Excellent location, near stations and city centre, with most visitor sites within easy walking distance. Excellent breakfast included. Good value.
Being city centre usual background noise, but this was expected.

Good location. Near everything that I want to go to.
A bit noisy at night, but not unbearable. People simply enjoying. Breakfast was good but not great.

Convenient location between train station and waterfront. Staff were super friendly and helpful. our modest room has 1 and 1/2 baths!
This is very basic accommodation… not luxury by any means, but met all our needs for a clean, comfortable place to stay for couple nights.

If you need a place to rest and enjoy your time, this is definitely not the place that you should look for. The sound of music from the nearby bars is so loud that makes you crazy. It is noisy as an elephant.

The location, of the hotel, was excellent for getting to the Epstein Theatre. The area was vibrant, with lots of night-life, shops, cafes and restaurants. Staff were caring and helpful. The room was lovely, being beautifully decorated and characterful. There was a hospitality-tray in the room. The shower-cabinet was spacious, the sink was a good size and the toilet worked well. I loved the red splashbacks in the ensuite area. Breakfast was delicious, cooked to order and very plentiful. The hotel was a 15 minutes walk from Queen Square Bus Station !

Nice staff
Awsome breakfast
Good price
Comfy
I was in two different rooms, so I can compare them.
One was with window to main street, so there was light and noise from outsite all night.
Wifi is not really good
At 5:50am some alarm or something started doing noise on street and it kept going for like 45mins, but thats not hotel's mistake.

Super kind and friendly receptionist. Location is convenient but is in a bar district so some rooms can be a bit noisy at night (because of other bars). Receptionist warned me in advance and gave ear plugs, the music didn't bother me tho cuz it was like a constant hum. Siingle room comfy and warm . Cheers.

Nothing really. For the price it was all pretty good.

the location is very good; the accommodation is really modest but value for money is the best we could have found. they also provide breakfast included in the price.

location and it was old but clean
noise from the street

Staff were brilliant...so friendly
Breakfast on the 2 days was fab good variety
Location to town excellent
So clean
Will definitely stay again
Only fault I would have would be the street next to hotel, alot of noise very early due to loading and unloading and bottle bins being emptied, from 6am, as we stayed Tues to Thurs but I would make sure I got out in different room not 20-24
7.0
Great location and breakfast was fab. Bed was very comfortable
Room was a bit dated and could have had a lick of
paint to freshen up. Was quite noisy at night if you have a front room but you are in the heart of Liverpool so you would expect that.
