Very nice house. The owner was very helpful and accomodating.

My friends and I travel to Indy annually for an event at Lucas Oil Stadium. Our stay in this property was quite nice. Quiet neighborhood, close to downtown and other fun places, clean, lots of walk-in closet spaces, front porch with seating, and a park directly across the street. I will definitely seek out this property next year.

Location is centralized but neighborhood doesn’t seem safe. House is

Our stay was great. The host answered us right away. It had everything we needed. The front porch was perfect had a gate we could let kids out.will for sure look up this host again

Perfect stay while in town for a swim meet. The house was quiet with room to spread out and relax between swimming. Convenient to plenty of dining and an easy drive to the Nat twice a day. Parking was very easy too.

Good neighborhood with lots of parks, but the strong smell of cats in the upstairs closets (and telltale brown circle in the carpet) was a problem. There was trash in the can when we checked in, and we couldn’t find the dish towels. It could use some non-slip stickers in tub and showers, as some of our party uses walkers. The beds were wonderful. The kitchen was nice. Two and a half bathrooms were fantastic! It was roomy enough for the 6 of us to gather, or to spend time alone.

This cute little house was exactly what we needed during our stay in Indianapolis for a convention. Great location short drive to downtown. It was clean and well maintained.

The bedrooms were good nice comfortable beds bathrooms were very nicely remodeled but shower curtains were dirty could have been changed. The stairs were to steep and the railings were loose it’s an accident waiting to happen and considering me my sister and dad walk with canes and dad couldn’t even make it upstairs so my sister had to sleep downstairs sitting up on the couch and the couch covers were dirty and smelled a little. The stairs carpet is very dirty the toilet in the upstairs bathroom had to be plunged a lot. And the first night was kinda scared with the neighbors next door all outside they were very nice though and down the street popping firecrackers it was a lot going on but the second night it was quiet. But I must say the updates were very nice and the host was very quick to respond and very nice. But I didn’t understand why we had to strip the beds and start a load if we had time when we pay a cleaning fee and it wasn’t real fresh when we got there it could have been a little fresher smelling. But I would recommend if you have a family with kids or a few people.

Not a bad place to stay

This spacious, comfortable home is located in a beautiful part of the neighborhood. While overlooking a park, it is still quiet, and we always felt safe. As an added bonus, unique and fun board games are provided. The host was kind and prompt when communicating. We had an excellent experience staying here.

We were in Indy for a wedding and the space at the house was perfect for us! It was great!!!

Nice stay across the street from a very nice park.

House was clean and with all necessities. Owner responded quickly. Would definitely recommend

We were visiting Indianapolis to attend the Indy 500 including the qualifying.
The location is very convenient for both IMS and downtown.
The property was ideal for our group of 4. The veranda at the front is a really nice feature overlooking the park. It was a great place to sit in the evening with the sun behind the house.
We loved the supply of ground coffee. Not something we usually find in UK or European properties.
We would certainly look to book here again if we come back to Indianapolis.

We had a great time during our stay! Everything was super nice and located very conveniently close to downtown.

This house is located conveniently close to downtown. Jim was prompt in communications.

Some other men from my church and I stayed in the house and we all where comfortable during our stay. We drove in from North Carolina so it was nice to arrive to a clean, comfortable and spacious home. We came for a Disciple Making Forum in Greenwood and the drive from and to the house was very easy. The well kept city park across the street from the house was a nice plus as we could get in some exercise too. If the opportunity presented itself again we would definitely try to stay here in the future.

This was a great house in a good location! Near the heart of downtown Indy, and felt safe and secure. A great park across the street with a playground at the far end that the kids loved. We had an issue that caused us to leave early and the owner was very understanding and accommodating. If we come back to Indy, this will be on my short list for properties to consider.

My group of 5 adults thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Accommodations were perfect for two couples and a single person. Home was clean and had everything we needed - the coffee maker may be on it's last legs. Our event was at the Indianapolis Speedway which is very convenient to this location.

The property was perfect!!! If I’m ever in Indianapolis again I highly recommend staying at your property and will recommend anyone else to stay. Thank you

This place was perfect for our weekend stay. We were in town for the Carmel Marathon. The neighborhood was quiet and the house comfortable. Exactly what we needed before and after our race. There is a great rail trail less than 1/2 mile to the east. We biked to Carmel for breakfast. I will be looking for this place the next time I am in the area.

House was as listed with lots of amenities and space. Across the street is a large park which was great for my German Shepherd pup. Porch has a gate that closes so that was also great for my pup to sit on the porch when he wanted to be outside. House is located near lots of restaurants and things to do. Neighbors were friendly and the neighborhood was full of friendly people walking dogs or just having a walk or jog. Would definitely stay again when in town.

