Easy community with property owner. Nice area with all the amenities we needed. Everything was clean and as advertised. Would definitely stay again!

My husband and I enjoyed how clean and comfortable the condo was. The sheets, towels and beds were fresh. Access to the beach was a short and easy walk. We would stay here again.

My husband & I stayed at this same condo two years ago & we enjoyed it even more this time! It was very clean & equipped with everything we needed. We hope to come back in the near future!

We had a wonderful long weekend at this immaculate, comfortable condo. We enjoyed the well-arranged kitchen, had breakfast on the patio, slept well in a great bed, and definitely appreciated good Wi-Fi. The condo’s handy location gave us easy access to restaurants and stores, but the best for us was the clean, endless, white sand beach—superb!
This rental was a fortunate find and a fine place to rest and recharge.

We Had some friends driving down from GA for Labor Day weekend so we all met up in St Augustine. Awesome condo. This place had both pool and beach access. But lemme tell you just bypass the pool because the beach was just BEAUTIFUL. Nice white sand super clean. Although the condo was nice the beach and view was the highlight. Small issue with getting into property at the gate called host a few times and kept getting VM. But we eventually got in. After that it was all a breeze. Beautiful clean place would definitely stay here again.

Good alternative to the higher-priced hotels in old St. Aug. Only a 15 minute drive from there, and a short walk to the beach. (No need to transit A1A on foot.) The owner was accommodating with an error I made with the booking, and responded to communication promptly. Perfect for a family of 4. The 4-unit building has thin walls, you will hear the folks upstairs clear their throats. Bring ear buds or ear plugs for bed time. Still, we would stay here again.

Dave was a great host also quick to respond. He let us have an extra night for our stay & the place was homey just a little walk to the beach.

Great stay!

The property is good. It would be helpful if it was disclosed that to get to the beach directly from the property involves several sets of steps and that the condo is not close to the boardwalk. However, I loved the privacy of the beach and the cleanliness of the property both inside and outside the condo.

The place was incredibly clean and safe. The beach is a very short walk up and over the dunes and is beautiful and not congested like the public beach. The house was about 20 minutes from downtown St. Augustine so just a nice, short drive over to St. Georges. We appreciated that there was not a long list of things to do prior to leaving like putting linens in the laundry, etc. It was nice having cable at the house and plenty of comfy seating in the living room. The only minor improvement that we could think of is we like a firmer bed, but that could just be a personal preference. All in all we would definitely recommend this place to anyone staying in the area - clean, safe, convenient, and fun!

This property was very clean and had nice touches for a family. The beach was close and is not terribly busy. Our family of four loved our stay. Also, thanks to Dave, the owner for being available easily to talk about property questions with. DEFFINATELY RECCOMEND, you won't regret your choice to stay!!

Excellent stay! For our family of 6, this condo and the amenities provided the perfect, comfortable stay for our first visit to the St. Augustine area! The description of things provided and details of what to expect as far as the pool area and the path/steps to the beach are spot on. Literally, there were no surprises when we arrived. We read many reviews before booking as most do; trust me, the description and details in this condo listing are accurate and it lives up to the hype. Publix is a 5 minute drive to stock up the kitchen and pantry. The beautiful setting, quiet environment, and cleanliness was exactly what we wanted for our beach trip and this condo delivered. Perfect for couples and/or families with children. The door and gate codes provided for access is a major plus not having to fumble with keys. The owner, Dave, is an excellent host and provides & maintains a wonderful condo. He contacted me shortly after our arrival to ensure everything was in order, and made himself available for any issues or concerns that we may have throughout our stay. Our only complaint is that we couldn’t stay longer haha! Our 4 nights here were great, but next time will be a full week! I have nothing bad to say about this condo and area, you can’t go wrong booking a stay here

Property was as described and beds were so comfy! Butler beach is fantastic and property is located near enough to old town st augustine to visit easily. Must importantly, David was amazing! He responded within minutes to questions we had! This was our first time using VRBO and David made it a wonderful experience! Highly recommend!!

This was one of 3 units we rented at the beach for a family get together. We appreciated the availability of chairs and beach toys as that was a great benefit when spending time on the beach and chairs were not provided by the other units. The full size washer and dryer was great and I really appreciated that I was NOT given a long list of cleaning chores to do before leaving. I always leave rentals in good condition but don’t like being asked to clean when I’m paying a cleaning fee.

Perfect location at Crescent Beach. Away from busy downtown St Augustine. Slower pace . Must climb stairs to get over dunes to the beach. Pool area was very nice! Nearby restaurants had great selections.

This place was amazing for me and my grandkids. Right there on the beach private access. The condo was very nice and clean and spacious. Loved loved it!!!!!

The room was very nice and clean and convenient to the parking. However, the guest upstairs had children that ran around from 6 AM until midnight every night and in order to get to the beach you must travel up and down 6 different steep stair sections in multiple locations.

Great place to stay. Condo had everything we could need.

This place was perfect. I am using a walker right now and the downstairs condo, close parking and easy access into and out of the condo was great. We had tickets to a concert and the quick 10 minute drive to the amphitheater was a nice surprise. My friend did take a walk to the beach and said it was easy access. I’ve been to St Augustine Beach many times and know how beautiful it is. We drove the short 20 minute drive across the bridge and enjoyed a tram tour and lunch. There are plenty of great restaurants to choose from in the area, and Publix and Winn Dixie are right down the road. I did message Dave and he responded very quickly. We will definitely stay again for our next concert!

