Unit Consists of One Room and a Separate Bathroom.
Larger Interior Space as compared to other units with exterior balconies.
First Floor Location: Accessible by climbing approximately 4 steps.
No Ocean View: Please note the unit does not offer an ocean view, although the building itself does.
Professional Turnover Services: Includes cleaning, fresh linens, towels, soaps, etc. between guests.
Fully Stocked Kitchen: Equipped with refrigerator/freezer, stove, oven, k-cup machine, dishes, silverware, and pots pans.
Sleeping Arrangements: One queen bed and two twin beds (daybed + trundle).
Complimentary High-Speed WiFi included.
Parking: Includes one assigned parking space at no additional charge.
Please note our cancellation policy, we highly recommend you purchase trip insurance.

-All guests under 25 must be related to a guest that is 25+ and case by case for chaperoned stays e.g. sports teams, organized groups etc.

-No pets allowed, $500 fine will incur if evidence of pets are found
-No smoking or vaping of any kind indoors, hallway or premises of the building, $500 fine for each violation
-No events, parties or gathering of any kind, $500 fine for each violation
-No late checkout, you must be out before 10am as the cleaners will be showing up at that time. A $200 fee for a late checkout violation but it is not an approval to checkout late.
-no heavy cooking, no aromatic foods, no gutting or cleaning of fish/shellfish or game animals inside the property
-photo id may be required upon check in
-There is a video doorbell installed on the exterior of the home on the front door as a theft deterrent. No cameras are placed inside. The camera may be on and used to verify compliance with rental policies. Tampering, unplugging or disabling the video doorbell may result in a fine of $500 per incident and may result in eviction. Please do not unplug any wall adapters or power strips these effect the internet, door lock and the security camera, you will be charge for a service fee to send a tech to fix it.