The beds were comfy and clean, great for a family. We have 3 kids 6 and under and they all had a bed. The oldest got to feel special downstairs with a 1/2 bath. The location was close to downtown, children's museum and zoo! I would recommend this place for a family.

Great location close to IU Methodist. Easy check in, supplies are plentiful, communication was great. Would have stayed longer but by the time we found out a family member would be staying in the hospital longer, unfortunately it was already booked.

Great stay!

Major plus is the location is very close to our grandson who is attending college in Indianapolis. One suggestion would be to put some type of blackout curtains on the back bedroom window. Seems like everyone has flood lights that went directly in that window and was very bright.

My family and I enjoyed our trip to Indy. There was ample parking at the house, plenty of restaurants within easy ubereats delivery. A great quiet neighborhood but close enough to get to the children’s museum and easy drive to Lucas oil stadium. Will stay again

Plenty of room for all of us, clean and well-appointed. There were problems with water pressure and hot water. Contacted the owner and he responded right away and fixed the issue.
Would stay again.

Perfect location ! Close to downtown as well as lots of other activities. The only downside of the property was the water pressure. There also is not enough silverware for the amount of people the property sleeps. But overall was a great visit !!
4.8
The property was built in the heart of the city. Very easy to go downtown or up to broad ripple. The home was spacious and welcoming. Jim was a great host. He answered all our questions and was very gracious. Great host and great home!!

The check in process was very simple, the house was very clean. The only down fall was there was no TV's in the bedrooms there was only one in the living room. The kitchen was great. The property manager responded quickly to our needs. We would stay here again if we needed. Location is nice as well, and convenient to where we needed to go.

Pros:
spacious
Some modern updates
Great communication with host
Close to downtown
Comfy beds
Beautiful bathroom
Dog friendly
The park across the street
Games!
Cons:
Stairs
- very difficult to use. Railing is SO loose it could fall over at any time so there was nothing to help getting up the stairs
There were many dips and divets in the floor all over the house
We were scared to use the pantry as there is a hole/cracked floor board when you enter on the right side so we tried not to use it because we didn't want to make it worse or to get hurt.
The water pressure is horrific & took forever to get hot
The dryer took us 4 times to dry 1 load
The oven handle/door is broken
It's very limited when it comes to kitchen utensils, cookware, bowls, etc. so if you plan to cook - bring your own.
Vents were disgustingm caked on dust
Unclear as to when trash needed to go out - there was already trash in the cans so we didn't have them all available to dispose of our trash
The TV mount was not secure
There was a hole randomly in the wall by the TV which was off putting
The big table was great but half the chairs were so wobbly and felt like they were going to break at any minute
The area was a little sketchy around the property
All these issues made our stay a bit difficult and bothersome. Especially with health issues, our kids and dog. Not sure we'd rent again
The big table was a plus however

Nice area and fantastic host!

The host was phenomenal when it comes to communication. The home was as advertised and suited my needs well. I would recommend anyone to stay here on their trip to Indianapolis.

We were attending a three day swim meet at IUPUI. The house was close to the university. We were across the street from the park where we could walk, and that made it really nice. . There is a grocery store and restaurants close by. We enjoyed our stay. It was nice to have a house that had enough room and privacy for two families. A suggestion is if you plan to cook, and we did, you might want to bring plasticware. There were only 5 forks for the four of us. This would not prevent us from coming back to this house. Enjoyed it and will return if we have another swim meet at the college. Thanks for sharing your house with us.

Lovely home that was perfect for our weekend needs with family and friends. Jim is a great host and we'd recommend his place again.

Awesome trip to Indy. The place is as advertise. Kitchen has all necessary utensils and cooling supplies. Lots of room for the four adults and one toddler. Parking across the street was easy and easy to get around. Would definitely recommend to family and friends. Great value during the week compared to hotels rooms!!

Our stay was awesome! Very clean! Had everything we needed! Neighbor hood was quite, the park across the street was great for walking my dog! Location was great, close to everything we wanted to do! Communication with the owner was very good! We would stay here again!

Perfect house for our quick getaway with the kids. The surrounding area is great with a park right out of your front door. Plenty of space for everyone and very comfortable.

Jim has a great spot with this house in a very cute neighborhood. Perfect for a family and pets. Plenty of space with a nice park right across the street. Lots of awesome restaurants just a short drive down College. We will definitely be back! Thanks Jim!
