- Access to Beach Fit, the onsite state-of-the-art fitness center, is also included with the rental
- Complimentary shuttle service to all onsite amenities, including between the towers/pool complex and houses, is provided to all guests

This property was in a great location and had lots of amenities. However, upon arrival there was lots of sand on the floors and popcorn kernels on the couches along with some other cleaning issues. I tried contacting the host on VRBO and was instructed to contact the check in (Itrip) people instead. Needless to say by the time all this transpired it was longer than 24 hours and they would not send anyone back to clean. I had to clean the unit myself and for the amount of money we payed to stay here for the week I was not very happy.

The condo was large & beautiful, the pools & beach access were awesome. Eleven of us stayed & had plenty of space. It was nice to be able to have breakfast along with snacks, sandwich items in the condo & we cooked in a couple nights. It seemed odd there wasn't some basic spices like salt & pepper, onion & garlic salt/powder. I can't imagine those before us didnt have them & leave them as we purchased these items & barely used them. It seemed like the cleaning company must be directed to clear out these items. We left them so I hope the next renters are able to use them. The Food Lion is close but the property van won't take you there so you end up using uber a lot! The property doesn't have ANY type of convenience store so providing a ride over to Food Lion would be helpful. Note to the property - you would make a killing just having basic items like sunscreen, small spices/condiments, soap, etc. SC doesn't allow any alcohol delivery so even though you can get groceries delivered you still have to go to the store for adult beverages. NMB is a beautiful place & we made forever memories! I would visit again for sure!

LOVED everything about this unit!! Absolutely beautiful and spacious. We had 10 people (5 couples) and it was perfect. Especially loved all the bedrooms were masters with their own private bathrooms. Wonderful trip and will stay there again!!!

We came for our daughter graduation at Frances Marion and were accommodated for early check in which meant the world to us and the rest of our trip was wonderful! Hopefully we can do it again soon

All was as advertised. Property managers responded to concerns quickly. Hardwood floors could use a deep cleaning. Supply of pots, pans, tupperware is minimal.

Loved the space for 6 adults ladies, pools were very nice, beautiful beach views, many dining options within 5 minutes drive. The only negative was the kitchen and cabinets need a deep clean. When needed the fridge serviced, itrip maintenence was quick to respond.

This condo is well laid out with plenty of space. There were 8 adults in our friend group but it could have handled more easily. Kitchen is fairly well stocked. Plenty of seating and loved each room having its own bathroom! We had a minor maintenance issue (sluggish toilet and sink) and they promptly took care of it! Can't wait to stay again.

Location was great. This particular condo could use some tlc. Some broken decor, towel racks down, needs a good cleaning and paint touched up. Very spacious and plenty of room for our family. Had an issue with loud music above us but security did address it.

The property in general offered lots of nice amenities - having a DJ, a kiddie pool and cabanas with attendants was great! The unit was spacious but lacked on cleanliness. Most of the showers had rust and mildew in the crevices of the shower and walls. There was a huge mildew spot on the wall in the small sitting area. The main sofa was soiled badly and smelled like urine.

The view was wonderful. We could view the beach and pool areas. The space was very good. The parking was handy from the condo. There are some updates and repairs needed. Overall a great place to say.

We booked through Vrbo which was then also through iTrip Vacations. When we arrived we found that check in was at a different location than the resort address given. That was a bit confusing, but once we did get checked in the condo was exactly as pictured. Mostly clean besides the flooring. It was likely swept, but needed to be mopped. We did get approved for early check in though so the cleaners may have been in a hurry to accommodate that request. Other than that, no complaints. The view is beautiful. The pool, bar, and grill onsite was very nice and the ocean is right there as well. We’d book the property again if ever in the area. Thanks!

Eight of us ladies have been friends since 1976, and we try to meet up every year in a different location at a condo or vacation home. Most of us think this may have been our favorite location. Aside from the fact all of the bedrooms, bathrooms and living spaces are on the same floor, the unit is clean and beautiful. There was enough space for all of us to hangout in the living room or balcony, and dine comfortably at the large table. The owner decorated all of the bedrooms nicely and all five were so comfortable. The beach is beautiful and we had stunning views from our balcony. The resort has several pools and a couple of bars with one grill. It would have been great if a nice restaurant was onsite, but it was not necessary. This area in Myrtle Beach has so many places to visit and restaurants nearby. Great location and great unit!

Resort was fabulous, Our 5 bedroom condo was great too but the condo needs a deep cleansing. Dust everywhere, windows dirty, nothing you cant clean yourself, but you should not have to for the price.

This was our second year renting this unit! Perfect unit for us. We had 5 couples and each had their own bedroom and bathroom. The large living area gave us the space to gather and socialize. We had a wonderful time and will probably rent this unit again in the future!

Stayed in this 5-bedroom unit for a ladies get away. The furnishes were very nice and loved the large sectional in the living room. The room was very clean which is not always the case when I rent direct through North Beach. Would highly recommend this unit.

Everyone was so wonderful! We came from Ohio and was not sure what to expect following hurricane Ian. The resort employees worked day and night to get everything back up and running. Beautiful views, and a great time!

The rooms we very nice only had one issue with the washing machine but we were given another key to use another units machine. Pools were very well kept and very accessible to the beach. Only one minor complaint the shower heads could probably be replaced in several showers. Thank you for a nice week

We absolutely loved this place. Huge balcony with a great view of the ocean and the pools. The check in and check out was super quick and easy. Easy access to beach. Was perfect size for 6 adults and 5 kids.

We can for our yearly summer vacation with my husbands family and had such a great time! The resort was beautiful, fun and perfect for all ages. Loved the walkway go the beach, Elevators were very fast considering how many floors the towers have, condo was clean and had everything we needed. Loved having the trash chute so we didn’t have to take trash outside to a dumpster since it accumulated fast. Beds were super comfortable. The ONLY thing I would say could be improved is thicker comforters. Other than that our family all agreed it was the nicest place we’ve ever stayed and a week just wasn’t long enough! ♥️

The condo was perfect for our family vacation. We had a nice kitchen for meals, plenty of space, easy access to the beach and several kid-friendly pools. The only downside was that the dryer was out of order while we were there, and the kitchen only had 1 towel. The property manager was responsive and helpful though.

We had a great time! There is plenty of room for our family! Having a bathroom for each bedroom is a must 😀. I will say it was clean but could us some updates. Be mindful, check-in is off site so we definitely had to plan our drive around office hours verse just receiving a code and everything being at the condo already, but we had a great time! I would definitely stay again!

The rental was big enough for all 13 of us lots of pools to swim in. Atmosphere was amazing around the pool area. The weather was perfect. The rental was clean and had all items we needed for cooking.
