijn. Het Lugano meer is dichtbij en ook het Como meer is goed te bereiken. Tip: Om de hoek van het appartement zit een restaurant wat we zeker kunnen aanbevelen! Wel van te voren reserveren.

Heerlijke week gehad!

Het heerlijke zwembad en de manier waarop Anna ons welkom heeft geheten en ons tips heeft gegeven👍😊. De ligging (rustig, net buiten Porlezza op de heuvel) was fijn. Het is dichtbij Lugano en het meer, waar je met de auto zo bent. Er is een prima eigen parkeerplaats onder het gebouw! Een gezellig restaurant met vriendelijke bediening, Trattoria la Vigna, ligt naast het appartementengebouw: 4x heerlijk gegeten. Bij het zwembad is een ruimte waar ligbedden (van Anna) staan die we konden gebruiken. De airco deed het prima en er was zelfs een vriezer, net als badlakens (voor het zwembad) en badjassen😊.

Het appartement is wat klein, daarentegen wel zeer compleet uitgerust. Wij vonden het bed een beetje hard, maar dat is persoonlijk. Er is weinig ruimte in het tuintje dat naar Nederlandse maatstaven wat minder onderhouden is.

Excellent! Best accommodation for visit Lugano and Como lakes

My husband and I chose this apartment to see Lake Lugano. It is the best choice to see lakes Lugano and Como. Very close to the town of Lugano on a scenic road along the lake. The village of Porlezza itself is wonderful! A quiet place with everything you need! Nearby there is a supermarket 24/7, cafes and restaurants, a promenade for walking. The apartment itself was clean, cozy. We were very comfortable! Also the apartment has books and a guide to the region, lots of useful information. A parking space in a gated area is provided. We will definitely return as everything exceeded our expectations!

Special thanks for the hosting our dog! The owners of the apartment were kind and provided bowls and a bed for the dog. This is very kind!

would recommend, great location and apartment with friendly host

It was a great location, very nice apartment, extremely clean, we loved the pool and the bed and treats provided for our dogs was a lovely touch. Anna was a great host, always very helpful and fast to reply. You have your own parking space and Como is very close by.

we found it a little hot but it was the middle of summer! apart from that we could not fault it, the apartment is well equipped with everything you need and the little garden is lovely.

Exceptional

Very good communication from the owner with clear instructions for arrival and was also very helpful during our stay offering recommendations. The apartment was perfect and had its own underground parking space. The pool was really nice and we were able to use the owners sunbeds and umbrella - the view from here is spectacular. I hope to stay again in the future!

Clean, modern apartment with good views from the uphill landscape and not to mention friendly host.

It was fully equipped and Annette even provided coffee, free toast and spread to enjoy, with some bottled water, which we didn’t expect. Annette was responsive and communicated throughout and gave suggestions on the local area and activities to do and things to see. The swimming pool was a good length and had amazing views of the surrounding landscape and villas. Bed was comfortable too. It is really clean and furnished and the cooling appliances are clean as well. We enjoyed our stay in this apartment and recommend it to anyone looking to visit lake Como or lake Lugano which was not a long drive away for us.

Does not included breakfast but there are options nearby anyway and we were lucky to have free toast and spread.

Very comfortable stay in a great setting

The apartment is fantastic, I love it. It’s beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean, the bed is very comfy, and touches like the Nespresso capsules and the grappa are very thoughtful. We also rent apartments, so I recognize quality when I experience it. The apartment is equipped with everything you could need, and everything was very new, clean and modern at the time of my visit. The apartment is very conveniently located, and was a great base for me to pursue activities such as cycling, swimming, paddle boarding etc, and the private garden really makes the experience, allowing you to cook at home and eat al fresco. I’ll be back for sure !

Perfect stay around the lake of Lugano

We really liked staying here. The appartment was really clean and complete for a nice stay. The owner gave us a lot of tips to visit wich was perfect. We would definitely book this again if we come back in the area.

Very nice place in Porlezza

The Place is perfect: not far from the city center, not far from the lake, but in a very quiet position. The Lady and her husband have been very very gentle with me. I think I'll go back to this wonderful place
