About this apartment rental

Historic loft centrally located along the St. Charles riverfront, on the north end of Main Street and just south of Frenchtown. Enjoy Frontier Park, shops, restaurants, and night scene - all within walking distance.

The newly renovated 2 bedroom and 2 full bathroom apartment can easily accommodate groups of six. The completely updated kitchen has granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a dishwasher. Convenient in-house washer and dryer available for extended stays.

Note to guest:
1) No visitors allowed unless discussed with owner.

2) $15 extra guest fee after 4 guests

3) Air conditioner minimum temperature is 72 Fahrenheit. All units have new air conditioners. But the red brick walls have no insulation and during the hot weather if the air conditioner is pushed too hard, it will create blocks of ice inside it then quit working until the ice melts. This problem only happens if temperatures are set below 70 F, so we limit it to 72 F.

4) We are above a coffee shop, so there is potential for noise.

My daughter, my sister, and my cousin who is visiting from England had a wonderful time shopping, eating, laughing and just being together this weekend. We truly enjoyed this lovely home we stayed in. A comfortable and cozy place to relax and play cards after a great day of shopping. We would very much enjoy staying here again.

We stayed here for one night for a concert and hang around Old St Charles. Place was nice and clean. There are quite a few steps but we didn't have any issues.

We utilized it for a guys gathering place before a wedding a block away at the Foundry Arts and the honeymoon suite for the married couple after the reception.

Great spot right on main street. We were able to use the assigned parking spot and then walk to everything we needed. Clean open space with comfortable beds!

This loft was so beautiful, conveniently located and comfortable. It was great that our Loft was with in walking distance to all the great restaurants, bars and shops of Historic St. Charles. We even took an Uber one night over to the Streets of St. Charles, and enjoyed their night life as well. We will definitely be returning to this Loft again in the near future!!

What a beautiful loft! It's a winning combo- amazing location, has a w/d, fridge and stove for longer term stays, restaurants nearby are excellent. Hosts made everything so easy, everything I needed to get there and get in was at my fingertips. Thanks for letting us stay!

This property’s location was a big plus. The location so close to the downtown of St. Charles was wonderful. It was easy to get everywhere we were going. Had a great time there.

We only stayed one night for a concert at Hollywood Casino. The location is perfect. The property was perfect for our needs. It was clean and within walking distance of some shops and restaurants including the amazing ice cream shop right below.

This place is right off of Historic Main Street. Just far enough away that the nightlife didn't detract from a good night's sleep, but close enough that you can walk to all of the quaint small shops that Historic Main Street St. Charles is know for. We were in town for a convention at the St. Charles Convention Center and the drive to and from was easy and convenient. Pre-arrival communication and the check-in process was super easy. We didn't have any issues with the place, so didn't need to contact anyone while we were there. The entire apartment was clean and well furnished. I would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful place, wish we could have stayed one night. The only negative is the beds/futon upstairs loft-mattresses are SUPER hard and very uncomfortable for me and my two daughters, otherwise it was perfect!

We had a great time at this property! It was clean and comfortable for 4 adults and perfectly located on Main Street in St Charles! Within walking distance of lots of shopping, dining and dessert locations and the great walking path along the Missouri River. Wish we were staying longer than just the weekend! So much more to see and do there!

This is the perfect getaway just steps from the main drag of Old Town. Very easy access to everything, easy parking, and easy owner Interaction. Stayed over the Fourth of July and couldn’t have asked for a better, quite location.

Easy check in. I only used the main floor bedroom, but the upstairs bedrooms were very nice. Huge kitchen, but I only used the coffee maker as I was traveling alone and had meal plans at the local restaurants. The reserved parking space was very nice.

This place is Amazing! The property owner is so nice and quick to respond. The location is perfect! Walk from the property for shopping, dining, ice cream or down to the river. This property is so clean and cute! The best part for us having 3 teenage girls is they each had their own bed which is hard to find on vacation. If I could change one thing it would be the bed on the main floor. Little firm for us…but overall we all rate this hidden gem 5 stars! You will not be disappointed!

Stayed here for a girls weekend and it was PERFECT. We went to the day spa and then out to dinner and walked downtown at night. Perfect location. Highly recommend the ice scream shop below. I plan to come back another time for another girls weekend!

We stayed here with our 3 children ages(10-13) over Spring Break for 3 nights. It was the perfect quick getaway from Chicago. St Charles was such a fun place to stay and still had close proximity to all the big St Louis sites. Our kids loved staying in the loft above a cookie shop(which was delicious) and we all enjoyed being able to have dinner in walking distance after long days of site seeing. The apartment was spacious, fully stocked kitchen for making meals, and surprisingly quiet for being on a Main Street.

The girls in my family met in St. Charles for a family visit and Christmas shopping. We loved this property. It was perfect for our group! I loved the upstairs room with all the beds. We felt like we were having a slumber party. The location was exactly what we had in mind. Right on Main Street. We can’t wait to visit again!
