The outdoor amenities were great, they also had grills and firepits that you could use that we didn't know about until we got there.
Building/room smelled musty, the floor in the hall and room didn't feel secure, we didn't have hot water, and the rooms needed updating (peeling wall paper, cracked tiles, door was chipped, needed to be painted).

Very peaceful! The surroundings are lovely. Pool and spa area were wonderful.
Furnishings are a little bit dated but everything is clean and well taken care of.

Resort surroundings and room amenities
Difficult navigation to the room, no front desk after 10 p.m., and no complimentary breakfast is available in the resort.

The staff were amazing. They don't stay through the night, but since I was meant to arrive late, they called me ahead of time and made arrangements how I would get my keys and car tag. They even left instructions on how I would get to my room.
Awesome and very considerate service.
The rooms never had any microwave heater which can be very helpful. The cottages are kind of scattered. I guess they don't provide the map in the late arrival package. If you plan to arrive late, please request a map. It will save you some trouble.

The proprietors and their staff were very pleasant and accommodating. They told us that Booking.com was assigned only those rooms and even though the resort had other rooms available moving wasn't a Booking.com option. They made concessions for the problems we experienced
The accommodation wound up being a room in a boys summer camp with a room to match. The location was about 1/2 mile from the resort & restaurant itself. The room was what you'd expect in a boys summer camp. The water went out twice during our stay. The toilet wouldn't work due to the water situation. The tub when we had water would not drain. Not a great experience. We could not move into another more resort type room on the resort campus because the management explained that Booking.com only offered the room type we had. Booking.com did not explain the room arrangements in their presentation only that the rooms were at this beautiful resort leading you to believe that you were staying a wonderful resort instead of having accommodations at a boys summer camp.

Clean room, comfortable bed. Lovely surroundings between the woods and lakes.
No view of lake. Sent to the King Pine portion of the resort, which is only a remodeled motel. No staff in main office after 4pm and none at all at King Pine. Felt very alone and isolated there. Extremely limited restaurant services for so many buildings, and many miles to go before reaching other restaurants.

This place is suitable to stay only for a couple of days. It was clean.
We stayed in for 9 days and understood that neither is there room cleaning or change of sheets available. When we demanded change of sheets, they were left at the door. No recharge of coffee pods irrespective of how long you stay and paying over 200bucks per night.
Be prepared to be woken up people checking in or going out with their baggage and walking on stairs. You get to hear everyone push their baggage.

Close to our venue. Beds were comfortable and clean.
Basically had a very expensive room to sleep in. The entry was was dirty and smelled musty, the bathroom too small for two people, and only one chair in the room. Also no clock.

Everything we needed to have a good time -- boating, tennis, indoor pool -- here and free of charge. Centrally located and away from the North Conway crowds.
"Mountain view" room upgrade overlooked parking lot and highway. Noisy room a/c.
