It is quite obvious that these Mediterranean-style and iconic cottages illustrate his vision. HD flat-screen TVs and surround sound in the living room promise an exceptional entertainment experience, perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach or enjoying movie nights. Custom cabinetry with abundant storage is a thoughtful touch, helping keep everything organized and clutter-free.
The Primary Bedroom: With a queen bed, en suite bathroom featuring a walk-in shower, and built-in cabinets, it offers both comfort and convenience. The wall-mounted HD flat-screen TV is a nice touch for entertainment without compromising space.
Being an oceanfront bedroom, you’ll have the added benefit of falling asleep to the soothing sounds of the waves—a truly relaxing experience. The combination of luxurious features and the natural beauty of the ocean creates a serene environment.
New Corian countertops and stainless steel appliances give it a modern and sleek feel, while the wrap-around design connecting to the community dining table is perfect for hosting meals and gathering with family and friends.

We were swept away, literally, from the storm that hit Capitola on Dec.38, 2023. Prior to having to leave, though, we enjoyed the accommodations and the location of Capitola Village for one night. It had many kitchen amenities, a large fridge, and a lovely fireplace. Just a note about the rooms. The back room is adjacent to the alleyway, and if people are congregating or moving stuff, you can hear them while you are trying to sleep. Also, the room with the bunkbeds is really small. Hard to see on the listing. It's tough for 4 people to stay in that room. My husband and I squeezed in, but note that this is probably a better room just for kids. The house was partially boarded up as well because of the storm, which limited our view. We notified management when the storm started, and they did call us back.
We had elderly people and children, and with water rising, it was a bit scary. Also, you can't park there, so getting our cars and trying to get our stuff to evacuate quickly was difficult. We were caught off guard by the boarded-up doors and sandbags when we arrived. Some notice of the storm and what to do would have been prudent prior to arrival. They did answer their phone but made some bad decisions asking us to return the parking pass during the storm was not great. But they did put us up in a nice place which we appreciated.

Location, Location, Location
The location is great; views, beach, shops, restaurants and live music!
This is the only cottage with a fenced in patio which was great for our younger grandkids. Kitchen and amenities are good, you can see the beach as you prep your meals. Bedrooms are comfortable with good mattresses and clean linens. Very comfortable and roomy for a family with kids. Loved it.

Family Women's Getaway
Five of the women in our family went on this getaway. The location was perfect. The house was clean, modern and comfortable. Parking in Capitola is tricky until one learns where the 12 hour lots are located and how to use the phone app.
We are already planning to use this home again.

Clean, organized, and in the perfect spot
This rental is very well managed. We appreciated the copious towels in bags left on each bed. The master bed was quite comfortable and I slept well. The audio/video system is quite advanced, (in-ceiling 7.1 surround sound) with a nice big, flag TV. The wifi is good, too. The bathrooms are nice, not huge, but definitely clean, attractive, and functional. The kitchen/dining room is a great gathering spot. And the views! Every room has a great view of the coast. The blinds are clever, too, because you can block people from peering in while still letting in light and giving you a view of the ocean by adjusting them from both top and bottom. The kitchen was stocked perfectly. You can definitely cook a nice meal here for a lot of people, and there are dishes for setting out hors d'oeuvres.
One of the best things about this place is its location. You can see your friends approaching from afar from all directions -- up on the bridge, the restaurants across the lagoon, from the beach, or even the pier.
We hope to be back here very soon.

Great location
Clean, cute, and comfortable. Stocked with all necessities. Perfect location. The beach is at your feet and all restaurants and shops are within a minute or two walk. You go to sleep to the sound of the waves.
You can’t park directly in front so will have to walk your stuff in. It’s not a huge trek but be aware and plan for it. The plus is there are no vehicles ruining your view of the beach.

Birthday Celebration
I got this place to celebrate my in-laws 88th and 81st Birthdays. It was very easy for them to move around and sitting right at the level of the sand was fantastic. They absolutely loved people watching and grateful for having such a wonderful place to stay.

Disappointing weekend
It was very noisy at this location. Bars across the water had loud music past midnight. People were right outside windows throughout night talking loudly pausing for photos etc. I would not return to this place. And while house sleeps many ( we had just 5, but two cars) theres only parking for one car.

Perfect weekend getaway!
Perfect spot for a weekend get away! The property is lovely, and nicely set up. It’s right in the middle of all the action right on the sand. If you are looking for a private quiet spot this isn’t it. But if you want beach access it doesn’t get better.
