Host accused us of flushing a paper towel down the toilet which caused a back up. We told her as all adults we didn't to that but she insisted and even said she would sue us. All stay wasn't good. She also told Vrbo that I was harassing her when I was only trying to tell her that we didn't do that.

What a wonderful week we had at the sailfish property. Clean and spacious with beautiful decor and furnishings, this “beach house” was the perfect getaway! Just across the street from the beach, I would make sure to get a walk in almost every day. Great location near seafood restaurants and just a half hour from Clover field for Mets spring training games. We truly hope to be back next year. We didn’t have a lot of time to enjoy the property, but it was the perfect home base for a weekend visit for a wedding. Good communication, clean property, and everything we needed in the kitchen and for the beach! We particularly enjoyed waking up early and walking to the beach access right across A1A with a cup of coffee to watch the sunrise. In cooler weather, the fire pit in the backyard would definitely have been the place to be!

Family enjoyed the closeness of beach access, near by parks, restaurants, and local museums. The place itself self was cozy and quaint. It had all the needed amenities. The host was prompt in answering any questions or concerns before and throughout stay. I will definitely be returning in the future!

We really enjoyed our time at this cute place. It is walkable to Archie’s for a nice dinner and has a few walkable beaches to choose from. We cooked s’mores in the backyard with the firepit. The front yard has a nice seating area as well with a sail providing some shade. Tammy was super communicative and quick to respond. Thank you!

The house is comfortable and very close to the beach, we enjoyed walking there a few times a day. We really appreciated the umbrella, towels, and chairs that were available to use. Beds are clean and comfortable. The yard is awesome to hang out in. Great place to stay!

Very cute little house! We had everything we needed! The fire pit and chairs were an awesome place to sit and unwind at the end of the day. Beach chairs were provided and the beach is a very short walk! Highly recommend this place! We will be back!

My family and I had a great stay here. Favorite part was how close it was to the beach, restaurants, attractions—anything you needed was less than a 5 min drive away & beach 1 min walk away. The home was very clean and slept everyone comfortably for being part of a duplex. We visited from Fort Lauderdale and we’re just looking for a last minute easy getaway and this area exceeded our expectations. Lastly, having a washer and dryer in unit was really nice w/ beach towels, suits, etc. Highly recommend :)

The place is part of a duplex and was very clean and close to the beach. Enjoyed having a Keurig coffee maker to use each morning The ocean waters are very close and beautiful. Tammy is a great host and we didn't encounter any problems at all. Highly recommend this place.

We enjoyed our stay! This property had everything we needed. I thought there was going to be a coffee pot and keurig but their was only a keurig. It all worked out because there were kcups available for us for the first day since we weren’t prepared for a keurig only. No big deal at all. Beach access only a block away was very easily accessible. There were hardly any people at the beach, which was fantastic! Thanks again for opening up your property for us to enjoy, probably our last, family vacation of 4 since our oldest turned 18 on checkout day.

The property was better than described. The beds were comfortable, beautifully decorated and well stocked. The kitchen is small is you plan to cook but functional. Location is spectacular. A block from the beach and close to other beaches as well. I would recommend smaller kitchen chairs as you can only fit three of the current chairs around table. Highly recommend renting this cute little house.

Sailfish Beach House on Hutchinson Island was everything we hoped for and more. It was a lot quieter without heavy traffic and craziness as the other parts of Florida. We brought our bikes and felt very safe wherever we went. Many nice beaches with large, free parking areas along with many restaurants and Tiki Bars for relaxing. Our Beach House was perfect for our 6 week stay with wonderful hosts as Tammy & Chris. We had no problems and would definitely stay there again. We had an enjoyable vacation.

5 of us were looking for an inexpensive home near the beach. This was perfect! Owners provided everything we needed in this small, but very clean and well-stocked home. 5 minute walk to the beach, which was almost entirely ours, despite great weather, great waves, and nice location. Only drawback from this location is that you will have to drive a few miles if you want to explore the restaurants and bars in the area. I’d recommend this home for a small family beach vacation

Our first time renting a property , I was hesitant to do it before always prefer hotels , but with this experience , I will definitely will try again. The house is well maintain, an in excellent condition , just like in the pictures . Tammy was an excellent host, she responded right away to all my questions, the location is wonderful , walking distance distance to the beach and near the Fort Pierce jetty .

It was a well appointed property with a short walk to the beach. Good tv and comfy couch. The kitchen is a bit small but it works. It could use a few more items such as a measuring cup and spoons and a few serving bowls.

My friends and I stayed at this property for a triathlon race. The owners were very easy to communicate with and allowed us a late check out as long as they didn't get another reservation. House is half a block from the beach and was less than a mile from our event so it was extremely convenient.
