This elegant, stylish house is in the village of St Agnes near to Perranporth and can sleep six people in three bedrooms.
Beacon House is situated on the edge of the village of St Agnes just five miles from Perranporth in Cornwall. The house can sleep six people in three bedrooms, serviced by two bathrooms. Also in the house is a stylish kitchen/dining room and sitting room with wood burning stove. Outside there is an enclosed, south facing garden, garden room and off road parking for four cars. Beacon House is a fabulous holiday home with beautiful coastline and beaches nearby.
Amenities: Air source heating with UFH and wood burning stove, Double electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, separate drinks fridge, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, Smart TV, WiFi. Fuel, power and starter pack for fire inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc in rent. Hairdryer in all bedrooms. Tower fans in all bedrooms. USB x 4 charging point in kitchen (cables required). Smart TV in two bedrooms. Smart speaker in kitchen. Highchair available. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Off road parking for four cars. Lawn garden (with furniture in the Spring and Summer months).
