A fairytale landscape and very good comfort.

Hi honestly I recommend it with confidence to spend your holidays, it is clean, the message is a fairy tale, go with confidence, and of course with your pets. Thank you very much for the holiday we had in your residence. A New Year 2025🤗🎉🥂🍾

Good stay great location few niggling issues

I enjoyed the location, setting and overall resort having a swimming pool is brilliant, the shop is great aswell The static home was great with some issues the kitchen appliances were a little fiddly but got use to it, the living area was big. Bedrooms were what to expect. It's so close to the Beech aswell loved how easy it was to go to anywhere.

The smell we met on arrival inside the static was a very fishy smell it was quite overbearing having to open the windows on each time we returned.to get rid of it but it sometimes it still lingered. The tv could have been bigger for how big the room is it needs a bigger screen iv seen bigger in bedrooms was quite underwhelming for night time watching.

Halloween getaway

Everything, Steve and fiona was fab , caravan was spotless and location was fab , thanks for a lovely stay

Only had channel 5 on TV but not a problem really as Netflix was there, but bad reception maybe down to the weather to be fair , I would definitely recommend and would definitely stay again

We had a fabulous 6night stay, the accommodation was spotlessly clean and had everything we could need, the staff were lovely The pools looked great but we didn't actually use them! I would stay again

wonderful relaxing weekend away

The caravan was made to feel really homely and welcoming it was very clean and the decor was very appropriate for setting being 10 mins away from the beach there was lots of stuff provided for our stay such as board games there WiFi for the stay and smart tv was also provided to be able to sit down in the evening have dinner and watch a film there was also games and item to take down to the beach what we didn’t make use of due to the weather the bed was very comfy

Superb

Very nice site easy to access. Worm and cosy ✨️ good WiFi. We will probably go back in the summer time. We had two rainy days but have fun with all the board games that we found. Even the TV selection was good. The indoor pool was very nice. For sure we will go back 🙂

In the shower room the radiator was dirty and dusty and the large pot was dirty(over used)I have tried to clean it 😑 but I give up so went and buy a new one.

Very quiet and peaceful no stress short break in Cornwall

Location is a 7 minute drive to the town and beach, very clean caravan park and a big thank you to Steve & Fiona super friendly and very helpful see you guys next year for our next trip

Great location, Clean and Homely caravan.

I really loved how the caravan was decorated to fit its cornish location, it made it feel very warm and welcoming. I also appreciated the extra touches provided eg bodywash, milk and even fudge! Great value for money.

There wasn’t really anything to dislike about the caravan.

Excellent!

Little touches such as: biscuits, milk, tea & coffee. We even had some mini tubs of Ben and Jerry’s ice cream in the freezer! The host was great at communicating.

Location was ok, car was needed as the roads was not suitable for walking, but overall fantastic.

Lack of restaurant on site, shop open a little later.
