Awesome staff and excellent property by ITC Welcome

Ever assisting & helping Staff, Cleanliness, Spacious and Location. Even the breakfast was very nice. We were a family of 4 booked into adjacent two rooms staying two nights. We enjoyed the stay, used the Gym and the Pool both the days and enjoyed the quiet and lovely property. Mr. Sanjay, right at the entrance, was charming in receiving us every time we stepped into the property and made us feel welcome. Mr. Subhajith & Mr. Abhijith were very good at taking care of my family during the breakfast sessions. Kudos to the reception staff member, Mr. Supriti, who constantly checked if we were comfortable and offered to support any requests we had or the guidance we needed inside and outside the property. For a 1st timer and the property and at Bhubhaneshwar, we were well taken care of by the staff and the property. We would certainly return here and look for options to stay at other ITC properties in our forthcoming trips.

Would like to stay again and again .

Excellent location for khandagiri and Udaygir . Just 20 min from Airport and Lingaraj temple . Very cooperative front office and kitchen/ restaurant staffs were exemplary. Best for Family stay !

Great start to explore Bhubaneswar and urban hinterland

It was nice and comfortable.

The continental breakfast buffet was of poor quality, for a croissant you need puff pastry as example. Its really a nice idea to implement continental food, but please get closer to continental quality. Nevertheless everything was looking nice. For me as a foreigner the Indian part of the breakfast was good.

In dinner buffet , option for starters were very limited & even both the starters were fried. Otherwise overall experience was very nice .

I would recommend this hotel to anyone who wishes a comfortable stay which is priced reasonably

The food at ITC was excellent. There was a good mix of local delicacies and regular Indian food. The staff was exceptional. Always very smiling, polite and ready to help for even the smallest of need. We were served by a wonderful staff member named Subhajit. He was very prompt and professional. He looked after our family very well, especially the need of my kids. Thank you ITC for a wonderful stay.

The hotel can use its reception and entrance area to display local art and describe a little more about it so the visitors can learn more about Orissa, like ITC Narmada has done for G Ahmedabad.

Wonderful property, spacious room

The room layout is superb. Very thoughtful. Specially keeping the toilet in separate room was very hygenic and syncs with our culture

Exceptional... Undoubtedly the best property !

Exceptional..this is undoubtedly the best ITC property . The warmth we felt was nothing like we have in any other properties...this is the best place to stay ...and the highlight is the food...Chef Aravind hats off...he does.magic for sure.. .

Excellent/Recommeded stay for a trip to Bhubaneshwar/Puri

The room was big and nice. The breakfast was excellent and had a wide range of options in the breakfast buffet. The hotel premise was nice and green too. The toiletries(comb, brush) were wooden instead of regular plastic ones, that was a good touch too.

Nothing really to complain but I would say the smell of smoking in the corridor near the smoking-rooms can be managed better.

a good hotel but overpriced and a bit remote

room is clean and spacious, the bathroom clean and modern, bedding is good, breakfast some fusion continental, but not really tasty, a good selection of Indian newspapers, internet is good

the location is far from any good restaurants or facilities. you need a ride of at least 15min to the next acceptable restaurant or anything else. Food & drinks are overpriced, reception is not always friendly