It was a fantastic stay! The owner was excredabilly accommodating and very easy to get a hold of to ask questions. The house was clean and the beach was absolutely beautiful with sugar white sand. My kids loved it and they also had fun swimming in the pool. Would definitely stay here again.

The condo was everything we expected and seen from the pictures. I read all the reviews witch several of them weren’t correct. The condo is NOT next to the gate(can you see it yes) but you can’t hear traffic from the road. Also the walk to the pool and the beach are literally a short walk you do have to climb a set of stairs to get to the beach but it isn’t like hiking up Mount Everest like the reviews stated! Everything is gated and all entrances have key pads to enter which Me and my husband loved it gave more peace of mind with the children running back and forth playing. Everything was labeled in the house we didn’t have to hunt to figure out what switch turned on what, The beds were so soft and comfy and we had plenty of space for our family of 5…The weather was my only problem it rained the first two days so we spent that time just hanging at the condo playing games, watching movies enjoying our time together.
There were plenty of pillows but I do suggest bringing extra blankets there are comforters on the beds but no throw blankets. Also beach /pool towels make sure to bring some. Any questions we had Dave was just a text/call away he responded very quickly. Very beautiful place very well kept up Don’t take my word for it go check out the condo yourself it want be a waste of time!!!

Our family of 3 (2 adults, one 7 year old) enjoyed staying here! The condo is stocked with all the beach items you may need, and is very comfortable and welcoming. The walk/stairs to the beach was no issue for my family --we enjoyed seeing the beautiful flowers and wildlife in the dunes. Lots of little touches were very appreciated --good cable, sound machines, and comfortable beds. Condo is located across the street from a great spot to eat (The Elkhouse Eatery), and we were only a short drive from St. Augustine and St. Augustine Beach. The beach itself was pristine and never crowded. We would definitely stay here again!

Was in town dealing with family medical issue. Stayed here for convenience and easy access to beach for taking a breather.
Beautifully decorated, easy to access and David was always available for questions.

Overall we enjoyed our stay in this 2 bd 2 ba condo. It was very clean and located near a few very good restaurants and adjacent to a beautiful beach. It should be noted however that this unit is located right at the property entrance right on the parking lot, so outdoor space not usable. There are many staircases up to the oceanfront part of the property so this unit is not good for those with mobility issues. Little insulation and lots of noise from nearby units. Beds in spare room very soft and need replacement.

This condo was just right for us. Access to a beautiful beach. Great amenities in the condo. Fantastic response from owner. We would definitely recommend.

I want to give this property a five-star review, I really do, as the owner Dave was so very nice. He recommended a nice place to eat, allowed us early entry, offered us the use of the family Christmas tree, and answered our messages promptly. However, I can not give it a five-star rating for the following reasons. The property has a good location however this unit is nowhere near either the pool or the ocean and the stairs to get to the ocean were tough for older folks or anyone with little ones. I am going to assume that the owners have a management company managing this property. Twin beds are terribly uncomfortable, the mattress on one was stained, as well as the couch having many stains, an assortment of comfy pillows but only 2 cases, a broken luggage rack in the ensuite, four adults for 3 nights and two rolls of toilet paper, the light fixture in the hall bathroom is very rusted, the kitchen is tiny, space between the fridge and the counter is filthy, no toaster, pans, and many dishes had to be washed before we could use them. I assumed that with such a high cleaning fee the house would be spotless. We were disappointed that for 3 nights with added fees (cleaning fee, service fee, tax) it proved to be very expensive. We were disappointed. In addition and as a "side" the weather was 19 degrees so unfortunately, we could not enjoy St. Augustine at all which of course, was nobody's fault. We will come to St Augustine again as it is a beautiful city with lots to do and terrific eateries.

This property was super cute and convenient. It had everything we needed and very close to the beach. We felt very safe in the community since it is gated. Would definitely recommend it to others.

Lovely clean place. Love the decor. David the owner was great with communication and accommodations. We will definitely be staying again.

Arrived to find exactly as advertised. Very quiet area. Very nice restaurant within walking distance. Family friendly restaurants near by. Beach access is private. Was able to view stars at night with dark, quiet beach. Easy assessibility to St. Augustine. Condo is clean, comfortable, nicely furnished and decorated. Really lovely experience for family. Highly recommend!

Our stay was great. This is a gated complex, although the exit gate was broken and left open constantly. Dave was super easy to communicate with, very responsive, and answered any questions. Lots of toys, beach toys, and chairs were all provided, which was great! Check-in was very easy and typical- a code was provided to get into the gate, the condo, and the beach. This is a first floor condo, which was great with little kids. It’s in the very front of the complex, furthest from the beach, but the walk was maybe 5min. I will say there were multiple sets of stairs and a very long boardwalk to get over the dunes. Also stairs to get to the pool deck, which was raised. Pool area was very nice, beach was gorgeous and far down from the public access so it was very quiet. The area was super quiet, and not commercialized. St. Augustine was 20min away, which had everything you could want. Definitely recommend for families without disabilities. Had an excellent visit; will definitely consider staying here again.
