About this house rental
Kea, also known as Tzia, is one of the closest islands to Athens. There are three to four ferry boats going to and from the island every day in the summer months. As there are few hotels on the island, mostly private homes are rented out in the summer. Most of the houses are built from local stone, giving Kea its unique architectural style. If you are looking for a relaxing holiday, Kea is the place to book for your vacation!!
The villa is in the area of Melissaki, 10 minutes by car from the Port of the island. The house is in a complex with 8 other houses, each one with its own swimming pool and completely independent. Only 60 meters from the villa is a small bay with a platform, where you can dive straight into the crystal clear water and enjoy a refreshing swim.
The villa was completely renovated in 2020 and has had an extra guest house added. Outside the villa there is a large terrace with a sea water swimming pool with sunbeds and two umbrellas. Overlooking the pool is the new guest house with a double bed and a sofa bed with an en-suite bathroom.
